Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean & confortable. Conviniently located to the airport, and yet not noisy.

After multiple calls to the hotel, the shuttle finally came an hour and a half later. Very frustrating.

Very close to the airport, just about 2 miles to the rental car return. I was expecting to be kept awake with noise from overhead planes, but the rooms are quiet. I was in a handicap accessible room, so it was extra large and roomy. Service was good, but I did not need much. This Hampton was pretty comfortable. Yes, you're going to hear airplanes everything 15 mintues - but you'll get use to it :)

Everything was clean and well kept. I arrived early and the staff at the front desk promptly got my King Studio Ste ready. Quick access to and from the G Bush airport. Shuttle service is provided but you must call the hotel once you've arrived. They are not scheduled to arrive every half hour like some hotels. I called and the shuttle arrived in less […] than 10 minutes. For business trips I recommend the King Studio Ste. Plenty of work space and comfortable sitting area to relax. FREE IN ROOM WiFi. I noticed that most others charged or you had to use their business center. This was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. Good connection speeds. No bad comments but 2 things to remember. 1) You're very close to the airport so you should expect some jet noise. Didn't bother me much but I was awakened at 4am by what must have been a massive jet. If you're not a sound sleeper this may be an issue. 2) Jack-n-the box right next door and convenient store within 100 yards. The Double Tree down the street is within walking distance and has a bar and grill but other than that there are no sit down restaurants within walking distance. I did not rent a car because we have an office in Houston and transportation was provided by a co-worker but at night I had no option other than taxi or feet. No deal breaker just an FYI. Overall a great experience. If I do business near the airport again this will be my hotel. Læs mere

Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was good and they had a snack when we arrived. I had a great experience with this hotel and would stay there again in a min.

It was a good stay. The hotel service could have been more helpful. The accomodations were nice. The neighborhood is near an airport, so you can't expect much. Planes go overhead and can take off in the middle of the night. Overall good though. Very convienent.

We arrived at 8 pm and had support with airline employee as I was in a wheelchair. This employee and others had difficulty finding access to call the shuttle service - it was looked up in the phone book by information booth employees. The staff called for a shuttle around 8:30 and had to call 3 more times to ask for shuttle service. We were told by […] the driver the first messages were not relayed to him and did not get picked up until 9:30 pm. This is unacceptable considering the hotel is a 5 min. drive away! Had I not been in a wheelchair, we would have had to use airport phones with no American change - hence would have been unable to call back 3 times. Perhaps you should get added to the airport phone service for shuttles. Læs mere

We were picked up from the airport taken to the hotel and returned to the airport the following morning.We were all five of us very happy with the hotel.

Very surprised with the standard room. It was much bigger than I expected with a sitting room and great computer connection. Morning breakfast was excellent and the shuttle service was outstanding. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Found out the hard way the airport shuttle stops at 11 PM, forcing me to take a taxi and negating any savings in staying here. I saw what appeared to be every other airport hotel shuttle pass me while waiting. How can a hotel consider themselves good for airport travelers when their shuttle only runs certain hours? A fire alarm (false alarm) at 6 AM […] the next AM, followed by a not so good (even for hotel standards) made this place one I won't be returning to. Læs mere

Great friendly staff, awesome room and perfect bed! Will recommend and stay there again!

My husband and I stayed here for one night between flights. It was only a short stay but would highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and the complimentary breakfast make this one of the best in the area.

Great hotel.

Great room for the money. Breakfast was awsome and the airport Shuttle service is excellent. This hotel is good for a road warrior or for family vacation. I loved the bed it was very confortable.

J ai pas bien compris les deux avis mais pour un hotel d aeroport pres d IAH, je crois n avoir jamais vu un tel rapport qualite prix.. J en ai fait plusieurs dans les environs pour des prix equivalents ou superieurs mais dans sa categorie, celui ci se distingue..

Service impeccable - navette très rapide (arrive 10 min après avoir décroché le téléphone automatique dans le terminal) - très pro - très bon petit déj. - idéal pour nuitée entre 2 avions
