Sekvom vores ophold kun varede 1 døgn efterlod hotellet og dets personale et rigtig godt indtryk. Lækkert værelse og god morgenmad med et solidt udvalg. Vi ankom i bil, så jeg ved ikke om oplevelsen ville have været anderledes hvis man er afhængig af det offentlige. Der ligger dog mange gode spisesteder tæt på - specielt et bryghus med god mad og drikke. Eneste minus ved hotellet var at det trådløse Wifi signal var for svagt til at nå op på vores værelse på trods af at vi var blevet lovet det. Dette kunne dog løses ved at gående i lobbyen.
Placering.
Hilton Garden Inn Frederick ligger i Frederick og er tæt på Westview Promenade, Francis Scott Key Mall og Monocacy Battlefield. I nærheden er også Harry Grove Stadium og Monocacy National Battlefied.

"Horrible"
Charged my card twice for the room. Took 3 days to resolve. Friend got sick and when they changed the sheets, the bed was still dirty, and they took the blanket and did not replace. Hilton never again
Very comfortable room and bed. Cleanliness is always my first priority and it passed the test. We were just staying for a night but found the location to be fine for a quick visit to downtown historic Frederick which is very charming. We were surprised to have a view of a beautiful sunset.

My stay was wonderful. I've used this hotel in the past and that's the reason I used it again. However, hotels.com did not specify what I wanted (per the hotel staff). Tho I smoke, I did not want a smoking room but I wanted a room on the ground floor near a door so I could go outside to. First, the hotel had me on the 5th floor. After I specified what […] I wanted, I ended up in a smoking room on a smoking wing. I know it stinks and that's y I requested a non-smoking room near a door. Next year, I will not be using hotels.com. I hope others have better luck. I should've known something was wrong when I checked hotels.com a month later for my reservation and per the site, it didnt exist. It was there, supposedly, it just didn't show. "Perfect"
This was an amazing experince! The Hotel was clean, the staff was out of this world friendly and they have sleep number king sized beds! Ummm hello sleep number beds really that was an added bonus to the trip. The lobby was awesome as well as the bar, even though they close at nine. But there is a promonade across the street with a sports bar and the […] best sushi his side of Japan lol. Really 100% satisified, we even stayed an extra night so we could go to the outlets just 15 minutes down the road. "Garden Hilton Inn Frederick, MD"
Very good value for the dollar. Nice clean room and staff very friendly and helpful. There was only one small negative; The elevator was slow for the number of people in the hotel. I would stay there again. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Pleasantly surprised.

Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly greeted by the desk clerk and George the maintenance man. We were reassured that any of our needs would be met, especially since my wife is slightly disabled.The amenities overall were outstanding. "Great Hotel"
The hotel was great and exactly what we were looking for. The only down side to the stay was that the Hotel.com representative said that breakfast was includes and it was not. We were also bummed that the hot tub was closed for maintenance.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were probably the best I have slept on in a long time. Internet was not super fast but sufficient - apparently they are going to be upgrading it soon. Overall A+ would definitely stay again

I do lot of traveling and I stay only in Hilton Group of Hotels. To the best of my knowledge and my recent stays in Minneapolis, Indiana etc. there was a complementary breakfast and complimentary drinks avaible in the evening. I do not except the eve drinks shlould be complementary but atleast the Breakfast must and should be there, and Hotel people […] were charging about $10 for breakfast. The hotel staff at the Hilton Garden Inn did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The tables outside provided us with ample space for a wine and cheese happy hour. When rain forced us inside, the staff directed us to one of the sofa and chair areas in the lobby to continue our happy hour. "Breakfast is not included"
It's somewhat rare for a hotel in this price range not to serve a complementary breakfast, but this one does not. There is breakfast, and it's listed at $9.95; however with tax and tip a breakfast for two is going to set you back about $30!

