The staff at the Hotel were all so kind and accommodating. The beds were exquisite and the morning complimentary breakfast was so convenient.

Spent a night at the Hampton Inn. The front desk was very nice and helpful. They let us check-in earlier. Also, the breakfast was great. Overall very satisfied with the stay. Will definitely stay again.

Very happy with the size, cleanliness, great hot breakfast, just a very well maintained hotel. Traveling with 3 small kids under the age of 6 is not the easiest thing, this hotel was great. Highly recommend!

The room we reserved was a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was also very damp... the air conditioning wouldn't get cold enough. We swapped rooms thinking it would help, but we couldn't adjust the temperature enough to get it cold in the room. King size rooms don't have refrigerators... didn't expect that. Queen size rooms […] do, which is what we swapped to. The hallways and elevator were very muggy and damp smelling. The hotel was clean, but it wasn't what we have come to expect of a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was good, but it ended at 10 am and the guy who refilled everything refused to refill anything past 9:30... his attitude was breakfast was going to be over, so he wasn't going to put the stuff out. Nice Rooms. A little out of the way from the attractions. People were very friendly. The morning food was better then the surrounding area. One problem was only one elevator was working. It took a long time to travel from floor to floor at certain times. Since there was no elevator set aside for the room service workers. This hotel is great but if your primary place of visit is gatlinburg , do not go here.Beware that there is a lot of traffic in the gatlinburg / pigeon forge area in weekend/vacation days and it takes an hour at least to reach here from gatlinburg.

This hotel was much better than the one we stayed in the first night of our trip. The carpet in the first hotel was so loud it could keep you up at night. This Hampton Inn was decorated very well, all the staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool was clean and refreshing. Fantastic people at front desk.....even got me on the list at Olive Garden while I was in route. From check in to check out....this place is first class. Thank goodness another motel was booked up and I broke tradition to stay at this Hampton Inn. It was absolutely perfect.

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast they serve is very good with a different menu every day. The breakfast coordinator was a gem of a guy and he went out of his way to accomodate our request. The hotel room was nice and clean and well maintained throughout our 4 night stay. The location is great and about a 20 […] minute ride to pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to gatlinburg. Now this is non peak season. We tried to check in at 6 pm and the room was not ready for another hour. The staff was not very courtious and there was mildew or mold on the wall incompassing an outlet on the wall and the room had an unpleasant musty smell. This is not what we have come to expect at a Hampton Inn as we stay almost exclusively at Hampton Inn's when we travel.

I was surprized at the great breakfast they provided I have no complaints concerning my stay I shared a couple of concerns with the desk when I left But they were minor I can not say enough nice things about this hotel and the staff

This is THE place we will stay in E. TN from now on! The room was spacious and very comfortable - the layout was extremely friendly to a small family and offered everything we needed. The wirelss connection was a pain to deal with that could be made easier, but it did work and we were able to use it. The pool and hot tub were nice - not luxurious, but […] nice. Very clean and well kept hotel

My Husband and I went to Gatling burg ,TN four the fourth of July celebration, We choose to stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Kodak, because it was only about a 20 min drive to pigeon forge, The hotel was so nice the rooms were extra clean and everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was nice too, we will be staying here again on our return trip […] to the mountains! No complaints... Læs mere

This is a lovely hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Perfect location, close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but away from the crowds and busyness. We especially enjoyed visiting with the food services manager at breakfast both mornings we were there. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it!

This hotel is beautiful and is away from all the traffic of Pigeon forge and Sevierville. The room was clean and very spacious. The one problem we had was with the air unit in the room. It had the option of either being off or on auto so it switched between cool air and warm air, at times it made the room uncomfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable […] and the linens were soft. A little pricey, but the room was wonderful! Perfect spot from which to visit Dollywood - could take the back road from Sevierville and miss all the Pigeon Forge traffic.

we loved it, very nice!!!

I was there to attend the Tennessee Smokies baseball game. Hotel driveway is adjacant to the stadium parking lot. It is also across the highway from a specialty store complex. I highly recommend.

everything about the Hotel was first class and people were very accomadating and hotel was very clean.

If you're going to a concert or game at Smokies Stadium, this is the place to stay. Just walk across the parking lot...no waiting in traffic.

This is a fairly new hotel. It was very comfortable and located very near the interstate. The room was clean and comfortable with wonderful beds. I highly recommend.
