Room was decent, clean. There was an extra fee for internet service and the breakfast if you want to call it that was disappointing. The hotel is geared for extended stay guests not business travel.

The hotel was clean and the bedroom normal; however the hotel needs a renovation; the furniture and carpet are old and torn down, the seats in the room were damaged and the bathtub was leaking.

I am glad I read the reviews on Hotels.com before going to this hotel. When we arrived, the room we were given was dirty (I wasn't surprised because I read it on this website). The office ladies were embarrassed and quickly gave us another room. The hotel was about a mile from the Amtrak station, which is why we chose it. We needed to use public transportation […] to get around the Seattle area. We walked to dinner the night we arrived, shopped at WalMart for breakfast items, and took them back to the room because there was a full size fridge and a microwave (as well as plates and other necessities). It was quite a walk, but not too bad. Since it is an extended stay, there is no daily maid service (which I did not mind) and they only give you soap. Overall, it was quiet and nice. The hotel stay was ok for the price. There is no complimentary breakfast on the weekends, which is not noted on the website during the time of booking.

We didn't arrive until 1130 and the front desk was already closed. Hotels.com told me they had cribs here, but when I asked the front desk, they didn't have any cribs. The stay was alright. I don't think I would come back here. The only reason why we stayed here was because it was pet friendly and it was close to the mall.

The room keys given are ghetto cards with holes in them for the pins to fall through, we had to go to the front desk several times because our key wouldn't work. The Elevator is slow and old, a few times i thought we were trapped in the elevator. When we checked in our room the beds were not made and there were towels on the bathroom floor. We went […] to a concert downtown and on the way back we called the front desk, there were no answer on the first 6 calls. when they finally answered they told us that the "24 hour" shuttle is actually closed midnight-6am. We had to wait in a gas station 30 minutes for a cab. The next morning we had a flight at 6am so we called the front desk and the lady hung up on us. We had to take a cab which we had to wait 20 minutes for and we missed our flight. This is the worst hotel experience i have ever had and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Læs mere

Great experience. Helpful staff. Room quiet & comfortable. Clean. Room with kitchenette just what we needed - stocked with what we needed. We were patients at nearby Tahoma Clinic. Also, nearby walking trail, restaurants, mall.

It's a very basic room. I felt the pillow cases were not very clean and I had to have them replaced. There are no shampoo items or any bathroom amenities. I was given 1 shampoo when I asked for it by going down to the check in desk. The printer in the lobby was out of order when I attempted to use it. An out of order sign should have been set up so […] guest wouldn't waste their time trying to print. The receptionist was nice enough to print my boarding pass after seeing how I was not able to print my file. The hotel is in a business park, so there are no conveniences and you do need to drive 3-4 miles before there are restaurants and stores. Morning breakfast food choices were: a wheat bagel, orange, or apple. There was coffee too. The hotel is pet friendly, which is commendable, but you can hear dogs bark if the guests don't control them. The hotel was convenient for me because it was close to my client's office, other than that, I would not stay there. I've stayed in other hotels for the same rate and have received better services and have gotten a hot and healthy breakfast. Læs mere

Although these rooms are spacious, they are absolutely filthy. Hair from previous guests all over the restroom and even some in the bed. The worst was the overpowering smell of MILDEW! I found large growths of mildew on the ceiling and asked that the shower curtain be replaced. Horrible experiece here! Oh Yeah, bed was very cheap.

Good cheap prices, good customer service, clean rooms.

This is an excellent hotel for the price you pay for it. I stayed there only once and had a great experience. Staff was very accomodating. They have 3 o'clock checking policy which is strictly enforced. Other than that, no issues whatsoever.

This was a large comfortable room with a full kitchen area. A good value. We were on the 3rd floor in the non-smoking section. It was a quiet hotel. We had trouble getting the door to shut and had to call maintenance. Also the handle to the bathtub fell off. Those problems were unexpected because everything was clean and appear well-maintained. The […] TVs were old-style but on a swivel platform. We will stay here again because of the price and location. It was just minutes from the airport without the airplane noise and traffic. Læs mere

this night surprised me. usually Ive had a wonderful time at this hotel. It almost seemed that my easy going attitude put me in the worst room there .also my ip address was blocked from use somehow, but of course i didn't know what was wrong with my pc. my work is all done from laptop so this was destroying my business. after geek squad came to fix, […] and couldn't, i contacted hotel tech support, they after 10 min of trouble shooting found it was in fact there end that caused the block. so i must conclude, i will be avoiding this place from now on Læs mere

I understand this hotel is only two and a half stars but you think they would at least try to make it to where you would like to come back. We got ot our room and bathroom door was open which opens wrong way so it was preventing us to get into the room. The bathroom only had two towels in it and shampoo was non existant. Sat on the bed and it sueked […] really bad every time i barely would move. It made it very hard to relax. Went down stairs in the morning and to my disappointment to find out that there was no breakfast on weekends just weekdays. This was one of the reasons I got the rrom at this hotel. The information on the site said this hotel offered free breakfast and had a pool. The pool was closed and the breakfast was "only provided on week days". I've never heard of this in all the hotels I have stayed at.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during the heat wave in Seattle because I didn't have air conditioning and had a medical problem that made the extreme heat even more difficult. The hotel was relatively clean, the front desk reception friendly and the air-conditioning was very effective. However, I was disturbed that this hotel seemed to be pushing […] a political agenda based on the cable programming that was selected. It was obvious that the programming had been customized for the hotel, and customized with a very conservative slant. That is, Fox News was available, but not MSNBC. This is not the way cable (or satelite) TV is available in this area. If you choose the cable news channels, you get a package of them, so it was obvious that this hotel expressly excluded MSNBC. I felt this was very unwelcoming, and that if they only wanted a specific clientele, they should at least be more upfront about it in their advertising. My room was fine, just what I would have expected though I had to pay for wireless service. This was odd seeing as how everywhere else I stay on business it's FREE

This hotel was a good choice for business travelers, sleeping alone. The advertised 'queen' sized bed was not a queen but an over sized full. My wife and I found the bed to be the only thing wrong with this selection.

We dealt with 3 different front desk people and all of them were really nice and accommodating. The room was well appointed, had cute decor and was comfortable. The full kitchen was great; it includes a breakfast bar with two stools. The only negative was an old urine smell near the toilet, leaving me to wonder if parts of either the toilet or the […] surrounding floor may not have been cleaned thoroughly.
