"Crazy Busy"
There were tons of football games going on in Laramie that weekend and the hotel staff did not seem prepared come breakfast time. Ran out of coffee, hot water for tea/cocoa, waffle batter, gravy and utensils and plates. Other than breakfast, it was perfect.
"Awesome beds!!"
I recently stayed here for a volleyball tournament. The hotel is very pleasant and the beds are awesome! It, to me, deserves alot better rating than a 2 star...I will stay here everytime I can when I return to laramie.
Super friendly staff, quiet location, very quiet hotel-no noticable noise from the hallway or next guest room, easy interstate off/on, great variey of breakfast items.

A good, standard, Wyoming motel. Problems: Key entry to convenient entrance was non-functional creating an inconvenience. Desk clerk on duty at the time showed no interest. Single sink in room drained very slowly.

Even though we were going to Cheyenne Frontier Days and could not get a closer room. We loved this hotel, it was beautiful, clean, customer service was great and we could not have been treated better. Upon arrival, the bellman met us at the door, and assisted us with our luggage after check in. The front desk attendants were friendly, professional and […] very helpful. The lobby was beautiful with comfortable leather couches. The room was very welcoming, beds comfy and walls decorated with equestrian pictures. We enjoyed a relaxing shower, and had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was yummy with many items to choose from. We did not have time to use the beautiful pool, but it looked very enticing. We plan to stay at this property whenever we are in the Laramie / Cheyenne area. Læs mere
"Excellent!"
This hotel was incredible!! The staff was friendly, the pool was beautiful, and the breakfast and cookies and soup were great. When you walk in, it even smells good. I don't know if they pipe that smell in, but our room and the lobby smelled so good- clean and warm and inviting. The beds were super comfortable. The room motif made us feel at home instead […] of in a hotel. Internet access was great. The location is right off I80 and near shopping. I can't say enough about this wonderful experience. We drove across the country and I wish we had stayed in these the whole way. We will definitely choose an AmericInn Lodge and Suite for our next stay! Læs mere

"Great Value and friendly service."
Everything was great. I stayed in the Yellowstone suite and it was clean, comfortable, spacious, and a definite do again. Breakfast was good and all the hotel faculty were friendly and helpful.
