JUST DIDN'T THINK WE HAVE TO PAY THAT MUCH TO PARK.

Ok, it was wierd you walk in and there are two hotels or extended stay on one side and the Hilton Garden Inn on the other. It was a new hotel and that obviously made the condition and newness of the hotel great. The location was really pretty good and the staff was friendly and courteous. This hotel was very clean and the service was worthy of a 4 or 5 star hotel. Very comfortable and a perfect location for a weekend getaway. Great view from our window with restaurants and bars literally across the street. A dedicated parking garage elevator in the lobby. Will stay again!

Right near the water and little Italy. Great spot! Plus it has a great gym if you want to work out.

I have stayed at this hotel the last three times that I was in Baltimore. It is a great location, within walking distance of Fells Point, Pier 5, Aquarium, Downtown, etc. It is a very quiet hotel. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town.

I was pleased that the Hilton management tried to satisfy the misrepresentations made by Hotels.com. We were pleased with the facility.

For the most part, this is a very nice hotel and it is only about 2 blocks from the Inner Harbor. There was a movie theater right next door and plenty of places to eat right around the hotel. My biggest issue was that I did not like the parking situation. There were really no clear directions as to how to get into the hotel from the parking garage or […] how we were to pay for our parking at the end of our stay, which was $23 per day. Also, there was a lot of street work going on where our room was and I could not believe that they were working EARLY on a Sunday morning!!! Lastly, the bed was ROCK HARD which I did not like at all! But, the staff was friendly and very helpful especially when we advised them that one of our lamps was not working which they repaired immediately. Læs mere

The Hotel had nice rooms and with the full high windows, provided an openess inside the room. Bed was comfortable though housekeeping should invest in sheets deep enough to cover the mattress (constantly kept slipping off). I would stay away from the breakfast buffet, very sparse and the food cooked to order (omletes, pancakes, bacon) was very dissapointing […] as well as the staff's service capabilities. I aksed if the attendent would get me a glass of OJ and was promptly informed where I could go get it myself. Room was clean And cozy the workers were great . Service was really good. The only con was the parking and the parking price . Which is not included in the price like most hotels!!!!!!!!!

I booked a room at the hotel on Christmas Eve specifically to use the pool and spa. The woman who took the reservation told me the spa was open that day, but after I checked in I discovered that it was closed. I was mislead when the reservation was taken, so for that reason I will not return to the hotel in the future.

Did not like the lobby being used as a meeting room. For 9 days and nights there were at least 5 foreign men hanging around lobby. At first I thought they were taxi drivers but after questioning hotel employee I was told no they were from Johns Hopkins and they were always there. The hotel staff was excellent. Parking was the only let down cost is prohibitive. Staff was well informed as to alternative travel within harbor limits. Restaurant was somewhat wanting, breakfast was terrific but dinner menu limited should you prefer not to leave hotel.

I have stayed at many hotels in the Baltimore area but was extremely satisifed with this hotel. the room was excellent, clean and had everything I needed. Even when I called about the coffee pot not working they immediatley sent me a replacement. My husband found a finger nail clipping in his bed which made us question whether the room was cleaned and sheets changed properly. We also found a pair of men's underwear underneath the bed. The hotel staff was not very helpful and provided little to no assistance. The one great thing is the location and the swimming pool.

The hotel is nice, location not too far from Inner Harbor activities. People not all well-trained. Parking was a problem, the person who greeted us when we pulled in said we would be charged in-and-out fees for self park, not just a daily rate, so we accepted the higher rate valet. We enjoyed out stay, loved the location (between Inner Harbor and Fells Point) and would return. The only glitch was this: stayed there for the Baltimore Marathon and check in wasn't available until late afternoon. Those that stayed Friday night requested late checkout (to shower after the run) while those that rolled in Saturday morning were dying […] to shower and change and could not do so until 4 pm! Small rooms, and are room was not cleaned and we left the room and 10am and came back at 10pm.

The hotel was very nice, price was reasonable and the staff were very friendly. Perfect location everything right within a 2 to 5min walking distance. The breakfast was very tasty! I will stay here anytime.

