Hotellet er gammelt men under renovering. Fint værelse med stort badeværelse. I restauranten var der støj fra balcon.

Hotellets personale taler utrolig dårligt engelsk og kan derfor ikke rigtig hjælpe hvis man har spørgsmål. Vi havde meget dårlige erfaringer med hotellets restaurent, hvor personalet virkede ligeglade med den mad de serverede - vi fik bl.a. serveret kylling som delvis var rå indeni. The hotel has been recently renovated. Very modern and clean. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. They forgot to wake me in the morning after I scheduled the wake up. Fortunately, I made my flight okay. The Sea Bass they advertise in their restaurant is definitely not Sea Bass! Very good point is the shuttle from and to the airport. The driver was waiting for us at the airport. Very professional. On the other hand, the room was large, but, with a bad smell from the airco, breakfast is terrible...

The front desk lady seemed personally offended that I had got my rooms at a discounted rate off the site as opposed to paying full price directly. She requested that I forward her the confirmation email, printed it, and still called my room to request that I come to the front desk and explain exactly how I had gotten 2 rooms for the price of 1. I had […] to point it out to her several times before she gave up the fight that I did indeed pay for two, where at first she told me that she would have to charge me for a second room since my total was not what she expected. The hotel itself was mostly clean, although the carpet in the main walkways were stained with wine quite thoroughly. The rooms were comfortable, the wifi was not great since the router wasn't close, but they had a 24 hour diner that served alcohol, although at a severely overpriced rate. The surrounding area has absolutely zero things to do as it's in an industrial area, and there's nowhere close to eat that isn't local street food. If you're only going to stay there before heading to the airport, it's good, but anything longer term than a single night I would recommend against. Læs mere

excellent room and facilities but parts of the hotel very tired and grotty . looks like they have bought an old hotel near their other one and are in the process of modernising it , which they are doing top class , but still some old stained and worn carpets around to give wrong impression

We just had a 1 night stay after a very long journey from home - badly needed a shower and a horizontal rest. It was a short drive from the airport and proved to be very quiet (compared to the more urban place we stayed closer to downtown Bangkok.). The hotel looks like it was classy at one point. Service in the restaurant was horrible with one person getting their mains before the other even had their starter and the food was not good. Surely bringing dishes out at the same time is a basic principal in wating tables? The room stunk of cigarettes and the bed was rock hard, TV stations were very […] basic and as there is little to do in the area this made for a very dull afternoon. The pool is on the roof and although clean the sun loungers are in pieces. The stairs into the pool are pulling away from the floor and the view is average at best. The positives were the free transfers to and from the airport. it cost me 95 Baht for two cokes - these are 12 baht in a super market and normal price in a restaurant is 25 - 30 baht. I knew this hotel would be a simple airport hotel, but it was worse than i expected. our room didn't even have a window. the hotel was very rundown and in the middle of nowhere -- 15 minutes from the airport and in the opposite direction from downtown bangkok. the bed is hard as a rock.

Room was extremely clean, and hotel was conveniently located for early departure flight the next morning. Surrounding area has no real ambiance, so nowhere to walk or visit. Downtown is about 1/2 hour away by taxi. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd say about a 3.5 star quality.

Room walls were too thin.Everyone kept the tv on for privacy. A bug crawled out while i was taking bath. Room was clean. Service was ok. Airport link is a good 9 km away. This place is meant strictly for stopover stay.

Near to the airport for onward travel. Shuttle bus to and from the airport was good. Neiighbourhood not great but everything we needed at the hotel for overnight stay.

Horrible Hotel. At airpot: a guy in charge of shuttle bus yelled at me because I was not waiting for shuttle at the point he showed. I had waited for one hour in total until the next round of shuttle ride. At reception: Receptionist gave me a room key where already occupied by other guest. I claimed this, but the receptionist could not believe this […] until she went to check it by herself. I felt their management and security is not trustable. The room I finally got is, very low water presser and I was having difficulties for shower. In addition, bathroom was not really clean. There are some tea bags in room, but it taste strange. If you need to be close to the airport, the Miracle Hotel is a reasonably-priced option. It is about half the cost of the much closer Novotel. It has a free shuttle to/from the airport. The Miracle Hotel is in an industrial area bout a 10 minute ride from the airport. The hotel restaurant was closed when I arrived about 9:30 pm and there are no other […] eating options within walking distance. There may be things to do, places to see, restaurants to experience within a taxi ride away, but I would recommend this hotel only for someone who needs to be near the airport the night before an early flight. We needed a quick overnight hotel near the airport and chose this hotel based on reviews. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport via free airport shuttle, round trip. When arriving to the airport we were greeted by a bell boy. The hotel has a musky mildew smell. We checked in our room, which felt damp and also has a musky smell. As usual, […] I always check the beds for bed bugs. But the bed was wrapped in plastic!!! Saran wrap type of plastic! Luckily I had no bug bites! The sheets were stained, luckily the nice apologetic maid helped changed the sheets, unfortunately those sheets were also stained. It was finally made with clean sheets after the third time. The room had leaks in the big tub. We have stayed here twice just to enjoy that aspect. Also, the room service was nothing more than food from the buffet area. And, our order came incomplete.

I was picked-up at the airport and never had to wait as I always do with other hotel shuttle services. The room was large and modern in design and lay-out. The staff was polite and I would stay there again when laying over in Bangkok.

We were dissapointed when arrived to the hotel as when we booked the room in Expedia, there were another pictures The hotel is worn out, there was a very bad smel in the lobby in a room as well. We felt suffocatiing in the room as windows were closed tightly. Never stay ibn this hotel again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Miracle Suvarnabhumi. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport using the free shuttle bus provided. Staff were friendly and helpful upon my arrival at the hotel and the service they provided went beyond what I was expecting. The room was brilliant and so much better than what I was expecting for the price! There's […] not a lot in the local area, but the nearby 7-Eleven was huge and a great stop to pick up things for my flight the next morning. The room was comfortable and clean, service was efficient but not overly friendly, but it was sufficient for an overnight stay in transit in Bangkok. Just be sure to tell the taxi rank at the airport that you're going to the Miracle Suvarnabhumi as the taxi started driving me to some other airport Miracle hotel and I ended up forking out 400 baht for […] what should have been probably 150 baht at the most. The shower was broken, the wall/door covering the boiler was broken, the general quality of the room was poor, the food was poor quality and I saw lots of small bugs on the dining table I was eating ate -- not sure if they were fruit flies or fleas??? put me off staying here.
