Vi oplevede en meget fin og hjælpsom betjening og service. Hotellet ligger meget centralt i gåafstand til Kejserpaladset og de store shoppinggader. Der er flere metrostationer højst fem minutters gang fra hotellet, hvorfor det er nemt at komme rundt i byen. Værelset var meget lille, vi måtte flytte vore (små) kufferter for at kunne komme rundt. Et udmærket hotel med meget fin beliggenhed i storbyen Tokyo. Værelserne er små, men velholdte. To ulemper: der er for få skabe/skuffer, og dynerne er altfor tykke/ukomfortable

For the price this hotel is ok. The rooms are very small (looks smaller than on the picture. But we needed it only for sleeping so ok for us. AC didnt work well and you cant open the windows :-/ Breakfast is expencive if its not included but nearby there is coffee shops like Starbucks.... Only BBC new as a english channel. Besides that fine and ok.

Nice hotel. Excellent staff and hospitality. Room was small but comfortable. Very conveniently located close to subway, upscale shopping, Tokyo train station.

Location is reasonably convenient. Walkable to nearest JR line, or if you are hardworking, can walk to tokyo station. Worth the price for the room. Clean and comfortable.. Would definitely come back again!

I didn't really believe the reviews that the rooms were that small so we booked this hotel. But oh my god it was so tiny. As long as you don't have huge suitcases you would need to fit on the floor you will be fine though. Good service from hotel staff and clean room.

The hotel location, service and cleanliness was fine. The size of the room was ridiculous - couldn't open a suitcase. For that reason, it might be good for 1 person. Breakfast was about $20., but very good and served in a really nice dining area.

Great location but the rooms are far too small , it's worth paying the extra money to find a hotel with a bigger room .. It wasn't much bigger than my walk on robe ... Photos are deceiving ...!!!

It's a comfortable and quiet place to stay. Very convenient to the subway line. Walking for shopping is possible for here. The price is also acceptable. Good choice for me.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Ginza. The hotel is located two streets back from Chuo Dori, the main street in shopping street in Ginza. It's also located 15 minutes walk from the Tokyo fish markets and many other attractions. There are plenty of good restaurants and coffee bars nearby and the train stations are around the corner. Great service, amazing location! I know that for Tokyo standards the room was ok but we thought it was way too small for a family of 3. We barely fit and there was no room to walk around the room or for a spare ma tress for our pre=schooler.. We actually put the desk chair outside the room. There is a tokyo metro stop right at the end of the block of the La Soeur hotel (ginza ichitome) and it is pretty much right in the center of all the ginza shopping - a few minutes walk from mitsukoshi and around the corner from harry winston,cartier, etc. The hotel was clean but the room is super tiny (maybe not by tokyo standards though). We barely […] had room for our suitcases and had to move them out of the way each time we opened the door. The fixtures and decor are also more old fashioned, but everything was clean and nice. Excellent hotel, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, central location, subway stop on same street, major subway stop within a few blocks. Comfortable bed, hotel supp;ies each guest with pyjamas. All key Ginza and central sites are within walking distance. Safe, upmarket area.

I was in Tokyo for business working near the Toyosu station, so I picked the Montery Ginza La Soeur hotel for its proximity to the Yurakucho subway line at Ginza Itchome. For that, it was perfect - that line is one block away. Other subways were easily accessible too (short walk to Ginza which is well connected). Not too touristy/international of a neighborhood. If you are a picky eater you should learn some food words in Japanese before you go. The room was small, but by Tokyo standards fine. Nice reasonably spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, and clean (though not brand new) room. Staff understood English fine and was friendly at check-in and check-out, including letting me run back up to my room an hour after checkout when I had to come back to the hotel to fetch my forgotten cell phone charger. The hotel is very nice, clean and well located. Ginza is a lovely area to stay, as it is provided with beautiful shops, restaurant and nice places to have a drink. It is also well connected to all other Tokyo's areas through public transportation (tubes and train) and that's 10 minutes walking from Tokyo Station.

As you might imagine, the rooms are very small, however everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is a quick taxi ride from Tokyo station.

Hotel is clean and they they give us clean pyjamas and slippers every day. Excellent location, very central. Quiet hotel, rooms were a bit small but I understand it is standard in Japan. I would recommend this hotel.

The best thing about the hotel was the location in Ginza, not too far from Tokyo Station or the subway. The staff were very friendly, spoke pretty good English and were always willing to help with directions and information. It was clean, staff were very polite and the location in Ginza is really good. The room was pretty small but typical of Japan. The bed was pretty hard which was the only minus point really. They provided an English language newspaper outside the door each morning which was a nice touch. It is very close to the subway entrance and is a just a short walk […] into the centre of Ginza. Be careful not go to the Italian restaurant just around the corner and opposite a theatre - on the second floor; probably the worst food I have had in Japan (I live here!). I have stayed here a couple of times when they were running a special. For the money paid, it was a good value. The location is great, but yes, there are 1 or 2 other hotels with a similar name and cab drivers can get confused.

