Really fantastic hotel -it's a gem. So many god things to mention: neet and spacy room, Nice poolarea, great breakfast and of cause very friendly staff. Will come again and will surely recommend to anybody going to Orange County.

the rooms are comfortable but a little in need of up-dating. the carpets are worn. Walls need refreshing.

For the price is was ok. Convenient, with a large shopping mall and several very good restaurants right around the corner. It was older but well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was delighted to find out that I was on the first floor and was able to park my car just a few feet away. What great convenience. The next monring at 5:30 I awoke […] to what sounded like the high heel heavy footsteps of the upstairs neighbor. I experienced this three of my four nights there. It's a wood frame building with no insulation between the floors. So if you're going to stay there, either request a second floor room or hope that there's no one in the room above you. Læs mere

Very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The price was very reasonable.

Outdoors kept up well, personnel made you feel welcome, the room had all the amenities, breakfast was easily accessible, a positive experience.

Ours second time here, we will stay here again if in this area. People in the front lobby were friendly and efficient. Breakfast beter than typical non-cooked motel fare - fresh fruit, good cereal and breads selection

Pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was in such a busy area. Very nice and comfortable too.

I booked a room with a king bed, but was given a double queen without even an explanation on check-in.I didn't know what they gave me until I got to the room. When I asked them what happened to my King room, all they could offer was lame excuses about how they must have been all given away. I asked how that was possible since I had a reservation for […] a king room and could not get a straight answer nor did they offer any compensation for their screw-up. Enjoyed our stay. Easy access to where we wanted to go.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a lovely accommodation for the price. The rooms were tastefully decorated in furnishings reminiscent of "Old nostalgic California." Everything was super clean. Restaurants and shopping were within the next block. We really enjoyed our stay.

I was a little nervous because on hotels.com i accidentally input one person was staying instead of our family of four, oops. I noticed this a couple days before check in and I promptly called the hotel directly to correct my mistake. I talked to a very nice lady who fixed the problem without a fuss. While I was on the phone with her I asked if I could […] request a street level room with door access to the parking lot. She told me that the internet bookings were always put into the 2 upper levels. I didn't argue, but was a little bummed out because of the pain it would be to lug kids up the stairs and through the halls. But we did get a great deal online and the hotel had good reviews. When we arrived, as we looked for our room, I was pleasantly surprised that she did end up putting us in a corner room on street level! Conveniently right across from the breakfast room! Overall our stay was nice, however the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. If you like really hard, firm mattresses and pillows with no give, then you'll be okay. Also the bathroom door is very close to the toilet so it's kind of difficult maneuvering in and out.

Very nice place, but noisy construction and emergency care center nearby with frequent sirens nearby.

I found the Laguna Hills Lodge to be outstanding. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds, with all the flowering plants was beautiful. If I had to find one thing wrong I would say the beds were a bit hard, but a softer bed is my preference. Wow great hotel, very pleased with my stay!!! Older but kept up nice!

Overall nice and confortable.

We stayed at the Laguna Hills Lodge while visiting the area for a wedding. The accommodations met our needs entirely and the included breakfast was perfect with a variety of choices. The in room coffee maker, iron, and fridge were put to good use ...and we even had time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Very satisfied overall.

We have friends in Laguna Woods who are struggling with age related challenges, as are we. The wonderful facilities of the LODGE enabled to have a three day visit with great pleasure and relaxation.

this hotel is set in rose gardens, just across from mall. It has easy access to freeway, but just far enough not to hear it. Rooms are have ample room, with fridge/ freezer, microwave etc. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Pool not very big, and had small hot tub. Safe was large enough to fit laptop. Would stay here again.

EVERY worker greeted us with a smile and a "hello". The room was not only clean, it sparked. We felt very much "at home" b/c the breakfast food was fresh and tasty and the employees were very courteous. We were concerned about traffic noise, but when we closed the curtain, the room was very quiet and gave us an uninterrupted night's sleep. As a first time guest I was unaware that the rooms were in separate buildings as well as the continental breakfast and that there were no elevators if you needed to access the second floor. Nor was there anyone to assist me with my luggage to reach the second floor and use the stairs. However the cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating depending […] on our changing daily schedule. When one of us left a personal belonging behind, it had been turned in to the front desk by the time I called to check on it , within hours of checking out. It was easy to make arrangements to have it returned as we were already out of town. Other members of our group enjoyed the use of the heated pool and jacuzzi even though it is called a heated spa. Having a microwave and refrigerator available in the room was a necessity, which is standard. All of us would definitely return in the future for another stay and recommend it to almost anyone. The hotel was very convenient easy to find right off 405. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

It totally met our expectations especially for the price. There are restaurants 2 min. away. The pool and hot tub were crystal clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The garden was beautiful and well kept. A well deserved 2 thumbs up.

I stayed here while I attended a local class and I am glad I did! Be sure and check out the gym and pool!

The Laguna Hills Lodge is a nice place, we only stayed one night, we wish we would have stayed more, but it wasn't convenient to our plans. Nice decor, above average continental breakfast, and a nice courtyard area. Relatively easy to get to.

The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. However the toilet in our room was not in proper working condition which made our stay unpleasant.

Our stay at The Laguna Hills Lodge was like a slice of heaven. From check in to check out we were treated like the only guest. The rooms were wonderful...I had read the pillows were hard so I brought my own. There was also some talk about the fire station making a lot of noise...DID NOT HAPPEN DURING OUR STAY. Our room was always spotless upon our return. […] It was convenient to every thing we wanted to do from business to pleasure to sightseeing...perfect location. We are planning on coming out to this area again in the very near future to attend other conferences and we will definitely stay at Labune Hills Lodge. A treasure not to be missed. Læs mere

Last minute online reservation, but could not have been happier. I have certainly stayed in a lot nicer places but for the price and the location I was thrilled and plan on going back. The continental breakfast the next morning was more than I was expecting. spent a night there and enjoyed with the kids clean, organized and the front office people were nice, did not get to check the rest of the place out, but it looked good over all

This lodge even though has been refurbished one main ingredient has not been upgraded. The mattress was unacceptable. It felt as though I was sleeping on the box spring. I had a hard time sleeping and my back was very unhappy about it. I asked the manager when they would be upgrading the mattresses and he was non responsive. I would not stay here a […] gain. Laguna Hills Lodge is a very nice place located at a very elegant area. They offer free and fresh breakfast is a plus to make it convenient for an early business of the day when needed. I would definitely to come back and recommend this place to my friends and relatives.
