My husband, mother in law and I stayed here for a week while arranging her visa. It is perfectly situated next to the consulate, finger print office, medical clinics and one block across the street from a beautiful shopping mall. We stayed at this hotel because we had to attend our immigrant visa interview at the Juarez Consulate. The staff was very helpful and the location is awesome. You can walk to the consulate and to the clinics for the medical exams. Safety was a big concern for us. The surrounding hotel area is overall safe and you can walk to very tasty restaurants […] and to the mall/cinema across the street. The hotel has security personnel on site and hotel staff can arrange safe transportation to the El Paso or Ciudad Juarez airports. The hotel staff is very knowledgeable about immigration procedures and can easily provide advise or direct you to the right resources. The hotel has a restaurant onsite which can deliver food directly to your room. There is also a store within the hotel in case you need milk or other items for your children/babies. We even got a chance to swim in the pool and to eat and read the paper in the outdoor pool area. I highly recommend staying at the Quality Inn if you are doing business at the consulate; it is well worth the price. Læs mere

Awful service, the personnel does not care about customers. The maid forgot to resuply paper toilet 3 of the 6 nigths that we stayed and removed our bedspread the fourth night saying that it was for other room. When I called to reception to let them know about the situation, they sent us some blankets and the person in charge said he was going to send […] someone to check about the bedspread during the morning but never arrived. In another occasion, in the dining area, where the continental breakfast is served, I request respectfully to clean our table and they said that they were coming but never show-up. Læs mere

The hotel is located in a convenient place for appointments at the consulate. It is not a bad place to stay but i believe it is not worth the price. It is too expensive for what it has to offer. Great hotel to stay it is really safe and has it's own restaurant right beside no reason to fo out . I felt really safe and every office is really close.

this is the best hotel, so close to the american counsel and resturants. and its nice and clean the staff is great and very helpfull i recommend this hotel. and give it an A+

The hotel was great! It had good service. It is cozy and relaxing.

The hotel is nice because it's so close to everything and the american consulate. The rooms are a little small and no extra furniture in the room. But the food is excellent.

Very nice Hotel, good location one thing they need are coined washing machines after a few days there you might want to wash, they offer the service for a fee but would rather wash myself.

It has good security and the pool is surrounded by a private fence. The staff are so nice and some are really hot. Juarez women are muy caliente! ... at the mall, at denny's, near the consulate area, at walmart, ... hot , hot, hot! If I can, I will make it back for some sight seeing, shopping, and clubbing, despite the dangers.

This is one of the safest and outstanding hotel that we have stayed out of the country. specially the the receptionist Carlos and Myriam, always willing to help. Specially our favorite maid Claudia. Gracias por el buen trabajo de todos. including mr. smilie the patol officer @ night

Hotel was conveniently located close to US Consulate and appears to cater to those individuals with business at the US Consulate. If we have to go there again, we will stay at this hotel.

MOM AND I WERE THERE THIS PAST WEEK FOR MOM GREEN CARD AND EVERYTHING WAS SO CLOSE TO THE HOTEL EVEN COMING HOME WE SAVE SOME MONEY ON TAXIS THERE NOT CHEAP I THINK THERE MORE EXPENSE THAT IN LAS VEGAS BUT EVERYBODY WAS REALLY NICE I KNOW WE SEE IN THE NEWS CD JUAREZ IS A VERY DANGER CITY BUT WE HAD A GOOD EXPERINCE

i like the location and my room...i dont like the service, people that work here mostly are pretty rude and they dont care about your needs.

We were well taken care. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms and hotel were always clean. We felt very safe there. We walked to the consulate after getting familiar with the area. If you search this area on google maps, you can see all the stores and get familiar of what everything looks like. Be prepared to pay for everything around town,not […] cheap. Have been to this hotel 3 times. Everything has always been very good. The only problem was the sheets on the queen bed did not fit and always rode up during the night. Hotel is always maintained very well. Not much for food though. The restaurant Diana next door was excellent as always. Very friendly staff and great choice of food. I recomend the pork […] chop. There is a computer room, a little store, and ATM, aeromexico office. Everything you could need is available. I recommend this hotel to people going to visa interviews and medical examinations. I arrived to a very curtious reception, and the room was CLEAN! The shower drizzle is as expected for Mexico. Their restaraunt Diana had good food at a reasonable price. The parking gaurds did a great job taking care of the parking area. It is close to a Mall, Consulate, and Pharmacy. Yes walking distance to the Consulate.
