Sleep Inn & Suites East Chase - Montgomery

Slept well, comfortable room, quiet! Only complaint was, though we left for the day a bit late, cleaning carts were still in the hall, but our room was not even checked for towels and washcloths. We only stayed for two nights, so it was not an overwhelming problem.

This hotel was okay except for the McDonalds right next door and our room faced the drive-thru. We could hear it all night.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was outstanding. Close to interstate. Would highly reccomend.

Hotel was good. The breakfast was average, staff was nice. The McDonalds next door never got our order right...once. The Cracker Barrel did and quickly.

We've stayed in this hotel twice on our way to football games in Auburn. The first stay was fine, but this one left a bit to be desired, primarily due to housekeeping issues. There was black mold growing in the granite shower, and on the second day our tub was not cleaned, nor was an empty coffee cup removed. The continental breakfast isn't much but […] cereal and toast, and breakfast is only served from 6-9 daily, which means that if you like to sleep in, you're out of luck. Fortunately this hotel shares a parking lot with McDonald's, so we walked there both days. We will stay elsewhere next time. Læs mere

I requested a non-smoking room and received a non-smoking room; however, this particular room was located on the floor with all the smoking rooms. It was not TERRIBLE but the smoke from other rooms definitely made its way into my room. I did not even know smoking was allowed in hotel rooms anymore. Other than this issue, our room was new, clean and […] the staff was pleasant and the continental breakfast was perfect for what I needed. The hotel was nice. Staff friendly and very helpful. Listing for breakfast was inaccurate. Things it stated it would have it didn't.

The main issue that I had was that I was placed in a room directly accross from the dining facility. I was so tired when I arrived that evening I did not think ahead to the morning breakfast area and all of the noise I had to endure as the other guest gathered for breakfast. Eager, friendly, and helpful staff. each staff member encountered seem to take pride in their position task, e.g. "You are getting a good room because I cleaned that room up myself. If you need anything let me know". Some Housekeeping staff members I have encountered over time acted as if they were ashamed or embarrased by their position. This hotel sits almost right in the middle of a large shopping area along with a lot of choices for resturants. You can see the highway at a little distance from the hotel but not hear the traffic at the hotel.

Overall, our stay was very nice. Hotel is close to interstate and shopping. Only complaint was Internet service was a bit spotty and slow.

Initially, we were hesitant about stay since we booked it online and had difficulty finding a hotel (there was a lot going on during this time of year). The manager on duty and entire staff was very friendly, Southern Hospitality at it's best. The setting was very cozy and felt safe; we extended an additional night. Liked everything about the stay except the alarm. Needed two clocks to get one that worked

My husband and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was convenient to restaurants and a shopping mall in the area.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and quiet which was great. Wish the breakfast would have been still out when we left- over too quickly.

This is a very nice hotel in a nice, safe area. The room was nice but nothing extravagant. I didn't really have any interaction with the staff except for check in/out, but they seemed nice.
