Great location in Palermo Soho. Close to great parillas and bars. Extremely clean with a friendly staff. I just used this location for a one night stay on my way to a late night flight to the US. They were more than happy to store my luggage in a secure,locked room so that I could enjoy a day in BA before flying home.

Room was generally clean & bed comfortable,although I did find a spider in the bathtub one morning. This small hotel is in a good neighborhood -convenient to many attractions, and with inexpensive bus or subway transportation only 5 short blocks away.Unfortunately, there is still construction going on next door, with banging and other loud noises weekdays […] from about 8AM to1600 hours. The breakfast area is small and can get crowded.The food selection is poor (little variety), although fresh. I was surprised not to find facial tissues in the room (since most hotels I've stayed in do offer them).The staff, however, was most helpful. The front desk arranged taxis for us when needed, and supplied appropriate maps to help us find our way around the city. The person taking care of breakfast promptly changed the hot water in the serving carafe when advised it was no longer hot enough to brew tea. If you're an early riser, this hotel is a good choice,but if you want to sleep beyond 8AM, better check if the construction has been completed before making your reservation. Læs mere

Great sleek modern styling, but still comfortable! Loved the offbeat area and close to subway. Near tons of shops, bars, cafes, galleries and restaurants.

Please DO NOT BOTHER staying at the Esplendor Palermo Soho for the next YEAR! They just gutted a building next door and the pounding starts every morning at 8AM and ends at 6PM! It sounds like it is coming through the ceiling. Despite complaining to the manager, the only response we received was, ' Yes, it is a problem'. Not once did they offer to transfer […] us to another hotel within their chain and we were not aware that they in fact were part of a chain. The showers were also unacceptable as the glass plate that is supposed to prevent water from getting out of the tub was only half the length of the tub. There was no way to prevent water from covering half the floor on each shower taken. The only positive thing was the quality of the continental breakfast. Læs mere

The location of the hotel is excellent, never the less the rooms need new pillows and matresses. There is a construction next to the hotel so you can expect some noise from 9-6 for the next 12 months.

Great hotel- rooms were clean and beautifully designed. Palermo Soho is definitely the best area to go out in, so the location is perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

I was completely satisfied with my stay at Esplendor Palermo Soho. I was looking for a good value at a nice hotel near Aeroparque Jorge Kennedy and I found it here. The service could not have been better-VERY friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops and was a very easy drive to the airport. Nicely located and reasonably priced, but felt a bit basic and the bathroom was filthy.

First, let me say that the location was great. However everything else was well below what I expected. To begin with, not all of our sheets had been changed on our bed when we got to the room. They had been made up to look like they were clean, however a basic examination showed dirt and plenty of sleep wrinkles that were not present on the other sheets... […] this is hotel 101 guys. Thankfully housekeeping promptly came up and corrected the "error", which is the only thing that kept me from going to another hotel that day. The second major downside of this hotel is the size and overall condition of the room. Its tiny... like european single tiny, and the room was really run down. The walls were scuffed, thick layers of dust everywhere, the bathroom sink shelves were rusted, picture frames were crooked.. the list continues. Overall, The room did not meet our basic hotel standards. The most important thing, good sleep, was just not possible given the condition of the hotel and room. Læs mere

Esplendor is a beautiful MODERN hotel; Clean and large rooms and very well priced. Breakfast was good. Location is great; Best steakhouses surround this place ie..."la cabrera and Don Julios" , Shopping is amazing just like a nicer NYC SOHO/LES. Not too many tango places around, but only 4 blocks from subway. Nice peaceful retreat from insane streets […] of BA. WOuld benefit from having a pool or hot tub but thats my only criticism Staff was incredibly nice in helping us store luggage, find transportation, rent umbrellas; Really anything you need! Good value in an interesting neighborhood--good access to the locations along the river to NE, and to the Palermo Soho shops and restaurants to SW. Taxis always available and cheap. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms a little small. A young very attentive and helpful staff--multilingual. Recommended highly.

This hotel, on a tree-canopied street and within four blocks of a number of large parks, is ideal for people wanting to explore a neighborhood rich in nightlife, restaurants, and boutiques, afterward sleeeping well at night. Subway access to the Microcentro, about 25 minutes away, is excellent. The staff is young and very helpful. This hotel is in a great locale, the best area for food in the city. It is six blocks from the Subte so very accessible from the Centro and other parts of town. The lobby has a great vibe, and a serves a very good breakfast every day, plus has a full bar. There is an Internet terminal so you can check your emails and make plans very easily. The roof […] deck is a must visit for your stay at sunset. My only issues were that the hot water was not always plentiful, and the AC not as powerful as I would like. Great room for the money

Esplendor Palermo Soho is an excellent hotel. We were 4 blocks away from El Trapiche Restaurant which is probably one of the best steak places to eat at. It's a couple blocks away from Plaza Serrano where they have all the bars and the boutiques are also nearby. The room was big and the bed was a king and very comfortable. Boa relação custo / benefício, ideal para quem vai a Buenos Aires pela 2ª ou 3ª vez e não precisa fazer o circuito básico de pontos turísticos, oportuniza boas caminhadas por ruas seguras e arborizadas com muitas ofertas de comércio (moda e decoração), perto do Jd. Muy buen Hotel. Bonito diseño. Buena atencion.

