Check-in time and procedure was a little strange. Couldn't get into the room until 4 pm. Told they were booked the night before and had full house the day we checked in. So do all the rooms get cleaned at the same time making 4 pm the magical hour? Didn't follow the logic with all that. Appeared to be short of cleaning staff. Friendliest staff, best breakfasts and dinners, wonderful pool, spacious rooms...we could not ask for anything else. We were just so relaxed and happy our entire stay.

Big screen TV in both rooms, fridge and stove and microwave; nice service, free wifi and breakfast. We had seven people. three girls sharing the two queen-size beds in the bedroom, and 2 guys sharing a sofa-bed in the living room. We took two air beds with us for the rest of the two guys. Value stay and great experience!

WE LOVE HOMEWOOD SUITES, THEY HOTEL WAS A LITTLE UNDER PAR DUE TO THE FACT THE BED WAS EITHER OF CENTER OR WAS HITTING THE WALL, BUT EVERY TIME YOU MOVED IT MADE AN AWFUL NOISE AND THE POOL WAS NOT VERY SANITARY, THEY WAS SOMETHING VERY GROSS FLOATING IN IT, BUT OTHER THAN THAT WAS VERY HOMEY AND COMFORTABLE TO OUR TRAVEL NEEDS.

I stayed at Homewood suites in Indianapolis on the northwest side of Indy. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. I wish the living room was bigger. And the breafast was horrible. I think someone should be making the waffles and omelettes. Some people did not know how to use the waffle maker. Which made a big mess. There needs to be more […] fresh fruits and donuts and more variety of breakfast foods. Such as have someone make fresh omelettes, have fresh biscuit and gravy, bacon, sausage. It was exactly the size we needed for five people. It was neat, clean, comfortable and offered a hot breakfast buffet included with the stay. We will return next year when we visit that area.

The hotel was clean, check in was very easy and all hotel employees we encountered (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast) were friendly and polite. The beds were super soft, the breakfast was hot and lots of varieties were offered. My only complaints - and these are slight - are that (1) both nights we stayed, I heard thumping footsteps/door slamming […] around 2 a.m. - sounded like it was from the floor above us (we were on the 2nd floor), and (2) the swimming pool was very cold the first night we were there (but was warmer the 2nd day, and the hot tub was perfect both days). This hotel is amazing - complete with ceiling fan over the bed to real kitchen that had complimentary pop corn. Wish we could have stayed longer!

My family enjoyed their stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Room had a separate bedroom with a tv and a living room area with a pull out sleeper couch and a tv. When I was tired I could shut the door between the living and bedroom area, so I could go to sleep while my other family members could stay up and watch tv. Room also had a small kitchen […] area with a good size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, silverware, pots and pans and a two burner cooktop. Also had a table to eat your meals at. Bed and linens were very comfortable. I liked the bathroom, because it had a large shower, and no bathtub. The bathroom was larger than most hotels I have been in. The sink area was outside the bathroom which was very convienent. Hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub, which we did not have time to use, but we did look at it and it looked clean. Pool though is on the small side. Hotel had a free breakfast, which I was a little disappointed that when we checked in we were not told about the breakfast and what time it was served (hours are different during the week than on the weekend). Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, waffles(you make them), coffee, orange juice, milk, danish, bagels, cereal and fruit. We did enjoy our stay and would stay here again on our next trip to Indy. Great room, people, amenities, overall stay. Everything top rate, except couch a little hard to sit on very long and precooked breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Very Clean. Comfortable beds. Food offered during the week for dinner was great.

Everything was nice except the room was freezing. Manager tried to adjust the thermostat but it would not get above 69 degrees. I hinted that maintenance should check it but they never did so I spent hotel time with blanked. Other than that, it was as expected and Homewood is always my choice when I travel.
