This hotel proved to be a decent stay, i had no real complaints other than a shower with lousy pressure. The kitchennette area more than made up for the bathroom's shortcomings. The parking is a little cramped but not terrible. I found this to be a great hotel if you are getting a good price. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable with a small kitchenette (but with no glasses/cups/plates/cutlery). While the view provided on the web site was a little misleading as the view was only available from the deck, the view of the canal was fantastic. Wonderful staff, couldn't do enough for you. Very clean but our bedspread and pillows were a bit tatty, they needed replacing. Great location for the beach. Pool was nice but could do with a few more loungers.overall, great value for money:)

There was blood on the comforter of my bed. I did go to the desk to tell them about it and they came to pick it up and wash it. The 2nd floor that had the coffee and seating area smelled very fishy all the time. The water had a very strange taste. I had to plunge our own toilet, they did bring a plunger to our room. This is our third stay at Treasure Bay Hotel and Marina. It is an affordable accomodation in a convenient location. My only complaint is that it was rather noisy this time. I don't know if it was the location of the room or just rude guests coming in at 3 am making lots of noise.

staff very friendly. hotel very clean. nice view from our room overlooking the inlet in the back of the hotel. nice public beach across the street. overall very good experience and a very affordable price

We were greeted by a friendly staff member and she set the tone for our contacts with other staff members with whom we exchanged greetings. We had no problems at all. Parking was adequate. Although the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area. The area is safe and we felt comfortable enough to go for a […] walk. Came here for the night with my boyfriend just to have a little break from the real world. It was awesome! It was beautiful and the view of the marina was great. We walked to dinner and to the beach so the location was great. Room was big, clean, and comfortable. And all for a great price. Will definitely be back here!

It was an awesome hotel! Recently renewed! Location very good. You are just a walk away from the beach. My wife and I just found the doors to be too thin! You could hear when people walked outside your room. Not just only directly outside, but like 6 rooms away. Other than that, the hotel is worth the price!

We enjoyed our stay. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beach was just across the street but there was a convenient light and cross walk. Close enough to walk to Johns Pass, McDonalds and other shops and restaurants. We will stay here again when we come back.

Overall OK, beach access was across the highway but convienient anyway, although it is a long walk to the acrual beach. Room was clean and orderly, and larger than I expected with a small fridge and lots of storage. We were allowed to check in at 3:00 PM, actually a little early. The motel was kind of hard to find, drove by it twice before finding it...Parking […] lot was full and parking was allowed at the rear entrance which made loading luggage when we left a challenge, as a truck was blocking the door. It had a nice balcony overlooking a canal. Staff seemed friendly and nice, no breakfast and the coffee that they did have was terrible but for free I guess you cannot complain. Little to actually do in the area compared to just a few miles north at Maderia Beach. They did have a pool and a hot tub, but there was lots of sand in the pool, which I guess you have to expect being so close to the beach. I would stay there again due to affordable pricing. Læs mere

Not fancy but furnishings and materials appeared to be pretty recent and in good condition. Stayed a week. Friendly staff. No in-room safe. Close to stores, fast food, and night spots. Across the street from the beach -- very short walk. Would stay again.

The hotel was great, located directly across the street from the beach, 2 minute walk. Pool and hot tub were nice. Only 2 minor downfall that I heard several people complaining about, no continental breakfast and the wifi was terrible you couldn't get service 90% of the time or area. Cannot wait to go back. Beach accross the street, great restaurant next door..(Middle Grounds). Just a short drive to Johns Pass and Pass a Grille. This hotel did not have many extras but was clean, updated and staff was great. Cannot beat it for the price. Our room was looking over the marina, that was a plus! Loved it!

This hotel was everything we wanted and more! The hotel was so clear and very well maintained. Loved the way the rooms smelled so fresh and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful! Thanks for making our stay for our Wedding fabulous!

My husband and I spent 10 days at Treasure Bay Hotel. We definitely will stay there again if we go to to the St. Petersburg area (Florida).

Loved it,we ended up on the ground floor with a patio door that overlooked the pool and the street that once crossed gave access to the Treasure Island Public Beach. It was also some states spring break which we didn't realise when booking however it was for elementary and high school so just families there along with adults retired . It was not an […] issue at all. Sounds did not really travel into our room when doors closed. Would go back in a heart beat,hope to get a good deal again next year. Læs mere

Hotel was very nice and convenient to the gulf. Room was fairly clean. It was very basic, but frankly, that's all my wife and I were looking for - a place to spend the night. The staff was very friendly. Towels were a little scratchy, though!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful upon check-in. The rooms were very nice and fitted our needs perfectly. We enjoyed both our balcony on the front and the hotels balcony on the back. My husband enjoyed access to coffee every morning and in the evening if he wished. The walk to the beach was a little fun crossing the busy […] busy street and then a long haul to the actual water but it was fine - we knew it wasn't on the beach when we reserved the room. The room was nice for the price. The beach is right across the street. The fitness room was basically useless...the two treadmills were out of order and the weight set was broken. We recommend Ricky T's for breakfast and hotel was within waqlking distance to John's Pass Boardwalk.

Our family had good time the hotel was awesome and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We would stay there again!!!!!

Hotel needs an rehab; very dreary and they spent way too much time painting all of the rooms a vile shade of puke green. Had to change rooms as the first one they put us in reeked of cat urine. Never again.

Rooms were good size and clean with private balconies. We were on second floor which provided a view of the gulf across the street. Many restaurants are walkable from the hotel. Across the street from beach access which is a little of a walk to one of the best beaches in Florida. I can also walk to shops, restaurants and a grocery store. There is entertainment nightly in one an outdoor bar area though small nearby. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The strip along the beach in Treasure Island mostly is owned by "local mom and pop" operations so it is a little hard to figure out exactly what you are getting. Stayed on the 3rd floor facing the ocean. The most beautiful view right from our balcony. The sunsets were magnificent - picture perfect. The convenience of being able to walk or take the bus to food, drinks, or shops. It was perfect and the staff sometimes needed a little push to get your request, but they are busy. Very gracious and accomodating staff, large and comfortable rooms, "right size" hotel.

We stayed for 6 nights for a family vacation. The hotel was nice, check in was quick as we had prepaid and our room was ready when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. 24 hour coffee and tea was a nice perk. There was free access to The Club which is private and which allowed us to use the pool, tennis courts, restaurant […] etc. On the downside, the carpets in the room need a good cleaning, our bathroom wasn't cleaned well and we also had to ask for refills of items such as toilet paper and soap. There was an exercise room but both of the treadmills were out of order. We have stayed on Treasure Island previously so were familiar with area. The room was nice, the service was friendly and the rates were reasonable.

This hotel was perfect for our visit. The view of the bay was peacful and calm. Access to the beach was right across sthe street. Happy hour at the hotel was an added bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved having the Marina right off our balcony. Beautiful scenery. The beach is right across the street and is very nice. The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel was in really good shape. I highly recommend.

We needed a hotel that was middle ground to Tropicana Field, Clearwater, and also wanted to be on the beach. We found this location and was able to get it for a great rate. The room was very nice. Seemed to be newly renovated, and had a great view. I just wish that I had taken my boat with me. The staff was really nice and made our stay excellent.
