Ude bar med bål om aftenen. morgenmad med mange muligheder, dog billigere at købe morgenmad direkte på hotellet end at bestille værelset med morgenmad. Meget lækkert badeværelse og badeprodukter. Roligt område, kunne godt være blevet et par dage på hotellet til afslapning ved poolen. Ligger tæt på kæmpe outlet (40 min i bil)

"Comfortable but Outdated"
You may think you are walking back in time when you enter the yellowing flowered wall papered room. Ours had one chair by the window next to a table that seemed to be missing a second chair. No coffee maker, no refrigerator, old tv and the room attendant was late to work so no coffee room service in the morning. I thought I was paying full price on […] Hotels.com and they hit me for an additional 35$ at check out for ?? Taxes, room fees, parking? not sure. This was an awesome get-away!! Like being in Demark without having to leave the U.S. Spacious room with great courtyard view. Walking distance to downtown, mission, etc. Great European breakfast, served from 7-11a.m. with delicious Danish pastries, fresh cut fruit, hot hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham, etc. served in the dining room. The Petersen Village Inn is a slice of Old-World charm right in the heart of the Danish tribute town of Solvang. Quiet and cozy, the hotel has a great way of taking you back to a slower way of life. It doesn't matter that the TVs are old tube units or that there is no coffee maker in the room. This is about detaching from the fast-paced lives we live […] in the outside world and forcing ourselves to take a breath, to reconnect with what really matters. My future bride and I spent just one night here this time around, but it was a perfect getaway spot. The staff was cordial and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and served by the most attentive servers I've seen in years. How often do you say that about modern service? "I will never forget this romantic get away"
I was excited when I saw how great my room looked.I was impressed with the greeting we got from Adam and April who were at the front desk they were awesome. The young men that brought us coffee to our room were friendly and courteous . We ate at the restaurant on site one night and it was phenomenal as was the service. "Beautiful Hotel"

The hotel is very quaint and cute with a small feel appeal. The subtle differences such as a hard key versus the normal coded cards for your room, the beverage and ice service to your room, and the views make it very appealing. Not only are the rooms really nice, but there were so many added perks. For example the free breakfast, free wine tasting at a number of tasting rooms in the city, and the location can't be beat. My wife and I do an annual half-marathon in Solvang every year and we always stay at the Peterson Village Inn. The rooms are extremely nice. Nicer than what they actually charge! "Nice place."
This hotel was very clean and charming in a traditional Danish way. The bathroom was a bit dated, but in good repair and clean. The service was excellent; a very attentive staff.
