"Less clean and more busy"
We stayed in December and were very impressed. This last trip the hotel was crowded with pre-teen cheer competition participants and their families. Buffet was packed, no newspapers, hotel was not quite as clean (but still decent). Staff was courteous and helpful and went the extra mile when they had the time to do so.
"Spring Break last minute family trip"
Great hotel close to everything. No not a walking distance from the beach. Very clean, very nice people. Although they did run out of blankets, coffee and no one ever showed up to work at the bar so that was closed. It was a great stay however.

Great staff, very friendly. Hotel looks new. Buffet is good but you need a voucher or to pay.

Hotel wasconviniently located on a major highway which made it easy to get to places of interest with ease . also close to restaurants and shopping areas .
"yes, they had not bananas!"
there were no bananas on Sunday morning and we wanted cereal. the lady didn't apologize for not having them. We left hotel to drive north and didn't find anywhere to eat until we got to the south side of SAn Antonio.

"Courtyard by Marriott Corpus Christi"
When we arrived the clerk at the front desk was rude and condescending. The first night the AC shut off twice. I got up and reset it. The AC unit was also located behind a desk, poor ventilation. They did bring a fan to the room, that helped. The mattress pad and sheets didn't fit and therefore balled up and made for a sleepless night. The sheets were […] torn, maybe that's why they didn't fit properly. Second day, maid left note on bed, " we are out of towels, bring more later". I had to ask for more towels. Ordered 1 double bloody mary $15.50 in an 8oz glass. There was no ice on any levels of the hotel. I'm usually not one to complain but the girl at the front desk lit my fuse with her greeting. "Flynn PKY Courtyard"
Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, 1/2 bl from SPID Expy so it was quiet. Completely fenced and secure. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Convenient access to anything you'd want to do in Corpus,
"Very Noisy"
The hotel and facilities were fne. The location was great us, however, the first night there was someone banging on the door next to mine, along with small children yelling in the hallway for 20 mins to 1/2 hour intermittently at approx. 11:30PM. "Nice, Friendly and Spacious"
The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the hotel was located on a little street off the major access road. But it was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The major needs were met, and I felt very safe here. For the price this was a great value.

"Comfort and Cleanliness"
Along with comfort, we are very picky regarding the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom and this room was very clean.

the room was really nice, but very noisy, I was in the room at the very end of the hall by the door and the constant opening of the door kept waking me up in the night.
Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was clean. Located off the main freeway, yet close to shopping and dining.

Very nice rooms and the hotel looked very clean. The guy working the front counter that day was excellent at customer service and greeting you. Didn't like going to the pool with drunk people acting up and being served alcohol in bottles and glasses. Most pools don't allow that. Other than that, def a great place to stay.

The location is ok ... the hotel itself is great ... clean rooms .. courteous staff. We booked pretty close to a vacation so had to choose this one even though it was a little pricy (nothing else was available). But overall very good.

"Nice Hotel"
The hotel is set back behind a fabricated building and you have to access it from behind an Embassy Suites hotel. We were given the handicapped room with only one queen sized bed that had to be shared by my daughter and myself. Two beds would have been better.

Rooms were clean and Hotel staff was courteous. Ideally situated near numerous restaurants and stores. enjoyed my stay.
"Location too far from convention activity"
For a large convention like the AWBD, Iwas forced to stay at this hotel 10 miles from the activities. You need to get your hotel on the list of hotels the AWBD furnishes their bus service to.That would keep attendees from driving back and forth several times a day and paying those parking fees to participate. If you could get on the bus list as other […] hotels do. you'd get a lot more business. Then your place would be a bargain sought after. If not, I'd never stay there again for the convention. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that I had a problem with is the noise. You heard people walking down the hall and talking.

"New Hotel Feel-Close to Restaurants and Shopping"
Pros: * New Hotel * Free Wireless * 32 LCD * Comfortable King size bed * Sofa bed for kids * Close to many shopping and restaurants * Friendly staff Cons: This is not a beach front hotel and is about 15min to Padre Island beaches. The hotel is behind Embassy Suites and is hidden from the road.
