The room television set was only average and there was no on-screen or paper listing of programming on each channel The room HVAC system was barely working and the fan was much too loud

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Old and run down.

Quiet and comfortable room in a nice older hotel. Biscuits sausage and gravy were included with the breakfast. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. A nice surprise for the price!

Thank You Quality Inn for an outstanding hotel. It was nice to be able to have an indoor pool, along with the great breakfast that is provided. Excellent beds, they were very comfortable to sleep in. It was nice to know what was available in the area as far as eating places, and sight seeing. We will definetly be back.

good value for the price, close to major highway & fast food & chain restaurants. would stay again.

A pleasant stop over on the way to Berea. Good hotel for the money. Furniture needs to be updated. Staff was polite and courteous. The inside outside pool was clean. Room was clean but no shower curtain. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but run out of stuff first thing in the morning, coffee, milk, syrup, oil spray for the waffle maker. I checked in after 5 PM...I was checked in and given a room that was not ready as the bed was stripped and unmade. The room doors open to the outside and it was in the high nineties with high humidity. After a 45 minute wait and meeting 3 of the housekeeping staff assuring me they'd get the room finished soon, it was finally done The room took quite […] some time to cool down once the bed was made and I could actually close it and keep it closed. The housekeeping staff were friendly. The lady that checked me in was also very pleasant. The continental breakfast set up could use some work. Items are not in a good order and people were bumping into each other and trying to get to the item they wanted. On the morning I checked out, I waited at the front desk for approximately 15 minutes for a clerk. I heard someone in the area behind the desk, so I walked around to the side entrance and found two of the housekeeping staff and asked if they help me find someone to check me out. I was told I could find him in the kitchen area. I went to the kitchen area, not a staff person. The door was cracked, and I knocked and waited. A male clerk was crouched down, talking on the telephone and did not acknowledge I had knocked. Frustrated, I went back to the front desk, laid my key cards on the desk and told the housekeeping staff who directed me toward the kitchen to tell them I checked out and left. The pictures of the hotel are deceiving, but, if you're just looking for a place to put your head and luggage and don't really care about customer service, this is a good choice. I will not be checking in to a Quality Inn again. I'll pay the extra money and stay at a Hampton. Læs mere

I'm not sure why anyone wouldn't recommend this hotel. I thought it was wonderful, and was very pleased with the price. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were cloud-like. I was pleasantly suprised. Will definately stay again.

Nice staff, nice breakfast. Room was dated. Wireless was very slow < 10mbps. pool was dated, but nice. This was a i-75 over night travel break. There was a good selection of restraunts at this exit and the next one south(as well as normal retail choices).
