Paramus shopping center ligger blot et kvarters kørsel derfra, så det var perfekt for os da vi gerne ville der. Hotellet ligger ved motorvejen så måske ikke perfekt beliggenhed hvis man ikke har bil, men man kunne altså ikke høre støjen fra vejen. Og Hampton er en rigtig god kæde. Vi boede på forskellige hoteller hver nat i 22 dage, og Hampton Inn var én af de eneste gode kæder af hoteller vi kunne være sikre på med kvaliteten. Høj standard for lav pris, og mikroovn samt køleskab hvis man ønskede det.

We needed to stay in that area and we got great value for the money. The staff is helpfull, nice and gave good advice and directions. The motel has washingmachines which is very practical with 3 teens. Would stay there again.

Hotel Double Tree er et dejligt hotel med dejlig pool. Værelserne er pæne og rene. Morgenmaden utrolig god. Ligger i passende afstand til Woodbury Outlet. Meget billigt ifht. den høje standard.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chester er i landlige omgivelser og ligger i Chester. Der er attraktioner såsom Museum Village i omegnen. Ekstra attraktioner i regionen er bl.a. Sterling Forest Ski Center og Brotherhood Winery.

Great location, just 15 minutes from Woodbury Common and the MTA Port Jervis Line train that can take you into Penn Station. We chose the hotel as a stop-over because it is close to a large Outlet Mall. Service is what to be expected and breakfast included. Good enough for 1 or 2 days without becoming boring. We picked the hotel because its proximity to Woodbury Common Outlet Mall and its reasonable rates. It turned out to be a very nice hotel and the staff were very accommodating. It's over 10minutes driving from this hotel to Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. It's clean,comfortable,and the most satisfactory hotel in our journey.
"a cheaper alternative"
Close enough to Woodbury commons to justify the price difference vs. immediate surrounding area. Not well sound proofed. Horrible pillows, heater smells like burning when on.

I spent two nights with my husband at this hotel for its proximity to Woodbury Common. We did not have much expectations and we got a pleasant surprise. The room was generously proportioned and impeccably clean. They provide free wireless internet in the rooms. The rate included breakfast buffet which was good but did not have too many options.

When we stayed there we wondered why everyone seemed to be on a first-name basis with the staff. As we later learned, most of the hotel guests were local people who had been forced out of their homes for the second time in two weeks due to local flooding. Hotel is what you expect for the price. Would have scored higher except... When we checked in we asked that a room for our travel companions be booked close to our or at least on the same floor. Front desk said sure no problem. When they arrive 1 hour later the room have been taken and they could not get another room on same floor. Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. The swimming pool was nice for small children. Grounds were well kept and surrounding area has many beautiful sights and good shopping close by.

"Clean, quiet BUT...."
The Holiday Inn Express of Chester is very clean quiet, modern and all that good stuff. Heres the problem: WORST BED EVER. Very uncomfortable, I wouldnt even recomend it for a quick romp. King size bed with all the comfort of a cardboardbox on the sidewalk. Otherwise, its a nice hotel

Nice hotel. Room could use some updates on the wall paper and the dust hanging from ceiling should be removed. Overall was just fine for us. Close to Mount Peter for skiing and had a great Friendly's restaurant a few minutes away for the kids. Would definitely book again in future.

The hotel is in a nice location. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful. There is access to whatever you need all around. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean but not stocked. For example I had a King Bed and only had 3 pillows for 2 people. Also only two towels so your constantly calling room service for one or the other. Also […] I just went on 6/5/09 and the pool and spa were out of order so we couldn't enjoy either one. Also, no discount given for the inconvience. Also, you can't check out from your room either of your one that wants to check out quickly.
