Super fint hotel med god morgenmadsbuffet. God beliggenhed i forhold til både byen, stranden og lufthavnen. Det kan anbefales at spise mexikansk mad på Cafe Coyote i Old Town. Godt og billigt.

Loved having the two room suite with kitchen. Housekeeping is outstanding which is super important to me. Kids said the sofa bed was uncomfortable and made their backs hurt. Free breakfast is typical, but the good news is there is a Starbucks in the parking lot!

Great location for night before cruise; just a five-minute drive to parking and pier. Large room with full kitchen. We had a room that had a noise in wall; probably some circuitry or something along those lines. Staff gave us a new room that was close by with no drama. Good breakfast, nice staff, free parking We would use this hotel again.

It was great. Conveniently located near the zoo and Seaworld and the beach. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and accomodating.

We just loved the breakfasts and dinners!!! The food is great and the staff is present and pleasant!!! The rooms were great, comfortable beds! Everything we needed was there! The hot tub was so powerful and great! Close to everthing!!!! We want to come back!

Nice big apartment, great to have a room separate from kids. All rooms had tvs, small kitchen with full size fridge and microwave. Easy parking. Guest laundry was a god send and easy to use.

A nice suite in an excellent location- on the water and close to town. Great facilities such as basketball half court and outside sitting and BBQ area were valuable to our family. We loved the complimentary dinner on Mon-Thu evenings and the variety in the daily breakfast.

We were impressed by all the staff including the front desk, maid service and dining. Our room was kept clean. The front desk helped offer suggestions for pizza delivery and provided board games for the kids during one night when we stayed in. The breakfast was excellent, a big variety with a few new items each day. We ate supper at the hotel two nights […] and were quite pleased with the quality and variety. Only stayed one night , and we have to commend Derrick, who told us the perfect area to view the fireworks for New Year's Eve. Jason was also very helpful. The free breakfast was also very decent, the dining area clean. The one thing we didn't like was the front desk staff named Det/Jet (?) who we talked to when checking in. Fantastic hotel a few miles from Downtown San Diego. 2 bedroom suite was great as we travelled with our 2 boys. Breakfast was excellent and food in the evening was very good (free). Staff were extra helpful.

The bed was not comfortable and I am dealing with a soar back post vacation. Other than this one complaint, the rest of the stay was exceptional.

Location: good, close to downtown, sea world and shopping mall. (less than 10km). The hotel next to the bay, beautiful garden and nice walking path alone to the bay. Room: comfortable and clean, but the aircondition unit is really noise on the grand level in north building, we had to change room to have a better sleep. Attending a wedding at the Admiral Kidd club, this hotel was perfect. Within walking distance. Very surprised by all the amenities the room had. from the full-size fridge to the dishwasher. Spacious enough that a family of 4 is not tripping over each other. The view of the water was amazing.

This hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were bit and very clean, we had a two bedroom suite. The breakfast was terrific and so was dinner. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The pool area was great and the setting of the hotel was very picturesque. The hotel is on a waterway and has lovely walking paths. We had a car so we could drive […] to Seaworld, The Zoo, Midway Museum and Las Americas shopping outlet. There are a number of eateries that are an easy walk from the hotel. I would recommend this for families with young children as the room is equipped with a kitchen and living area. My only small complaint is that we had to make up the sleeper couch each evening and fold away in the morning, and when the sleeper couch is in use it restricts access to the main bedroom for the rest of the suite. overall we had a good stay […] and would recommend this hotel if you can live with the above. Has everthing you want and breakfast and dinner is free, very clean and well kept. You cant go wrong to stay here. The only thing we had a problem with was the rollaway they sent had dirty linen and crumbs in it. All in all I highly recommend and you wont be disappointed.

Breakfast was very good...we stayed for 4 nights and did not get bored. Location is excellent and service very good. We came back at various times during the afternoons and the rooms were always clean. Reception staff was very helpful as well.

First time in San Diego for family vacation. Love location!! Close to airport grocery store, and attractions. Less than 10 minutes to zoo and Sea World. Check out pizza place, Oggi's too!! Great location and very clean comfortable room. This is our second stay here and would not hesitate to return. Breakfast and evening meals were very good - only complaint is more seating seemed to be needed.

I really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for families. Pizza, starbucks, big grassy area in walking distance. Trader joes and vons less than five minute drive. Downtown san diego is a short drive away. we usually stay in embassy suites when we visit san diego but our new go to family hotel will be this one. I enjoy the quietness of this area while still being […] close to the tourist attractions. Plus no fee parking, u cant beat that! All the hotels downtown charge an arm and leg to park there. I really enjoyed my stay at Homewood Suites compared to other Hotels I have stayed at in other years. It was great there was complimentary breakfast, even if I wasn't able to take advantage of it every day. The only negative thing in the hotel room was that the ice machine in the freezer was not working properly as well as one of the stove top burners. […] That was just a minor annoyance, but everything else was OK.
