We've stayed here before. Its good for the price and convenient to where we needed to go. Very nice free breakfast and coffee in the lobby. the staff is very friendly. the only reason I downgraded it on comfort was because the in-room A/C unit fan is set for HIGH all the time and is EXTREMELY noisy. all you can do is put it on auto, not regulate the […] fan to med or low. I have stayed here at least a half dozen times, the rooms are good size with good counter space in the bathroom. Also the pool is nice and my grandchildren enjoyed swimming in it.

It was conveniently located by Interstate 17 and a close drive to Cave Creek. Hotel was nice & clean and the 2 people I saw and spoke to there were helpful and courteous.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, even to the point of finding a scale for me to weigh my suitcase to make sure I didn't get charged a penalty by airline for going over their weight limit. Room was very nice and perfect for small family with two young children. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. In room refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV. Beds were nice. Hotel staff was friendly and greeted us each time we entered and left the hotel. Nice pool, hot tub, and exercise room. Breakfast available but for a fee. Restaurants close by, some within walking distance.

I stayed just for a night on business, I had the impression that this hotel is very new. Everything was immaculate and the room was very comfortable. As a business traveler my top requirements are a very comfortable bed and a great shower, and this had both. Not to mention I was nervous about sitting on the furniture like can be the case in some hotels. […] If it had a down side, it'd be that it was in an industrial area. The only negative thing I can say is about the service in the restaurant. Management did not have enough employees to cover the size of the crowd for the evening meals. There was a long wait for the service, as well as the food. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay at Hilton Garden Inn.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. However, breakfast/serving area was only serviced by one single person making for long waiting periods. No shower curtain on first day was quickly resolved.

Nice hotel close to lots of different things. Breakfast isn't included and is overpriced at 10.95 - but they had yummy options and the waitress was great. The room I was in didn't have a tub - it was an old tiled shower. Clean, but different. Bed was comfy and the pillows were great.

I expected a bit more for the price, but it was nice enough. Beds were wonderful, that was our favorite thing. That and the peanut butter cookies offered in the lobby occasionally (not every day) were the best we've ever had. We prefer the toilet/commode be set apart from the dressing room area but this was not. No magnifying mirrors either, but the […] towels were soft and comfy. Patio dining available with fireplace. Inside dining room was ok, off of the lobby, not a separate room, bar drinks are a bit pricey. Room rates do not include breakfast, it has to be purchased, but it is generous. I got to the hotel very early in the day, and the person in charge of the front desk did everything she could to find me a clean room I could use immediately. The facilities are quite nice.

Just don't be in a hurry to check in.. Check in time is 3 and our room wasn't ready till 4.. But we got free breakfast for it which saved us 30 bucks...

I work for a very large insurance company and the Hilton has been trying to get is to put them back on our preferred vendor list, so my company sent me over there on a secret stay to rate the hotel and consider their request. Needless to say they will not make the cut. I was giving a king size room which didn't have a bath tub, when I asked to switch […] they told me the charge was more (which I didn't mind), but still did not switch me. I went and order the hamburger sliders off of their menu and I asked for well done and they served me close to raw hamburger meat). I asked to talk to management and I was transferred to the head chef and all he could say was that he took it off the tab, like it was no big deal to serve people raw meat when they request well done. The customer service was awful and their resoultion tactics were even worse. I was very surprised by the service and very disappointed in the Hilton, I will stick with the Marriott going forward. The front desk staff were fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and the room is nice. The television did not work when we arrived but maintenance came quickly and resolved the issue within 5 minutes. Air conditioning controls gave us some problems - it would have been good to include some basic information with check in as to how to adjust it for occupier comfort during the night. The unit somehow went to 60 degree and kept coming on and off all night long - the room felt cold, but we are use to sleeping in a colder room. Stayed for two nights when visiting family. The hotel staff was one of the friendliest I've encountered. The hotel was very clean both in the rooms and in public areas. Bed was very comfortable. There was a strange odor in the halls, but fortunately not in the room. My one complaint would be that the rooms are not very quiet. I really like this hotel. We stayed here two years ago, and enjoyed our stay then as well. Nice location, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. There was even a laundry room. I thought the hotel room was a bit small, but overall, very comfortable. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and even had a control to adjust the firmness. The fitness room and pool were both quite clean and towels were well stocked. The hotel is only 2 miles from a very nice, large movie theater, several restaurants (Olive Garden, TGI Friday's, […] a BBQ place, etc.) and shops (Barnes and Noble, Ulta, Staples, Old Navy, Walmart, etc.) Easy access from I-17.
