The staff at this hotel really knows what service is all about. Besides the bed and linnen was very comfortable, a delicioius breakfast and with running routes really close by not to mention the location in general. I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield and will definetely recommend.

Clean and comfortable, 3 adults and 2 small children fit comfortably into the room, the pool was lovely and breakfast tasty.

"Great place to stay while in Indy"
We had 2 adjoining rooms with grandchildren. They had a great time at the pool. The staff was great. They were very helpful even with recommending a place to order pizza. Breakfast was great. Plan to stay there when ever we are in Indy.

I was only there one night but would definitely recommend to family and friends.
This is a nice clean hotel with up to date t.v.s and the manager -Mellisa is always friendly and very helpful.

Comfort suites truly lives up to its name. I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend it.

I really like this hotel. It is close to stores and restaurants. The pool is smallish but nice. Breakfast was good. I like the size of the rooms, with the extra sitting areas. The staff was nice.

we enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel for the comfort of the room ie., extra space with the couch area. The continental breakfast was good as well. Pool is a little small but the kids had a blast anyway. Great deal for the money

the hotel is reasonably close to the airport without the airport noise. numerous restaurants or fast food placs nearby though nothing fancy. there's a mall within a 15 minute drive if you want to shop, or a Target just a few minutes down the road.

I had stayed here a couple of years ago and found the room to be just average. I had to book here again on very little notice and was glad to find a room available. We are planning on booking here again next year. We were in Indy for Drum Corps International World Championship. The location was convenient for getting to the Lucas Oil Stadium. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The neighborhood seemed very safe. Our room was clean and spacious.

We stay in Indiana once or twice a year to visit family and friends. We've stayed in several of the surrounding hotels and hadn't been very happy with the rooms. This facility was built a couple years ago and we decided to give it a try this past spring and again last week. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and always greeted us cheerfully whenever we entered the building and often asked if there was anything we needed. "Almost an A+"
We had an excellent experience at this hotel except for one thing: there was no one available at the desk when we checked out. I waited 3-4 minutes, made noise, etc, but no one came. Glad I wasn't in a hurry.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and rooms were perfect for traveling with kids. We have an inflatable travel bed for our daughter and we were able to put it in the space where the pull out couch and chair was. My daughter really enjoyed the pool, which was a nice 86 degrees! "great place to stay"
We were extremely please with the Comfort Suites. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was no residual noise from the nearby interstate. A decent selection of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a nice treat with plenty of options. Overall it was well worth the money.

This hotel is new and was very clean, neat, and very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

I was AMAZED at how wonderful this hotel was! The pool was small and comfy and a perfect temperature. The beds were reallyu cozy and warm with plenty of pillows. Pros: The hotel was very nice and clean. Shower pressure was good and the water was hot. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice also. Variety of breakfast choices and very tasty and filling. Newer hotel, nice rooms, comfy beds. Was thrilled at the rate. With two kids, it's nice to have a little more space. Really pleased and will go back again.

WENT TO VISIT MY SON,WHO HAD JUST MOVED TO THE AREA AND HE DID NOT HAVE ROOM IN HIS NEW APARTMENT FOR US ALL TO STAY WITH HIM. THE HOTEL WAS EASY TO FIND, CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, SINCE WE HAD NOT BEEN IN THE AREA BEFORE, WE WERE UNSURE HOW TO DRIVE TO HIS APARTMENT. WOULD WE STAY HERE AGAIN, YES!

Took a small trip to Indy, and took my son to the zoo and children's museum. I don't like to stay downtown. This was easy to get too and not too far from attractions. The room was really nice, it was big, bigger than most for the price, it had a ref, microwave, nice sitting room with couch, flat screen tv. "Wow!"
This hotel went way beyond my expectations! We had so much fun there! The pool was so clean and there were always fresh/warm towels in there! Every staff person was polite and helpful. The room was an apartment! Huge and very pretty - beds were amazing. I would love to know what kind of matress was on that bed - lots of pillows too! Our room had a livingroom […] separated by a wall. The bathroom was xtra large with the coffee area in there - which was great! I made coffee early in a.m. while everyone was asleep and just shut the door to the bathroom - didn't bother anyone. We had a fridge and microwave too. Then there was the breakfast - yummy! When I called to get directions before we went, the desk clerk told me they would either be having biscuits and gravy or waffels. I told her they both sounded great and she said, "ok, we'll have them both" - and they did! Everything on the buffet was wonderful and fresh. We were really impressed and would have liked to stay there a little longer!!! :) The kids had so much fun that we're thinking of going there over a weekend - just for fun! The rooms are very quiet but ask for a view if you want one. Our view was a tar rooftop - not really pleasing but not their fault. And we had a terrible time finding the hotel. "Clean hotel with a staff that is one of the finest in the nation."
We have stayed at this facility several times in the past. The lady at the desk is the most friendly person and the lady preparing breakfast is absolutly great. You will not find this type of staff in many motels.

Hotel is new. Well maintained. Room has fridge, flatscren and all other regular equipment. Staff is frndly. Cons: when i checked one of the beds wasnt made cleanly. Breakfast was bad. The biscuit served was probably from the times of the dinosaurs. Otherthan these the hotel stay was good.