Estivemos no hotel em 22/04/2011 ficamos 4 noites. No primeiro dia a arrumadeira demorou tanto a arrumar o quarto que no final do dia quando ela veio já não queriamos mais que fosse arrumado. No segundo dia aconteceu a mesma coisa e eu tive que pedir para arrumar quando cheguei ao hotel as 16 horas. Fiquei no quarto do último andar proxim ao elevador […] , e o motor deste fazia bastante barulho no quarto, mas nada que para mim atrapalhasse de dormir. A localização é ótima . As mesas do café da manhã são bastante proximas. O café é bem satisfatório, sem grandes luxos. O pessoal da recepção é muito atencioso. No geral foi uma estadia aconchegante. O Hotel é super bem localizado e bem cuidado, pequeno e aconchegante, ideal para casais sem filhos. Preço justo e atendimento educado.

Stayed just one night but liked it a lot. Staff was friendly, room was very nice and with a balcony, and it was close to restaurants and shops át. Plaza Cortazar. In addition there is a wine store just at the corner that is quite good. Bad points: Breakfast was passable.

O Hotel é localizado num bairro ótimo, próximo de muitas lojas legais e bons restaurantes. Policial de plantão na porta o dai inteiro garantindo a segurança. minha única insatisfação é em relação à limpeza. Havia marcas de "mão" nas paredes (suor) e bandejas de café da manhã nas escadas por um longo período. O ralo do chuveiro/banheira estava entupido […] e a água demorava a descer. Vi uma baratinha de 1 centímetro na parede do banheiro... Apesar disso as toalhas e os lençóis eram trocados todos os dias. Læs mere

Sem dúvida, está havendo uma migração do turista para a região de Palermo (Soho e Hollywood). O hotel está bem localizado e os "points" mais interessantes podem ser acessado a pé. Para quem gosta de caminhar para conhecer o bairro, o Hotel Splendor Palermo Soho é uma ótima opção. Na frente, tem uma vinoteca excelente. Ótima localização no melhor pedaço de Buenos Aires. Prédio novo, quarto limpo e confortável. Área do café da manhã algo reduzida, porém em nenhum momento esteve lotada enquanto estive lá. Altamente recomendável.

O hotel esta muito bem localizado especialmente para aqueles que gostam de circular em Palermo. Há proxi idade de metro o que torna a locomoção pelos bairros bastante acessível.A qualidade do serviço e disponibilidade dos funcionários é otima e o conforto no quarto é muito bom. Ótima estadia!

Personal amable. En dos oportunidades tuve que pedir papel del baño porque no lo reponían. Desayuno ok. Internet incluido lento.

Muito Bom serviço otimo

Pros - cama excelente, decoração uma graça, otrima localização para quem curte palermo. Contras- banheiro pequeno, sem muita luz (pessimo para fans de make-up), banheira meio perigosa (escorregadia) e ducha que molha tudo, mas nada que estragasse a viagem. Staff muito atencisoso. O Hotel é ótimo, mas a parte de serviços é modesta. Tem boa localização e conforto, mas sem entretenimento. É para chegar a noite e dormir muito bem, nada além disso. A equipe é simática e prestativa, mas é pequena. O Café da Manhã é bom, mas quando o salão enche tem só uma pessoa atendendo e isso tumultua um pouco a reposição de itens e limpeza das […] mesas quando vagam. El hotel está bien. A unas 3 o 4 cuadras de la zona de tiendas.Son amables en la recepción. Cuartos y baños bastante chicos, limpios y bien mantenidos.Ojo! El desayuno es hasta las 11, pero 11 menos cuarto no queda nada.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo, café da manhã acima da média. Arredores calmos e quietos à noite, funcionários prestativos. Altamente recomendado!

Excelente hotel - quartos grandes, modernos e com varanda. Staff simpático e prestativo. Ótima cama. Única desvantagem é que fica um pouco mais distante da área mais movimentada de Palermo Soho do que outros hotéis (4/5 quadras). Mas o preço e as condições do hotel compensam a distância.

Local muito tranquilo, proximo ao metro Praça Italia e com boa vida noturna nas imediações. Recomendo.

O serviço foi atencioso, erraram o quarto (queriamos 2 camas de solteiro e tinha 1 de casal), mas foi trocado prontamente para um quarto maior até. Não dá pra andar muito à noite a pé pq tem um pontilhão meio estranho perto. Não tem serviço de quarto à noite. Mas é uma boa opção pra quem quer ficar em Palermo.

Os funcionarios do hotel são muito simpaticos, prestativos, excelente atendimento. A limpeza do quarto é muito boa, as toalhas são limpas, brancas, a cama é muito boa, os lencóis novos, limpos. O melhor de tudo para mim foi a licalização pois o bairro tem muita opção de diversão e dá pra fazer tudo a pé, perto de metrô, tem parada de ônibus perto, a […] praça Serranao onde tem uma grande concentração de muitos bares e restaurantes, muito bom RECOMENDO. Positivo: Ótimo custo x benefício na região de Palermo. Atendimento bom. Próximo de bares e restaurantes ótimos. Fácil acesso a pé ao Zoo! Quartos limpos e conservados. Negativo: No nosso Check-in o quarto estava com cheiro de cigarro, mas abri as janelas e passou. Um pouco difícil de regular a aguá quente do banho, leva um tempo e a água ferve de  […] repente. É a segunda visita a este hotel, percebemos que a qualidade caiu em relação à primeira vez, por exemplo toalhas mais velhas, alguma manutenção a ser feita, serviços mais precários no final de semana, mas em geral sem comprometer muito a estadia. Continua confortável, bem localizado.
