The staff were very professional and very willing to help me with all of my questions. The breakfast included was great. The rooms were just big enough and had all the necessary amenities. The room was very clean too.

I was very surprised with this hotel. I thought it was going to be bad & dirty because the price was affordable in comparison to the other hotels in the area. Clean, spacious rooms with very friendly staff! Would have loved an inside pool, but the children had fun for a short while in the cooler water outside. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

I'm always a bit skeptical about staying at a economy (rate) hotel. This was my family's 1st stay at El Paso's Guest House Suites, and from the very minute we walked into the lobby, I was impressed! She provided helpful […] information on the hotel's amenities and tips for an enjoyable stay. She reassured us that hotel staff are always available and not to hesitate to call upon them (wow, Customer Service is still alive & well in Texas!!!) The rooms are well set up with a coffee maker, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, and a nice sized flat screen tv. the Free W-Fi was great for us to surf the web and the Business Center came in extremely handy when we needed to print out our airplane boarding passes. Each morning the hotel offered a Continental Breakfast, but its was not what I expected. The spread was very generous, which included bacon, Southwest omelets, sausage patties, seasoned potatoes, a waffle maker, 4 different varieties of cold cereals, oatmeal, bagels & cream cheese, toast, danish, fruits, apple, cranberry & orange juice, coffee, milk, and yogurt. The cool vending machine in the lobby offered pizza & sandwiches which were great for an after hour snack. I worked out twice in the Fitness room which provides a treadmill, weight machine, tv, etc (had to work off that breakfast!) The swimming pool was also well maintained and extra towels were available at the front desk. Overall it was very comfortable 4 day stay. Conveniently close to the airport, very little noise from the plane's landing & take offs. I highly recommend this location and will definitely come back on my next trip to El Paso!!! Læs mere

We were pleasantly surprised, so close to the airport, very friendly staff and a really good breakfast! Only minor complaints...one morning we went to breakfast right before 8 and there was very little left..ended up going to a diner, but other than that...great stay! Thanks.

our stay was 5 days and probably the best bang for your buck. located by the airport, had all the amenities available within a mile of hotel, recently built in 2007 and in very good shape and secure. comfortable layout of each of the rooms, and a very nice breakfast area and variety.

hotel was clean . room was comfy , and large enough. descent size bathroom . one main complaint is how loud the airplanes were when they flew over , it was enough to wake me up

Hotel is near the airport so morning flights will awake you. Thank goodness because wake calls don't. Ask for wake up calls 2 mornings in a row and they did not happen. Went to print boarding passes in business center at 4 am and a employee was on one computer, her daughter was on another and neither budged when I came in.

Wir brauchten ein Hotel das in der Nähe des International Flughafen ist. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und sehr gut zu erreichen. Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Gleich viermal nutzen wir den 24h-Shuttle-Dienst, da wir kein Auto dabei hatten. Klasse! Zimmer sind toll. Komfort in Ordnung. Zu dem gibt es für Soldaten Military-Discount!
