"EXCEPTIONAL"
THE ONLY THING I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT IS THE FACT THAT WE WERE GIVING THE SECOND TO LAST ROOM IN FLOOR 5. THE WALK TO THE ROOM WAS VERY LONG AND THAT IS THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE BECAUSE MY WIFE JUST HAD SURGERY. "Good and comfy hotel for the road weary"
We stopped here to spend the night on a trip from Los Angeles to Austin. It is a nice hotel, close enough to the highway. Customer service was very good.

"Nice hotel near a cool part of town"
I grew up in El Paso and can tell you that this hotel is in a nice part of town and the price is very reasonable. Also the staff is very friendly and there are loads of good restaurants and bars in the area.

"Great amenities for the price"
I was at a conference at the University and this hotel had everything I needed. Wifi worked perfectly, the business centre was handy, pool was nice -- I couldn't ask for anything more.

We have stayed 3 times in this hotel and we love it! It is very comfy and centrally located for us and all we want to do while in El Paso. I will be staying at this hotel every time we go to El Paso!

"Best of this chain I've stayed in"
Over my many thousands of hours driving around the USA trying to see it all, I must have stayed in 20 or 30 of this exact chain of hotels. This one is, by far, the best. As ever the rooms were spotless, the staff completely charming but what lifted this one above the others was it's ambience and mood. Because it's located outside central Yuma - in a […] suburb that is being devloped (good one off coffee shops appearing, a big convention centre opposite) you feel a bit as if you're cut off from the city. However because of it's location the staff have gone out of their way to create a friendly atmosphere that gives you a reason to 'stay in'. The bar staff were happy and friendly (perfect bar staff), there were happy hour incentives and free nibbles during the happy hour. I really to always love this chain of motels - for the money they cannot be beaten and this chain has the benefit of a moderate restaurant and also runs room service - but this one was exceptional. The charges on the other hand aren't, when asked to leave my card for incidental (which they told me there wasn't any) damage coverage whatever, they withdrew an additional 150.00 dollars from my account. "Frozen waterpipes and floods"
Very happy with you hotel. Great location. I was very pleased that it was very clean, bedroom and bathroom. I will be staying there sometime in the future again. I will also highly recommend it to others.
Reasonable, clean accommodations if you need to stay in El Paso. El Paso is not a scenic town - we were passing through on our way to see the Carlsbad caverns in southeast New Mexico, so this was a convenivence stop. Room Service provided good food at a reasonable price. Hotel was clean.
"Better than expected"
I am very picky about hotels. I was not sure about the hotel when I made the reservation (the price was low). When I arrived the hotel was clean and very nice. The personnel was very kind and welcoming. The room smelled clean and was spot less. Definitely a great stay.
