Hampton Inn Charlotte-Belmont at Montcross - Belmont

I have stayed here many times a s a one night mid-point on my trips. It is usually late when I get in and early when I leave, but it seems fine to me. Easy on/off for Interstate.

I had a bad start to our stay. We got to the hotel @2pm on a weekend. I thought it would be ok. I was told bluntly there were no room ready and demissed by the front desk clerk. We had a late lunch and came back. The new clerk was very helpful. Our room was very nice the refrig. was large and the bathroom look like it belonged is a higher price hotel. […] The hotel was full but still quite. Breakfast the next morning was great. I would guess over 200 people ate there free breakfast but the staff was able to keep up with demand. Læs mere

The room was very clean & the staff were very friendly. We will stay there again & recommend it to friends. The free breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from.

This was a very family -friendly place for us to enjoy our Christmas activities. The location was great as it was right between the Billy Graham Library and Christmas Town / McAdenville. Our room was clean, comfortable, and included a few 'extras' that we weren't expecting (microwave, fridge). It was a perfect place to stay for us. It was quiet, very clean, roomy, the breakfast's were great with good choices with healthy choices too. The exercise room was great . It also had a very clean laundry area which really came in handy since we stayed a total of 6 days. Me, my boyfriend and our son stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect. The breakfast was good, staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would go back any time.

The hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable. The amenities were nice (speedy convieniant ATT Broadband) although breakfast was a bit standard. The only major downside was the noise level of a first floor room. There are 4 or 5 rooms on the first floor. These are close together. The doors are thin and noise travels. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean!!!

Both nights we had no hot water. let front desk know, but when taking a shower the morning we were to leave, again, no hot water!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for our early morning flight to Hawaii. A little hard to find due to no signs but other than that it was about 10 minutes from Charlotte airport! Thanks!

Actually, there is absolutely not one aspect of this hotel & Belmont experience that was not delightful. My daughter was running a trail run @ US whitewater center which was closeby. Downtown historic Belmont afforded us a real treat in shopping @ local antique/consignment shops. The hotel staff were familiar with local resturants. & directions to areas […] of local interests. Hotel personnel were pleasant & accomodating. The rooms were clean, well designed, sound proof & the bedding was extremely comfortable. The entire experience was so nice, I am looking for another reason to return to Belmont. Læs mere

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I only wish that you served eggs & sausage for breakfast.

All-in-all this was a nice, clean hotel and the proximity to I-85 was a plus. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only real negative I have is that during our 3 day stay our room was not cleaned one day. The breakfast left quite a bit to be desired too. It was obvious that the french toast sticks were taken from a freezer and microwaved […] (tasted rubbery) but they did have a nice selection of fruit and coffee's. Læs mere

We did one night at this hotel, after a day at Carowinds, I was so happy with the service and how clean this hotel was the Kids enjoyed the pool too now the Bkfst....oh well you can't have everything....but would stay there again

Great looking facility, with lots of dining and sites to visit nearby. I always stay at a Hampton Inn. A recommendatuin to ALL Hampton facilities: sound- proof the room doors better PLEASE!

This is a fairly new hotel and it was perfect. The price was very reasonable, the staff extremely friendly, and the room was immaculate. It is also very easy to access I-85 from the hotel, which was nice. I would HIGHLY recommend this particular Hampton Inn.

Seemingly new hotel,very quite- nice people. Great comfortable bed and hiher quality bedding. One exception to the overall excellence of the hotel was the distinct absence of tubs. Seems like the hotel chain has decided to switch to shower stalls with each hotel having only one or two tubs in each newer hotel. This was the first time I had encountered […] this. Hotel was fine with the exception that maid service started cleaning room next to us between 8:30 and 9:00 am. and kept slamming the door to the room which woke everyone in our room up. Other than that the room and hotel were great.

Everything was spotless, the room was gorgeous. Huge bathroom, comfortable bed, big flat screen, and great breakfast the next morning.
