"Super beliggenhed i Back Bay"
Anmeldt af en Hotels.com-gæst d. 22. okt 2012Chandler Inn er en rigtig god oplevelse. Ligger i det dejlige Back Bay område, med hyggelige gader og lækre cafer og estauranter i nabolaget.. Ideelt i gåafstand til at udforske Boston. Meget venlig betjening, tip top moderniserede og rene værelser med hvad alt hvad man har brug for som besøgende. Hyggelig bar i stueetagen, hvor man kan starte med et lille glas inden man går ud for at spise. Back Bay er for Boston som Brooklyn er for New York - upcoming trendy område. Vi følte os rigtig godt tilpas på Chandler Inn og Back Bay. Vil til enhver tid anbefale dette hotel.

"Great Hotel"
This hotel is great. I they had pool and larger gym then it would be perfect. But, even without it is a vey unusual piece of architecture that was transformed into a beautiful hotel lobby and clean spacious rooms. We stayed at the Liberty for a quick 2-day visit to Boston and thought this hotel was fantastic. Be sure to watch the history of the conversion from Jail to luxury hotel on the TV in your room! Our main mode of transportation was the subway and this location was perfect - right across the street from a RED line stop. The staff was totally unaccommodating about the fact that they had a huge techno party with extremely loud music in the lobby that went on til 2AM. It sounded like a nightclub in my hotel room. I usually stay at the Westin or W and thought I would try this luxury collection hotel from SPG...the lobby is pretty impressive as it was once an old jailhouse but that's about it. Loved the location, restaurants, hotel room. However the cleanliness of my room left a lot to be desired (hair on the bathroom floor, not even mine, bath tub dusty, lot of dust behing the towels underneath the sink, etc.) I had to complain twice. For starters, this is an old jail. And the builders actually kept the original architecture of the jail! The bars and restaurant are all themed - Clink, Alibi, the Yard. Rooms are definitely luxurious with the stand up shower and the soaking tub. And Molton Brown products!?!? Views are of the city and the Charles. "Amazing Time"
The staff was very informative of the area and super nice! I loved that we were right on Charles St. which took you to Beacon Hill and to the Freedom trail! I love how much history the hotel has!
