Front desk staff was excellent. Room was ok, a little over the top on the decor. Food service for breakfast was terrible. Buffet was old and stale. Asked for tomato juice, got Clamato......yuck.

Beautiful new facilities, great customer service. My favorite place I've stayed in Toronto so far!

Clean spacious room. Pool was clean and nice. Hot tub out of service. (temporarily) - There was construction going on in basement-building a spa area- so a bit noisy at times but wasn't unbearable. Service was good and staff was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. Just a note, however, that our room, although a suite, did not have a separate bedroom. It was all one room, with a sofa bed and chair.

The room was excellent and it was very clean. The only issue was the phone and Internet service in my room did not work. I ended up changing rooms which is a major hassle late at night. The final room was excellent and all worked well.

conveniently close to the airport and most major highways, excellent price/service value, will def stay there again

This Hotel is 15/20 minutes away from the Airport, there is NO shuttle and you have to take a cab. I complained about this to Hotels and was told I indeed did not have to take a cab, that it was more of a Private Limo situation. Yes but I still have to pay for the Limo right? Yes Sir! In all it cost me an additional $60.00 to get to this hotel and back […] to the airport to get my rental car. There is a Raddision on the airport property that offers a 24hr shuttle service but its not this one. Inside it resembles a dictators desert palace and is slap in the middle of an industrial estate. I think they added the word Airport to fool folks like me as business seems to be low there. Læs mere

I stay at this Radisson every time I'm in Toronto. Its unbelievably nice and the front desk is very courtious. I would highly recommend. The only drawback is that its a bit further away than the other airport hotels.

beautiful, luxurious new hotel. great friendly staff. we had a mid range room with 2 flat screen tvs, adjustable bed and a fireplace. worth more than what we paid for

we checked in around 8 pm on a Friday, January 20. It was very quiet, the front desk clerk was doing something on the computer and she didn't look at me for about 5 minutes, check in was fine but the clerk didn't say a thing, not even a hello or a smile don't know what her name was because her hair covered the name tag but that was a very bad first […] impression that I got from the hotel. I would not want to come back to this hotel because of this kind of service, the room was OK , big stained on the carpet. Nothing was extraordinary. Note to the management: please talk to this clerk if you want people to come back to the hotel unless the clerk is the manager then it's just too bad. Læs mere

What a lovely place. Very aesthetically pleasing. Usually Mississauga and even a lot of Toronto hotels are nice, but boring. The dark wood in the rooms, the bedroom decor, even the hallways were just gorgeous. Will definitely return for another lovely and comfortable night's stay.

This hotel offers extreme class and service. Looking forward to my next stay !

we arrived fairly late in the evening & the front desk clerk was busy on the phone with a customer. it took more than 5 minutes to be properly acknowledged. other than that the hotel was great

This is a really good hotel for the price paid. Better than expected. I read that other customer had issues with electricity; it happened to me as well: When returning to my room about midnight, the second day of our stay, I found all the electricity outlets and appliances not working (TV, refrigerator, fireplace, radio, clock, etc.) as well as the […] lights in the living room. Only the lights in the bedroom area worked, but no TV. I called the front desk and the receptionist told me that someone would come up. Ten minutes later, a very friendly employee came to our room and, after inspecting my report, offered to switch our room. I didn’t accept since my family was already in bed and one of the kids sound asleep, plus we were leaving in the morning anyway. He asked me to at least accept complimentary buffet breakfast, which I did. Other than that, our stay was flawless, the service from the personnel was excellent, and our experience very delightful. Even though the name of the hotel implies that they are close to the airport, they are not, and they don’t offer airport shuttle, so if this important to you, keep it in mind. Læs mere

The only thing I could complain about was that the old coffee was still in the coffee maker.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It's decorated in a victorian style and is quite nice. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and our room had 2 big LCD tv's. It was clean and the staff were friendly. We were very disappointed by the quality and lack of variety in the breakfast, not to mention the price. We also found it that this being a convention hotel, […] it was very difficult to get parking when the had wedding receptions booked on the weekend. GREAT STAY WOULD COME BACK AGAIN VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY.

Staying at the Radisson was great! Good location, great staff, lovely hotel. I'm rebooking for December. This is my new "near the Toronto airport" hotel.