I agree with the other reviewers - it was hard to find the hotel. It was very small, but it worked for the 1 night we were there. It is actually close enough to the Ginza stop you can use that one, just make sure to have a good map!

this place was fine for ginza, but in teh morning we had to pay an 1000 yen late fee for checking out after 10 AM! who checks out at 10AM? they never told us about it the night before.

飯店雖位於有樂町線銀座一丁目 10.11號出口（交通便利），但因為這兩個出口並未設置電梯，所以導致共有五六件行李的我們兩人在搬運行李時非常不便，但不可否認地這是一間身處於熱鬧地區的飯店，對於想要在附近閒逛或深入研究的人非常適合！ 因身處鬧區所以房間偏小，我們兩個人的大行李一打開之後幾乎沒有地方可以走路！

Les chambres sont minuscules. Pas possibilité de fermer la porte avec les valises. Matelas beaucoup trop dur. Personnel parlant à peine l'anglais. Chaleur étouffante dans cette petite chambre sans possibilité de régler le chauffage.

交通方便，距離東京車站也只要10分鐘車程，坐計程車都不用跳表就到了，附近也有好逛的地方非常熱鬧，只是空調怪了一點，總體而言是一間非常好的飯店。

只要坐地鐵"有樂町線"至銀座一丁目,出站後往10號出口方向前進,走到B1坐電梯上一樓(地鐵在B2),背對電梯出口右邊巷子往後走一下就到飯店了,交通方便,又有電梯,若有帶大型行李,整體交通動線相當順暢. 飯店外觀到房間都很漂亮,唯一要小心的是,房間真的不大,要整理行李的時候要稍微注意一下,不要弄壞飯店的裝潢.

整體評價很不錯,價格便宜 地理位置方便,櫃檯英文也算流利,只是房間較小 但很乾淨 備品齊全! 但網站上資訊有標示這家飯店房內有免費wifi,等到check in才發現完全沒有!和櫃檯反應也只是表示它們就是沒有wifi ,這點稍有失望,似乎資訊不正確~

Trevligt och gästvänligt hotel, bra läge. Ligger i området Ginza, en trevlig del av Tokyo. Små men mycket rena och trevliga rum. Trevlig personal. Mycket prisvärt, nära Metron och flertalet sevärdheter. Kan rekommenderas.

The hotel is located is only 3 minutes away from a metro line and 10 minutes from a JR line or other metro lines, walkable from Tokyo station. A large convenient store and 24 hour McDonald nearby. The reception area is small with a two person couch; so, when multiple guests come in for check in and check out, it's crowed. But, it didn't bother me at […] all. I rate 4 on 1~5 scale, 5 as best, for the cleanliness of the room, bed and the bathroom. The things that have contacts with our skin such as towers, linens, pajamas are clean and in good quality. Ближайшая станция метро расположена в нескольких метрах от отеля так, что даже дорогу переходить не нужно. Персонал предусмотрительно предложил проездные на метро, которые значительно удешевили путешествия, благодаря чему мы просто […] выбирали любую станцию метро и выходили посмотреть все достопримечательности вокруг. К сожалению, английский язык для японцев - это большааааая проблема. Даже персонал говорит плохо. Но если говорить медленно - все понимает. Номера очень маленькие, но зато уютные и чистые. Отель напоминает маленький уголок Парижа в самом сердце Токио. Вокруг есть кафе и рестораны на любой вкус и кошелек. Китайский и японский рестораны непосредственно там же, где станция метро - т.е. под землей на том же углу. Макдональдс на соседней улице. Кофейня через дорогу и мн.др. Самая дешевая из сетевых кафешек - Ёшинойя, находится рядом со станцией метро Юракучо в 10 минутах ходьбы. До железнодорожной станции Токио - минут 15-20 пешком. We picked the hotel based on reasonable prices, and good location. Knowing almost nothing about Tokyo prior to our visit, we had read that Ginza was a good district to stay in, and this hotel was close to a couple of central subway lines, as well as Tokyo Station, one of the main transportation hubs in the city. We had a twin room, and except for the […] pillows, which we found both small and a bit strange, it was a great stay. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke pretty good english. Within walking distance (15 min) to the fish market, and only five minutes away from the Ginza subway station and Ginza Itchome station, moving around the city was easy. Ginza is also full of good restaurants, all within easy reach from the hotel. 15-20 minutes walk took us to the Imperial Palace garden. All in all, a great hotel, with good value for money. If you are like me, and regards a hotel room a place where you sleep and take a shower, and not a place you spend a lot of hours awake, I couldn't think of a better place to choose. PS. Very little closet space in the rooms, but I usually live out of my suitcase while travelling, so that didn't bother me at all. Læs mere