I want to praise all the hotel staff. We were greeted royally by the check in staff and throughout our short stay. I'm sorry iIdidn't get their names because I would have liked to write to your headquarters and tell them how nice we were treated.
"Hilton in Frederick was a great location for us"
The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. It was very clean. The only negatives were a smell in the room like burnt hair which would be really bad when we would first go into the room and then become less noticable. Several of the staff checked it out but no help. The other problem was the heat/AC. It was absolutely useless. With the name Hilton attached, I expected something better. However, for the Frederick area, it's probably the best you'll find. It served its purpose, which was to give me a place to lay my head for the night. Outside of that, the food I ordered tasted like cardboard, room service wouldn't answer the phone for the first several attempts, and I had […] to listen to the guy at the front desk argue with the bartender for a ride home. "Convenient, clean, comfortable - LAME wi-fi"
Everything you'd expect from a Hilton in Frederick, which is to say it's just fine. Clean, updated, fairly close to everything (less than 10 minutes to historic downtown). Please note, however, that the free in-room wireless internet is TERRIBLE - bumped me off every few minutes, and was slow as molasses when I was connected. I guess you get what you […] pay for, but even one of the employees admitted their internet is among the worst in the area. Head to starbucks if you need to get some work done. "Access to historic Frederick was simple and quick"
Downtown Frederick is very charming with lots of great restaurants The hotel is ideally located near major interstates with quick access to downtown. Although we only stayed 1 day/evening, the hotel was very clean and pleasant. It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service and quality of lodgings in Frederick MD. Serves families well. And it is away from the noise of route 270 and 85. Quieter than hotels "on 85". Highly recommended if you are staying in Frederick.

Nice hotel. For the most part the staff was very professional and friendly. Host at breakfast was unpleasant and unwelcoming. Pool was very nice and room clean. Nice place for a weekend get away with the family.

While easy to find, this hotel is tucked away from the beaten path. Free self parking was simple and close to the door. Check-in was easy and the desk clerk was welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was nice having a small refrigerator in the room. We tried the breakfast buffet one morning. In addition to the typical fruit, pastries, […] cerials, waffles, and juice one expects; they have chef prepared eggs to order, fried potatoes, and breakfast meats. We had drinks in the bar one evening. They had run out of red wine which they corrected in less than fifteen minutes with a quick trip to the store. Check-out was simple. I was pleased with the value received. The staff was helpful but morre attention needs to be given to the lobby area where guests relax while meeting with friends or waiting for a ride, etc.

My brother left a message for me at the desk before I checked in that I never received. Things were a little pressed I assume because of 3 weddings at the hotel that weekend. As always the breakfast is unbeatable!! Love the french toast and omelets.

Stayed one night at this hotel last year and couldn't have been happier or more impressed. Came back for a two night stay and had a disappointing visit the first weekend in August 09. Our room had no TV directory, local phone book and was directly over huge air conditioners giving our room a hum. We requested another room and were told they had no […] other dual-queen beds available. When we ran our air conditioner we could smell the exhaust from their kitchen below. Last year's buffet breakfast was exceptional. This year our first breakfast was not the same. Second morning (Sunday) there was no coffee ready or scrambled eggs. "Nice alternative"
I have stayed in Frederick several times, and this location is very convenient. My room was well appointed, however there were a few items that needed attention. These were small things, but as a seasoned traveler I noticed them. The shower head was difficult to use, the shower rod was loose, and there was a weird smell in the room. I've stayed in many hotels for business as well as bargain hotels for pleasure travel in the US and Europe. This is one of the best.... clean, attention to detail, friendly service and convenient. no hassels, incredibly comfortable beds!A real pleasure.

"Went out of Their Way"
Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and provide the services we needed. Even brought a roll away bed to our room late at night with a no hastle attitude. Freeway close with no freeway noise. Quite and comfortable; wish I had a bed like that at home. Full breakfast fresh and good.

"Bed was like a rock"
Overall, the entire hotel was very nice and clean. Service was quick and checkout was really easy. My only complaint is that the bed was not that comfortable, as it was way too hard for my girlfriend and I.