I had stayed at this hotel 2 years prior and enjoyed everything so I recommended this be the official hotel for my niece's wedding. Got mixed reviews from all. Location is great but there is a Marriott across the street. Maid service was sorely lacking. We only had maid service 2 of the 4 days we were there. While I realize sometimes being in the room […] disrupts the cleaning schedule, we were gone many hours both days - still no maid service. We left a simple request on the mirror for 2 wash cloths (instead of 1) and for more TP. Got neither. Went down to hotel desk at 11:30 PM to request a bag of coffee for the next day because the maid never came by that day. They said they would send up a bag of coffee; they never did. The closet door on our room would never close and it was a real obstructon in the hallway. The valet parking was excellent; much cheaper than self-park. So while I love the location for many reasons, I'll stay across the street next time! For what they charged me I can do much better! Læs mere

Located in Harbor East, surrounded by great restaurants, a movie theatre and a few shops. Centrally located to the Inner Harbor and Fells Point. Water taxi is a block away. The hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms are a good size as well. Your stay includes access to the Maryland Athletic Club(pool included) which is located on the 2nd floor. 24hr […] CVS and a Whole Foods are a block away. Great Hotel Very Convenient to Inner Harbor activities and restaurants.

This place is pretty decent for the price. I did not like that my room looked into an office complex, where people were close enough to wave at me. Also, the pillows were a bit too high for me. The restaurant choices around are great. Its close to the harbor. Getting a cab is always easy. The gym is outstanding.

hotel was great. the location was great next to everything.staff was great. one downfall was the the in house parking.a little bit to much.

We loved this hotel. The staff was fantastic every single person in the hotel was NICE.... Super nice. The hotel was beautiful. Our room was very nice. location was perfect and surrounding neighborhood was GREAT. We walked to the Aquarium then had dinner at M & S. The only complaint i have is beds are SMALL. We got 2 doubles. The location is excellent because the streets are not crawling with bums and hoodlums and therefore, the tourist is free to walk around and spend money, even though Maryland does not permit handguns like most other states.

The hotel was very nice. Valet parking took much too long and was $32 per day. Yikes. The room was very nice with an interior courtyard view. The breakfast was very standard, but only $15 so how much can you expect. If I had stayed more than a night I would go somewhere else for breakfast.

Hilton Garden Inn is very convenient walk to all that goes on in Inner Harbor. Water taxi is close by as is Little Italy. Our room was very nice with a great view.

The location of this hotel is within walking distance to the Inner Harbor and to Fells Point, so it's location is superb. We could check in early which was a great bonus, and the hotel and room were very clean. My only wish is that parking were free or cheaper, but there is an attached garage that can be accessed by the hotel lobby. Recommendations: […] The valet parking was much more expensive than the parking garage, so opt to park yourself. Also, this hotel is wedged in with other hotels and stores that have similar designs. The Hotel and Service was outstanding I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Baltimore Harbor

gym was more than adequate but hours for use could have been extended. Bathroom doors were not convenient for entering or leaving open

We arrived at the hotel in the eveing and the room was made up, but their was half a pizza in the bathroom trash can, so not sure when the room was cleaned or how that was missed! There was no complimentary breakfast. which was disappointing and it was very confusing on how to pay for breakfast. The ability to use the health club facilities within […] the building was what made the difference with this hotel! Your shower temp choices are Scolding HOT or Ice Cold.

It's the best location for the surrounding sights I was interested in and the restaurants around the area were excellent.

They did not clean our room the 2nd nite. Offered us a free dinner in the Grill, which was awful!!! LM

The hotel is in the perfect location to the Aquarium and restaraunts. It is next door to a movie theater and a few great places to eat and have a drink. We would definetly go back.

I thought the bathroom had a slight smell of urine and the shower mechanism did not maintain a constant temperature. I could not control it. It went from scalding to cold and back again. It burned my back and I predict someone will get hurt if it is not fixed. Room 906. It also took an inordinate amount of time to get my stored luggage from the only […] one bellman on duty. He did make up for it when he came out to offer me a glass of water while I waited for my ride to pick me up. Læs mere

Within walking distance to everything in the inner harbor. The only negative I have is the pool. I intentionally booked it because of the pool (kiddie pool too) for my 4 1/2 year old for my weekend stay however they close the pool (part of a gym) at 5 PM on Saturday and Sundays which was a drag, wish I had known ahead of time.

My overall experience with the hotel was wonderful. The only complaint I have is the musty smell. I put the air on, but the smell never went away.

For some inexplicable reason the hotel chose Saturday morning at 10:00 am to conduct repeated tests of its fire alarm system. Other than that, a very nice place to stay.
