The room was really great, with all facilities and I enjoyed my stay very much. The only minor problems were that I did not get the information that it was actually not a hotel, but rather an appartment I rented. Therefore, I never met any staff (which would sometimes have been nice). The stairways etc were also a bit messy, with laundry bags taking […] up a lot of space all the time. Good location but smell and dirty inside.

I knew this hotel doesnt have a front desk so I was expectng that already, the nice thing is that once we arrived we called the guy and he cheked us in even if it was early check in, also they seemed to not have recieved the confirmattion of my reservation but I had the print out and they give us a room which was bigger than i expected, clean and very […] nice arrenged, in the kitchen it had all u needed for cooking so I even decided to buy food and cook there it was very well equiped. For the price and the location, I thought it was excellent. We stayed during Carnival time and it was very reasonable central location. Little apt. was clean, larger than a hotel room, with a little kitchen, couch and bed. If you are looking for luxury hotel this is not for you as it is more of a little apt., with no front desk and specific hours for […] assistance. But if you are looking for an inexpensive, centrally located clean, with nice big windows and lots of light, economical place to stay, I would recommend it. I would stay there again. Læs mere

Good value, well located studio apartment. Basic but ideal for short stay. Free wifi. 15 mins flat walk from station. Taxi rank just around corner. 15 mins uphill walk to Old Town. Plenty of bars and restaurants in this location.

This place is self serviced. It's perfect for family, you can cook(dish-ware, pots provided), fridge, TV, shower, toilet, internet (a bit slow)

This isn't a real hotel but rather an appartment rental. No lobby area, no reception desk, just a phone number on a door. Room is way small than picture would let you believe. The place was littered with cleaning stuff (Buckets, dirty towels, etc). Inch of dust under the bed. The bed was very small, sort of a mini queen size. Room does not get cleaned, […] you don't even get clean towels or tp refill. All "do it yourself". Place was very noisy and in a dirty street. All in all not to be repeated ever. Nous avions pris une chambre avec cuisine avec un lit double et un sofa. La chambre est propre mais il n y a aucun service de chambre donc pas de nouveaux linges de bain sur 6 nuits... Nous etions deux amis, l'un a dormi dans le lit et l'autre sur le canapé-lit... Ce dernier est horrible avec une barre dur dans le milieux!!! Si vous y aller l'été vous […] devrez dormir avec le bruit assourdissant d'une climatisation mobile. Fin Septembre. Formule location d'appart bien equipé plutot que hotel mais très pratique. Situé en basse-ville. Station de taxis et nombreuses lignes de bus juste a coté. Bon emplacement à 15-20 min à pied de la haute ville (ca grimpe pour y aller !), 10 min a pied de la gare. Quartier calme. Appart propre, calme. En vacances du 7 au 11/09/2011. Bon emplacement à 15 min à pied de la haute ville, de la gare et du marché du vieux port (pour déguster les produits du terroir rien de mieux).Quartier totalement réhabillité, calme, propre, une station de taxis (pour aller a l'aéroport, c'est le seul moyen forfait 32.5$) est juste a coté. Appart. propre, calme correspondant […] tout a fait aux photos du site, on a pas eu de soucis a l'arrivée le bureau était ouvert. Prenez le temps de discuter avec le gérant il est très sympa. Supermarché au bout de la rue St Joseph. Il y a même un bus (rouge) gratuit sur le boulevard a coté qui vous monte dans la haute ville (on l'as pas tester car on l'as vu le dernier jour). L'hotel est très bien situé, 10 min maximum du vieux quebec. attention ca grimpe ! Rue un peu commerciale mais calme. Alain le maitre de la résidence est très sympathique et vous renseignera sur ce que vous voulez. Chambre très bien équipé, on pourrait parlé d'un petit studio. Frigo, gazinière, plaque, micro-onde. tout y est. Vaiselle et même le produit […] et éponge donc n'achetez pas. Un petit café à coté de la résidence et une laverie dans la résidence. Tout simplement génial. Le lit escamotable éait un peu dur mais on a bien dormi quand même. Un petit problème aquatique dans la salle de bain qui ne saurait tarder d'être résolu. Les piles étaient mortes dans la télécommande du téléviseur ce qui nous a replongé dans l'ère où il fallait se lever pour changer le poste. Dieu que nous sommes devenus accro […] à la technologie. L'accès est facile avec un stationnement raisonnable (6$/jr) à proximité. À environ 1 km du port de Québec et de la Citadelle, une bonne petite marche de santé. En somme une belle expérience. Je n'ai vu aucun réceptionniste pendant mon séjour. J'ai téléphoné au numéro indiqué sur la porte. Mon interlocuteur m'a indiqué que les clés de la chambre était dans un casier dans l'entrée de la résidence. C'est impersonnel mais bon marché!

Aucun accueil mais c'est sans importance.

L'hotel n'a pas de réception. Le check in se fait de 15h à 18h, les clés de la chambre sont disponible dans une boite au lettre ouverte. Pareil pour le Check out. Si il y a un problème avec la chambre il n'y a aucun interlocuteur. Concernant la chambre, le problème était la climatisation, il fait très chaud à Québec en été et la climatisation est faite […] par un climatiseur portatif, il faut ouvrir la fenêtre pour faire sortir le tuyau d'évacuation. De plus, cet appareil fait beaucoup de bruit et malgré son utilisation la température de la chambre n'est pas descendu en dessous de 28°C, on n'a pas dormi de la nuit. Læs mere
