HYATT house Sterling/Dulles Airport-North - Sterling

Hotellet oversteg helt klart vores forventninger. Fedt at man selv kunne lave mad. Hotellet lå dog langt fra ibdkøbsmuligheder, så man bør næsten have en bil. Hotellets morgenmad var rigtig lækker. Resturanten på hotellet var også udemærket. Rart at der var er vakeri. Vi oplevede dog surhed i receptionen som om man kan til ulejlighed.

The staff was SO accommodating! When they saw there were three in our room, they scrambled to find us a more comfortable studio room with a pull out couch. The transportation to and from the hotel was convenient and reliable. The room was in perfect condition. Wish we could have stayed, but we were just there overnight between flights.

Wish I could have stayed longer! So comfortable! Upgraded to the king suite and was so worth it! Love the kitchen, full size fridge, desk to do work, free wifi, able to hookup hdmi to flat screen, comp hot breakfast, cleanliness is A+, stylish design, comfortable...however the comp airport shuttle was slow in picking me up...had to wait in the cold […] for longer than expected...must call for pick up and they come about every 30 mins...but it's free! What else can I say? We needed a hotel close to Dulles Airport for a 6 a.m. flight out the next day. We found this hotel easily; it was a wonderful check-in, the room was wonderful - and check out that bathroom! not one we usually find in hotels! roomy, clean, - just can't find enough good to say about our stay. Having previously stayed at the Hyatt House, the service is quite consistent. Under new Hyatt ownership, One upgrade is they use plates (not paper) on the weekend buffet breakfasts. Bad part of new ownership is they allow pets, and smoking outside of hotel is rampant. The smoke smell on the elevator and lobby was awful. So long to an allergy free hotel. […] They also did away with the cute green apple logo and now have this obnoxious blue HI all over the hotel. I get it, this is the hyatt...New ownership also means, they did away with healthy snacks in their market. Finally, the paint is chipping in the rooms. Looked brand new last year when I was here. What happened?? Finally, this has become a hub for TSA training, so they walk around like they own the place, including the business center, so good luck getting a computer when you need to print out something from mapquest or a boarding pass. Three nights in a row they hogged all computers 4 hours straight!! Breakfast is a good selection, but they need to fix the broken hot trays. The lids fall for half of them and one of them doesn't even lay flat. For the price, you will get a good room, but this place has gone Down hill. Læs mere

Great room available for family of 4 with 2 small children with an early departure from Dulles. Great room. No charge to leave your car in the hotel lot while you're on travel. The hotel front desk people were extremely helpful. They had directions for anywhere I wanted to go. My daughter said she could live there. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of food.

We stayed here to fly out of Dulles on our vacation trip. A family of 4. We had a large room with plenty of space for all. The Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. Fresh omletes and fruit and Danishes. We were very happy with Hyatt House...

each ad every time i come to VA, i stay here. great staff, clean rooms, hot coffee, free wi-fi. nuff said.

This hotel is very pretty. However, the SERVICE is horrible! They messed up the reservation, charged my card $50 that I was unaware of. Very hard to deal with the staff. Clean accept, the toilet seat in the room was dirty. We will not stay here again.

Hotel is nicely decorated but does not have on demand movies.

The property was well maintained. Good choices on the free breakfast. Did not use restaurant, but looked nice. Bar open late. Close to N/S Hwy 28. Dulles airport is 10 min away. Although there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room, it was a large room. I would recomend it.

I had a nice stay. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Will stay there again.

Really clean and comfortable (Looks and "feel "relative new); I would unequivocably recommend it for value for those seeking quality lodging with indicated 3 star rating. Breakfast buffet great, includes omelets, and fresh fruits. I plan to return when in area again.

Well, i can say the quality remains the same even after Haytt bought this little gem of a hotel. It was hard to find because no one told hotels . com to re-direct all searches for the Hotel Sierra to Haytt House. Other than this small oversight, the stay for my business associates and i was again consistent and effortless. Ricardo (front desk) once […] again took the reigns during our late check in and welcomed be by name for the 10th time. When i was unexpectedly ill due to a food allergy, he and his staff took care to ensue my needs were met with respect and professionalism. I can not imagine staying in a more courteous hotel for twice the price. Well done Hyatt, you bought a good value. Now simply change the hot food offerings from time to time and cover the darn little green blinking lights on the smoke detectors that keep me up at night and i'm yours each and every time. lol... I enjoyed my stay. Clean room. I especially enjoyed having breakfast that was not just continental.

My kids and I spent five nights here while touring the D. C. area. We began each day with a well stocked breakfast buffet that included made-to-order omelets and Starbucks coffee. My teenagers were very pleased with the quality and quantity available to them. The staff members were friendly and courteous and seemed anxious to please. It was great to have internet for the big kids and Disney Channel for the younger ones to wind down the evening. This girl is a very new hotel across the street from Dulles airport. Clean, with plenty of amenities...although I never cold find the ice machine on my floor. A minor inconvenience, easily balanced by the free airport shuttle. I will stay here again.

Newly renovated rooms, quiet, friendly staff and one exit from Dulles Airport. Restaurants and services were not as convenient.

very disapointed for the 2nd stay. our room had no microwave, refrigerator and bathropes. Breakfast was not that good. I'll not stay here again!

This hotel is really nice and really close to Dulles Airport (IAD). They have free wireless internet and the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. The free breakfast and internet will keep me coming back whenever I need to be close to IAD.

Enjoyed our overnight stay at The Hyatt House. Room was like a studio apartment; full-size furniture, kitchenette and two double beds. Hotel surroundings appeared neat and tidy. Appreciated the front desk staff accommodating our early departure by making a special trip to the airport for us.

The Hotel Room was very relaxing and roomy. The only thing is that the room didn't have a refrigerator nor a microwave. They sale items that needed to cooked in a microwave, which the front desk have to do it for you. We booked this hotel as a "Park and Fly" when going out West for 10 days. It was very, very clean and well maintained. The room was very spacious and nice and the common areas were beautiful. All of the staff members were top notch. Extremely handy to Dulles Airport and the shuttle driver was extremely prompt and courteous.
