Baymont Inn & Suites - Indianapolis

Good Hotel, friendly staff. They put me in a smoking room and easily switched me to a non smoking room no questions asked. Beds were comfortable, TV was a little outdated, water pressure was great, and room was clean. My only complaint is there is nothing within walking distance of the hotel. There's a terrible bar across the street called bugsy's but […] if you want any food its a couple miles away, not too terribly far but nothing within walking distance. Overall, not a bad hotel. Night staff rude and unattentive, day staff friendly, but was outside smoking a lot. Pool was was very dirty, nasty black mold around the edge and grime that needs to be cleaned.

On one hand, this hotel boasts a well-maintained and luxurious exterior. However, what is hidden is their poor customer service. The desk attendent informed us that we could have a late check out at 2pm. The next morning we found out that he specifically told the new attendent not to let us check out late. Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean. The indoor pool area was welcoming. Breakfast was typical. Location was convenient to the interstate, but not much else around. We travel with kids, so the microwave and fridge in the room was great for storing and preparing snacks. It was just an overnight stay, but really enjoyed it and actually slept good. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Beds were very comfy.

We used one of the suites at the Baymont and had a group stay there for our daughter's wedding. I have stayed in fabulous resorts around the world but one thing this hotel has that sets them apart is a fabulous staff -so accommodating I would stay their just for the atmosphere and the overwhelming helpfulness.

The bathroom in our King non-smoking was a bit small, but the bed was very nice. Would stay again.

The room was fine, but it smelled of smoke. At first I thought it might have been a smoking room, but I believe that all of the towels and bedsheets smelled of smoke because they smoke in the laundry facility. I was going to request a new room, but then I figured if the laundry facility smells, it wouldn't do any good. If you don't like the smell of […] smoke, you should probably go to another hotel! This hotel was wonderful! Indy was hosting the National FFA Convention during our stay. The hotel was booked full. I witnessed the clerk at the front counter turn away possible customers. She even called to verify that the neighboring hotel still had rooms available for these customers. All staff was very helpful with anything we needed. I forgot a […] few toiletries and the staff was very helpful to make sure my family had everything. The hotel was very clean and no lingering smells. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who needs to stay in Indy. On my next trip, I will also try to stay in a Baymont. Læs mere

Our first night, there was a bridal party of about 30 people that rolled in around 11PM and partied in the hallways until nearly 130AM. Having two toddlers in our room and being exhausted from a long drive made this a ridiculous night. I called the front desk and they said they weren't sure there was anything they could do, but they were sorry. I offered […] to contact the police to clean up anyone with alcohol in the hallways and things seem to calm down not long after that. The second night was much quieter. Overall this was a nice clean hotel. The room was comfortable other than the bathroom. It was an extremely tight bathroom with only room for the toilet and tub/shower, with NO FAN. Such a small bathroom should at least have a fan, it got very sufficating.

My wife and I travel to Indy twice a year for half marathon races. We've stayed at a number of properties in the area, and now we stay at Baymont every time. This particular property has a really nice pool/hot tub room. My wife and I love to sit in the hottub and read books after the race. Downtown Indy is very close too, and super easy to drive to. […] There's also a nice bar/restaurant across the street and a few other good places to eat in the area. We can't wait for our next visit! We needed to receive and send some documents via fax machine. The staff was very accommodating with the process. Room was clean and quiet. Easy access to the interstate. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved the location of this hotel as it was an easy off and on the highway to save time on getting on the road in the morning. I stayed here because I heard the breakfast was good and the building was new. Biggest disappointment was breakfast. It was all high sugar high starch foods and the trashcans were overflowing, they ran out of coffee twice as […] well as juice and just about everything else.
