Nice and comfy apartment, but too long way to the beach. We thought it was in walking distance.

2 adults and 3 kids (11,11,3) and there was something for everyone. Pool, great beach, intertainment and powershopping... We where staying for 5 nights, but ended up adding an extra night. Good service great rooms and the chance for some home cooked dinner in the appartment - just what we needed. I highly recomend to anyone, with or without kids. A bit expensive but worth every dollar :-)

Paradise Resort ligger ved stranden i hjertet af Myrtle Beach og er også tæt på Art Museum of Myrtle Beach, Family Kingdom Amusement Park og The Market Common. Ekstra attraktioner i nærheden af dette feriested er bl.a. Mt. Atlanticus og Myrtle Beach State Park.

We were very disappointed. When we arrived we were not allowed in our room until 3pm and then we had to call several times to enquire about wheather the room was prepared or not. I specifically asked expedia to inform this complex that we wanted a room on a lower level due to my husbands fear of heights and this was never passed along to the complex. […] We had to call for housekeeping on at least two occassions as our room was not cleaned. I asked for a suite and I got two double beds, and no laundry service. When checking out we had to wait in the lobby for the room to be checked prior to getting our deposit returned to us. Læs mere
Overall the stay was OK, I believe the hotel is overpriced. I was told I had an oceanview room; however because I was so close to the front of the building and on the 2nd floor, the only view I had was the hotel next door, unless I wanted to lean over the balcony. The Paradise does have great pools that were heated.
"Good deal"
I stayed in the off season for just one night. The room was an efficiency and I still had a good view of the ocean, a private balcony and comfortable beds. The beach nearby seemed about as nice any of the rest of Myrtle Beach. The hotel restaurant was okay for breakfast, good breakfast is hard to find in Myrtle Beach. My condo was beautiful! The view was great! Beds were a little hard but I was comfortable. My kids had a great time & really enjoyed the ocean!
"Awesome Hotel"
Just got back from our second stay at Paradise Resort! This place lives up to its name. We stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanfront. The view was wonderful. We had 7 adults and 2 small kids, but there was plenty of space. The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasint. Janet at the front desk is a valuable asset. Very family friendly. "great resort but not in the best location"
We thought the stay was very nice, clean, clock broken, only 1 mug, no coffee, just pot, & sink was almost not draining. we prefer a quieter beach with not so many people so...
"Paradise Resort"
The only issue with this hotel was the room wasn't ready at 3pm. We had to wait a bit to check in. Otherwise it was situated close to lots of sights and was right on the beach. We had a two bedroom unit and was pleased with the amenities and cleanliness.

"Paradise Resort Myrtle Beach"
The suite we stayed in did not have a cieling light fixture in the bedroom and it was very dark, like a dungeon. The only window in the bedroom opened up into the hotel hallway. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help the hotel guests.

Really nice resort! Nice location. Being toward the south end of Myrtle Beach, it was quite peaceful, yet not too far away from everything. The place was exceptionally clean. The pools, spas, and lazy river were nice. The only thing negative that I could say is that the beds were too firm. Nonetheless, I would strongly recommend this resort!

"Lazy river and beach but..."
I really liked the lazy river and being on the beach, but the spa in the middle of the lazy river had the jets on so high that the very air felt chlorinated. My eyes became so irritated that I could not use that spa. The beds were hard, and I would have liked more pillows. The front desk staff person who checked me in was not very friendly. I hate the black lady whos working at night. My friends and I get there around 2am and she won't let us stay because two of us were only 20 years old. Also the price isn't fair.
"Paradise"
Took my family to Paradise over the weekend. Stayed in the 3 bedroom. We had plenty of space. The room was nice and clean. Had a beautiful view of the ocean. Only problem was that it was too cold outside to enjoy the beach. I guess that was my fault for taking my family to the beach in February.