It was a really excellent stay,high quality hotel it is very convinient for families and very friendly stuff.

The only problem we had was that we had to park three blocks away from the hotel and that was not what was explained when we booked the room.

was travelling for business and hotel was not at all appropriate for business; room was extremely dark, light bulb had burned off on the desk lamp (had to get the lamp replaced as maintenance had gone home for the night). the restaurant food was nasty.

If I could get this room for under $130/night, I will always stay here. Two flat panel TV's, fireplace, sleep comfort bed, executive desk are just a few of the ammenities. Great location too. The only knock was that they did not have an alarm clock in the room...

THIS IS PRESENTED AS AN AIRPORT HOTEL. IT HAS NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE WHICH TO ME QUALIFIES IT NOT TO BE CONVENIENT TO THE AIRPORT IT WAS A 15 MINUTE DRIVE AT 4AM WITH NO TRAFFIC. PLEASE REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR AIRPORT LIST. WE HAD TO TAKE A CAB TO GET TO THE AIRPORT. NOT CONVENIENT. HOTEL STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY.

the rooms have an extra sitting/tv area which usually cost about double what i paid here. there is a lot of attention to detail extras in the architecture that agian normally commands higher prices.

If you are looking for a luxurious room with big jacuzzi this is the place. If you want meticulously clean it's not. The first room we had only half the jets in the tub worked, so they moved us to another room, even fewer of the jets worked. I refused to move again, 1 move in a 2 night stay was enough, so they comped our room service! There was a used […] match on the ledge by the tub and some stains on the carpet in front of the fireplace, may have been nail polish or henna. All that being said the beds are comfortable, very elegant looking and room service was prompt and very good food. The breakfast buffet included was a surprise. A full buffet with hot and cold items. If you like hot tea, make it in your room. The hot water was put through a coffee maker, so the tea tasted like coffee. We would go again if we have the chance. Læs mere

The Radisson Plaza in Mississauga - great hotel but they need to change their burnt-out lightbulbs. I counted 15 while we were there - 3 of them were in our room!

Great hotel for the money. Every room is over equipped with amenities.

The hotel suite was very comfortable and service very good. Not many alternate dining choices in the area but Radisson food was OK.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and absolutely fabulous!!! We loved this hotel. We were on vacation and stayed at two other hotels in addition to this one, and this was by far the best of the three! Don't let the negative reviews fool you, this place was very elegant and clean!

Tacky lobby and hallways, unless you like a lot of gold....desperately trying to give an illusion of a grand hotel experience....dirty dirty, dust in the hallways...nothing works...pop machine broken, and even elevators don't work....only positive was the room was nice, but carpet was stained...overall dirty hotel....everything was made to look glamorous, […] and they could have pulled it off if they grabbed a bottle of fantastik and pledge once in a while...and maybe hire a good maintenence staff as well Læs mere

This hotel gave the initial appearance of a hotel which had a 3 or 4 star rating. Marble everywhere and an East Indian theme throughout. After leaving the lobby reality hit us. The pool was not heated or lit. I had to request all overhead lights to be turned on in the pool area. With great fanfare they complied. Change rooms were unavailable - apparently […] under construction. Someone decided that marble floors on a pool area bathroom would be a good idea. I disagree. Our initial room was dirty, fake eyelashes on the carpet found by the kids when we got in. The tub was filthy and I learned after we requested a new room that glue from the marble tub surrounds was on the tubs making it appear even more dirty. Not enough sheets were available for the pull out sofa bed even though we specifically indicated there were 4 in our party. The sofa bed was definitely on an incline with the head much higher. No garbage pails are in the room which was less than ideal with a 2 year old. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and burnt out lights in the room. All elevators except one were working. Everyone (staff and goods included) used one elevator for 4 days. The hallways were not air conditioned. Guess it's eco friendly but not expected in 40 degree C humidity. The night concierge was overwhelmed. When we asked where Treehouse was located we were told to check through the channels even though the guest info book had incorrect information. He had lots of trouble getting our room set up of a paid movie. The guest info book was very much out of date as it indicated cribs and such were available. The night desk said "We have none" but the housekeeping staff was awesome and found one hidden. The restaurant was a challenge as the poor fellow in the morning didn't appear to want children around even though we waited till past the business crowd rush.
