Super fed beliggenhed. Du kan gå til alt fra dette hotel. Du kan f.eks. komme hurtigt til Soho, hvor den normale NY kommer for at spise og slappe af. Hotellet er et ophold værd. Vi vil bo der igen.

This hotel is great value for money; Clean, nice staff, and excellent location in the midst of Manhatten. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Vi var 2 voksne og 2 store børn afsted. Hotelets beliggenhed er meget fin - ca. 70 meter til undergrund. Kvarteret er også meget fin. Morgenmad på stedet er top. Ville bestemt kommer der igen.

OK beliggenhed i kort gåafstand til 34. gade, hvorfra det sjove begynder for alvor. Hotellets facade er i vinteren 2010-2011 under renovering, hvorfor man risikerer en udsigt til stilads fra de nederste etager. Vi blev dog straks flyttet højere op, da vi påpegede dette. Hotel situated close to places like the Empire State Building and Times Square. Friendly staff, nice room. Only drawback was that you could hear the television in the next room very clearly because the room apparently was part of a suite as there was a door (locked of course) between the two rooms.

Excellent service and helpfull staff. Centrally located and only a few mins walk from subway. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast could be better. Would definately choose this hotel again.

Very impressed with friendliness of all employees from the doorman, lobby and cleaning staff. We were in NYC so my husband could have a medical procedure done. IT WAS VERY NOISEY AND A BABY CRYING THRU THE NIGHT. WORSE NIGHT SLEEP I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. STAFF VERY NICE...

Service at the door and check in was friendly and the location is only half a block from subway line 1. The room and shower are updated. Not much in the immediate neighborhood besides Starbucks, a few bagel shops and Pret a Manger, but Times Square is only two stops away. the only issue we had was at check in, where they wanted to charge us extra, for us being 2 adults and 2 kids, despite this was clearly stated in the accepted reservation. Once we produced the reservation with info, everything was ok. I would not recommend to have breakfast in the hotel, just because it is expensive at $17 each, you can have the same […] just outside for half. I liked the street being surrounded by plant stores, in the morning, when all the plants are put outside, gives you a different sense. The room was clean and spacious enough and the hotel was clean. The Hilton Garden Inn is great because its a high quality hotel located on 28th St so you are central to head either downtown or uptown. The quality of the rooms and is great, with cable tv channels and the internet works great! The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Every member of the staff was helpful and very friendly! Our entire family felt welcome and comfortable during our stay!

Nice hotel well placed just off of 6th ave. Smack bang in the middle of the flower district which brightens your morning! Really nice staff who looked after us really well especially the kids! Room was ok, clean but a little pokey...but hey it's NY!

Good location and clean hotel. Had hard time deciding to walk up town (Times Square) or downtown (Fashion District and Madison Square) so did both. This hotel worked out great for our needs. Fantastic.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient to almost everything and the guest services were very helpful. Our room was clean and it was surprisingly roomy for NYC. We will definitely stay again next time we visit.

Great location for easily reaching many parts of NYC. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean with really comfortable bed (adjustable). Our room was very quiet, facing on opposite side of hotel from 28th street. The price is right. Will definitely come back next trip to NYC.

Myself and 3 friends stayed for 4 nights at the Hilton Chelsea for the Big East basketball tournament. The rooms was very clean, very comfortable and the front desk was outstanding. We mistakenly received a wake up call the first morning at 6 am. The front desk gave us 4 free breakfast buffet coupons ($80 value) for the inconvenience. This is a great little hotel on a so-so street, smack between Madison Square Garden and Chelsea. Fantastic location. Good wifi, nice people working there, comfy, clean, small but perfect place to get ready for the day/sleep at night. Caution: There are only two elevators for a pretty tall building. In the mornings (and definitely just prior to check-out […] time) there will be a HUGE wait and the elevator will be CRAMMED. It took us ten minutes to go from the 12th floor to the lobby... and the ride down stopped at every floor to grab new people in the tiny elevator. Yeesh. Læs mere

Great hotel, it was very convenient to the event at Madison Square Garden and close walk to the High line. I prefer the upper west side as far as a neighborhood but this was very convenient.

Excellent hotel. However, the parking for the area is limited. Had to park for an overnight stay at a garage several blocks away and the cost is high for a van. ($57 for over night parking) Would stay there again just bring smaller vehicles.
