Fint hotel med meget kort gå afstand til Universal Studios. Gode parkerings forhold, og behagelige værelser.Også nemt at komme videre rundt i LA, hvis man har bil.

Rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til LAX og super med shuttle service. Lidt uheldig med swimmingpoolområde var under reperation, vi blev henvist af en lidt smart receptionist til nabohotel, hvor der var mange problemer med at komme ind. Gode værelser.

Hotellet er lille, men rigtig hyggeligt. Værelserne er rimelig små, men pladsen er udnyttet godt og har alt hvad man skal bruge. Værelserne er pæne, rene og hyggelige. Personalet er super søde og MEGET hjælpsomme. Morgenmadsbuffeten er lille med et lille udvalg, men stadig fin og nok til at starte dagen på. Hotellet ligger et par hundrede meter fra Beverly Centret, som har et hav af butikker (inkl Macy´s og Bloomingdales) og en håndfuld spisesteder. Skråt over for hotellet ligger der også et supermarked/stor kiosk som har åbent 24 timer i døgnet. Beliggenhed er lidt svært at tale om når man er i LA, da byen er kæmpe stor og har mange områder, men Beverly området er et af de pænere områder og Hollywood Boulevard og Sunset Boulevard ligger ca 10 min i bil op af sidegaden. Hotellet kan helt klart anbefales og er et hotel vi godt kunne vende tilbage til hvis vi igen skulle komme forbi LA.

Vi blev opgraderet gratis til en suite, som var rigtig fin, ren og rummelig. Vi valgte stedet pga afstanden til Dinseyland, ellers ville vi ha boet tættere på centrum. Det eneste minus ved stedet var, at det gratis internet desværre ikke virkede i de 5 dage vi var der:( Resten var tip top.
Placering.
Days Inn Pasadena ligger i Pasadena og er tæt på Los Angeles Arboretum and Botanic Gardens og Westfield Santa Anita. Ekstra attraktioner i omegnen er bl.a. Rose Bowl og California Institute of Technology.

Pasadena ser livet gennem rosenfarvede briller hvert nytår. Byen er vært for den årlige Tournament of Roses-parade samt Rose Bowl Game-mesterskabet i collegefootball. "SECOND VISIT"
This was the second time staying at this hotel and we actually got the exact same room both times. So no real complaint since we enjoyed our room the first time. The ONLY complain I have is that I noticed there was a gatorade bottle and soda can under the bed close to the head of the bed. Its understandable they may have just not noticed it, but I did […] and it bothered me. In addition there were no towels in the room when we first arrived. "How to tell you're in a seedy hotel..."
1. When there's a "trick" to turning on your shower, of which apparently only the front desk clerk knows about. 2. When your hotel bed is so excruciatingly hard, where you'd be better off sleeping on the floor as opposed to the bed itself. 3. When you have to yet again employ trickery to ensure that the light socket is completely secured flush to […] the fall, and not falling out (wires exposed and all) in order to have your phone charged. 4. When you begin to question whether or not another shower is needed after your brief night of "sleep," because the cleanliness of the bedding is bringing out doubts. As you can guess from above, this is not a recommendable hotel. You actually get far below the value of what you pay for a night's stay. "Closest to Sierra Madre"
I was visiting my brother in Sierra Madre, and this hotel was right off the freeway, just a few minutes travel to his house. EXTREMELY convenient! Parking was a bit cramped, but the room itself was clean and comfortable.

pro: 1. The breakfast provide was ok.. 2. Everything in the room works as expected. Con: I had reserved a room with 2 double beds on hotels.com. However when i checked into the hotel, they gave us a king bed with an extra airbed. That was dissapointing given the airbed was not comfortable and properly inflated.
Close to the freeway, the lady at the front was really nice and helpful. I only stayed one night, it was nice and clean. Wasn't too loud at night and theres plenty of good places to eat within in walking distance! Good price, but there are other hotels that are a little closer to Pasadena and for the same price. i don't have anything negative about […] this hotel whatsoever, just do your research first! :) Læs mere

"pleasantly surprised"
After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit worried about staying at this hotel. However, I was relieved to find out that the only complaint I would agree with is that there is not ample on site parking, which forces many people to park on the street. While older, the hotel is well maintained and is inviting from the outside. The rooms are big enough […] and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows(5 for a king). Although the hotel is on a busy street and not very far from the interstate, it wasn't very noticeable once the door was shut. The walls are a little thin, but that is common in older hotels. The bathroom is nice and I do like that the sink and vanity is seperate from the shower and toilet, there by allowing two people to get ready at the same time if needed. The microwave and the fridge worked very well. There is a restaurant(Coco's) just a couple blocks away. A nice hamburger spot(Tops) less than a block away and a gas station/store just beyond that. "Couldn't have asked for more for the money"
It's a Days Inn. You get a pretty nice room, comfy bed and bathroom for a good price. The free internet, fridge, and microwave are a plus. Everything was clean, the staff was nice and the area seemed safe and really quiet even though the freeway is pretty close. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area. Great spot to relax! Very quiet & clean. Right near the 210 highway and the LA Metro Gold line too. A Cluster of restaurants are nearby when you get hungry and you also have a laundry to wash your clothes -- and free wireless internet. I'd highly recommend this spot.

The only negative thing re: our room was the location of our room. The only room available was a corner street level room right on a street corner so traffic was a little noisey. Otherwise we were quite pleased.

I stayed here during the Spring TCA tour. It is smaller than the Best Western just down the block and the continental breakfast is not really worth it compared to the Best Western. "A big let down"
This was not what I expected for this hotel name. It was dingy and the hotel was located far from any shopping centers or activities or the Metro transport. Worst of all, when I turned on the air conditioner it smelled as if someone had urinated in it maybe from the outside so I stopped using it. I was disgusted but I did not complain to the management […] because I was tired and the attendant at the desk did not speak English well. I got the room at a price lower than was posted.Was there for the Breeders Cup races. Nice location,room was clean,places to eat in walking distance.Would highly recommend at a lower price.

The experience at this hotel was both good and bad. The bad is that the hotel is not in a great neighborhood, there is not really enough parking, and it is about 4 miles from Old Town Pasadena.