"$100 security deposit required"
The staff was very cordial and helpful. However, the maid cleaned the room and took our extra pillow with the linen to be cleaned. I was surprised when I arrived to learn we had to pay $100 security deposit. We were not prepared for this and was not told about it before hand. We were told we would get it back when we checked out. At checkout, the girl […] refused to give us the deposit or a statement saying we would get it back. The manager checked the room ,found no damage and said the $100 would be credited back to our account immediately. So far I have not seen it, it has been 3 days. Læs mere

Great place to stay - and our regular stop when going to Myrtle Beach. Janet is super helpful! Great rates - clean rooms - close to great restaurants. Don't waste your time looking for another hotel....this is the spot!

"Large Rooms"
The rooms in this hotel are HUGE!! We had tons of room to move around even with two queen beds in the room. The glass for the balcony is sound proof too. The bathroom was nice and large and the pillows were nice and fluffy. I go to Myrtle Beach all the time, and this is one of the best. Definitely in my top 2!!

I took my young daughter here for a girls weekend and was very pleased with everything. The room was cozy and clean, all of the staff were friendly and professional, and I'm sure in warmer weather the pools would be amazing. The indoor pool was enjoyable and the views were great. Overall I'm very happy with our experience.

Everything from Check in to check out was great. Facility was well maintained and clean, Amenities were as advertised. Location is excellent. Staff were very helpful! Myself and my three sons enjoyed a guys away trip together and will return to the Paradise.

"Paradise Hotel"
So my wife and I were looking to get away for 1 night and we decided to give the Paradise Hotel a try. It was good except for 2 reasons... 1. When we got to our room the balcony door was wide open, so we closed it. We then went out to eat and by the time we got back it smelled like pure smoke. The only thing we could figure is that someone smoked in […] there before we got there and the cleaning lady left the door open all day to air it out! So we left the door open all night and even when we left. 2. The beds were EXTREMELY hard!!! My wife and I didn't sleep much at all. Other than that we had a nice stay at the Paradise Hotel. Everything was great but had 1 minor problem. The parking garage filled up and had to park on the other side of the street. Would not have been a problem but it was the last night of our stay and had a ways to go with all our luggage the next morning. The ocean view was beautiful from the 7th floor. The room had 2 queen sized beds, so my daughter and I were very comfortable, and the room was large enough so that I could practice yoga! The bathroom and shower were very clean.The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the hotel computer to print up maps and look into local attractions. […] The waitress in the coffee shop was so friendly , she gave us information about great places to visit like the boardwalk and Broadway. She told us about the colleges and living in SC. The pools were clean and warm. We swam outside in 65 degree weather and then went in to the indoor pool as well. "Almost Paradise"
Visited during off season but weather was still nice. We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. Only complaint is that there is no breakfast included although there is a restaurant downstairs. If you decide to eat at restaurant it is cheaper if you pay at hotel lobby.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Will definitely recommend.
The hotel was exactly as represented on line. We went to Myrtle Beach to see the Night of Ten Thousand Candles in Murrells Inlet, so this hotel was very convenient. Our oceanfront deluxe suite was very spacious and well kept.

"Room 1708 was great."
We needed a few days away and everything was perfect. Room was very clean and well furnished. It was very relaxing and had a beautiful view of the beach. Price was very good and we would love to do it again before the busy season comes back. Thanks to the owners of the condo for allowing us to share it for a few days.
"Enjoyable stay"
Hotel and room were fine. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Nice view of the beach, though it was rather foggy at times when we were there. The only thing was the AC controller in our room was missing batteries somehow, and we couldn't control the AC. The WiFi was fine when it worked, but it had its share of hiccups too. Also complimentary tea/coffee […] would have been nice too. Breakfast was ok for additional $7.95/person, though it would be nice to have proper orange juice, either freshly-squeezed or the pulp type, not the syrup type, especially after being charged an extra $1.68 for it. But it was fine, it's not that much and more or less personal preference. The waffle machine and freshly cooked eggs were nice. The lazy river and the spa were nice.
