Nice room and good breakfast

Friendly staff. Excellent room; kitchen had all the amenities including dishwasher, full sized refrigerator and granite counter tops. The room included a 32 inch flat screen TV. Convenient location, just 20 minutes from SLC and 40 minutes from Provo. Close to restaurants and Super Target. The continental breakfast was excelent! I am definitely staying […] there again! I've never stayed in Hyatt house and was very surprised. A kitchen as good as mine at home, spacious bathroom. Only wish I could have stayed longer.

It was great to have a heated pool in the cold weather. Rooms are spacious and new. Great location as well!

The builder and designer had it going on. The room felt like home. The hot breakfast was a real plus. But the heated pool was the big winner.

Our room was very nice.. didn't expect a full kitchen. We were very comfortable! I'll stay here again.

Upon checking in I requested a quiet room, away from the very busy freeway (I-15) that run directly in front of this hotel. The apparently untrained clerk gave me a first floor room directly adjacent to an entrance door that is used throughout the night by late-night guests. They have kicked up the breakfast some and it is great - and included in the room price. For an additional $25 we could bring our dog also. Great hotel!

Great hotel, very new, clean, and nice. Disappointed they dont have a kitchen that provides room service. Nearest food and shopping is about 1.5 miles away, there is nothing within walking distance. Overall, I would definitely stay here again despite the hotels shortcomings. I got great sleep and the room size was phenomenal.

This hotel was great. The room had lots of space. The breakfast was really good with plenty of variety. We could not have been happier with our decision to stay here.

Perfect choice to stay and ski in Alta and Snowbird

My complaint would definitely have to be that they don't treat current guests there very well. They are far too worried about the guests that are coming in. Even though when I was first checking in the front desk personnel weren't very welcoming and the room didn't feel like it was 100% ready for new guests to stay.. i.e. hair in the sink and on the […] counter. When we called the front desk in the morning to see if we could have a late check out the lady didn't even take time to look thoroughly on her computer. She just said “no late checkout is available for that room; someone else has already booked it”. This was frustrating because I know for a fact their hotel was not even close to being booked and at our check in they asked me if I had a room preference. They should've allowed us a late checkout and booked the other people in an empty room. I do not plan to stay here again. The price is SO not worth the service. Læs mere

Staff was courteous in assisting me with getting onto wi-fi every day...but I had to get their assistance everyday. Once I got on though, it was fast enough for me. Nice beds. Food was pretty good, but far from perfect (french toast was inedible but pancakes and eggs, etc were good. My main complaints are: no bathtubs in most suites, poor maid service, tepid water in the shower, lousy location, right next to the I-15 in an industrial area and the noise and lights from the freeway were poorly filtered. Room noise from the neighboring room was audible as well. Through the night I would rouse and think it was dawn, only to look outside […] and see just the glaring lights of the city. Only average breakfast buffet. Good points: Nice layout of the room, comfortable beds and a full kitchen. Very roomy bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The staff did respond to my request for hotter water in the shower. The off-season rates were very reasonable in my opinion. Læs mere

We frequent the Summerfield Suites at least twice a year and has been one of our favorite hotels because of the room amenities and location which is near several of our family members. With that said we were extremely disappointed with the service at our last visit. Our 4 night visit spanned over Thanksgiving holiday. On Thanksgiving Day and housekeeping […] knocked on the door at 8:30am. Knowing that they were probably trying to complete their tasks to get to their families, we allowed them to come in so that they could do the bare minimum - remove trash and replace towels - and gave them a healthy tip. However, housekeeping never was at par for the rest of the stat as they never vacuumed or cleaned the kitchen or bathroom. Filled trash bags remained on the floor near elevators and were never picked up. On the day of checkout, and again at 8:30am, we had a knock at the door. An individual with a clipboard asked what time we were anticipating to checkout. We travel somewhat and have never been asked when we anticipate since patrons are typically are meant to adhere to checkin and checkout times. Oh how times have changed and service and cleanliness has dwindled considerably. We probably will stay somewhere else next time. Læs mere

Great suite, very clean HBO was a plus, only complaint really was the fact that you couldn't black out all the blinds, so I couldn't sleep in till noon!

For the price this property far exceeded my expectations. Our 1-bedroom was very comfortable and worked fairly well for two single ladies - although having the bathroom outside the bedroom would have been nicer and would have meant more privacy. The hotel was somewhat difficult to find coming off 10600 but once we knew better to take a different route […] in it was fine. It is a quiet area as it is mostly business park, but the highway is very loud. We enjoyed the option of having the full kitchen and even a BBQ grill. Breakfast was marginal, but at least it was sufficient to get me started with my day. The lobby was very comfortable! Nice place to meet friends for chatting or cards, it smelled great, and the "market" came in very handy and had more items than were expected. All in all I would recommend! Læs mere

Loved this place!! Rooms were clean, staff was very nice and the the complimentary breakfast was great!! I definitely will stay there again!!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. After reading a lot of the reviews for the hotels around this area, with ants in the bed or smoke filled rooms. I decided I had to spend a little more to get the best. It was well worth the money. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. I loved the idea of a smoke-free hotel. My wife & I were thoroughly impressed with this facility. Our studio suite was beautiful. We were impressed with the decor of the place. Everything matched to our liking. The breakfast was tasty (which is included in your stay). Close to the Sandy Ampetheatre & freeway access. Wont be disappointed.

I do ALOT of travel. Best hotel for the $ I've ever stayed at. EVERYTHING was perfect 100%. I've never seen such a bargin. Everybody professional, friendly, and the work ethic of the staff was amazing. Not one thing wrong the whole week I stayed. If they could all be this way. I absolutely love the Hyatt Hotel. I was staying there on the night of my wedding and it was our first time being there. We fell in love with it instantly. It was a great location and it was like a mini amazing modern apartment. We didn't want to leave! I seriously loved it so much. On our honeymoon our hotel wasn't as amazing and we kept saying we […] miss the Hyatt. One downfall, we didn't love the bed pillows, but oh well! Læs mere

This hotel is great. It feels very new and is super clean. Friendly quick check in. The front deask assisted us with food inquireries. We had some of the best pizza delivered right to our room on the recomendation of the front desk. easy to find and in a nice location with a super target 3 blocks away. The pool wasnt huge but is warm and clean and our […] two kids had a great time swimming. The breakfast is good with pleanty of choices. The beds are comfy with great bedding (a must for me) Nice size bathroom with granite and a great shower. The kitchen is great. I live in the eastern US and for what I would pay for a barely passable room I got a suite. Fridge, stove, seperate living room and bedroom. Very nice.
