Hotellet er selvom det er beliggende tæt på en meget benyttet freeway, et meget roligt sted med en dejlig atmosfære. Personalet udviser en professionel, men enormt venlig opførsel, og yder en solid service ud over det forventede. Morgenmaden er et kapitel for sig med alt hvad der kan tænkes når der tales om en Continental breakfast. kvaliteten af alt er i topklasse og der er rigeligt af alt. Der er desuden stillet frisk frugt og aviser frem til fri afbenyttelse. Min ledsager og jeg fik oveni en hyggelig samtale med hotellets manager, der ikke gik af vejen for selv at rense bunden af poolen efter kraftig blæst, der havde revet mange blade ned over poolen. Værelset var yderst komfortabelt og indeholdt både køleskab, micro, kaffemaskine med bønner, strygejern og hårtørrer til fri afbenyttelse. Vejen til hotellet er vel skiltet, så det er nemt at finde. der er også mange forskellige kvalitetsrestauranter i umiddelbar nærhed af hotellet. Så en topkarakter fra mig og min ledsager for et super ophold. Hvis jeg igen får behov for overnatning i området vil jeg med sikkerhed vende tilbage. Hotellet fortjener virkelig sine stjerner. Jeg vidste intet om hotellet ved bookning, men valgte udelukkende pga den tilbudte morgenmad, som ikke findes på nærliggende hoteller. Men jeg vil vælge Best Western hoteller når jeg får behov i fremtiden og det er muligt.

It's an old hotel, but the service is excellent, wifi is free, and you can get coffee 24/7. I'll be back next time I'm in Ontario!

the lodges are old in a good way which make them nice to stay in. The owner is very serviceminded,- and he means it. Our childern spent a lot of time on the playground and we almost didn`t see them.

"Nice size rooms for the price!"
This was a very clean, comfortable hotel. Pluses include large rooms, two large windows to open for fresh air, good AC when it got hot, granite tile in the little kitchen area, bathroom, and shower. Bed reasonably comfortable. Cons include proximity to the freeway (noise) and thin walls. It was very easy to hear your next door neighbor. Was a spacious comfortable room close to great restaurants and shopping! Offered appetizers Monday through Friday and breakfast every morning with made to order omelets if you wanted. Will be staying there everytime we are in the Redlands area!

"Great price and very convenient"
We were on a road trip and needed a place to spend the night mid way to our destination, this was very conventiently located, very comfortabel and most of all at a great price for the quality of room we got. Very Happy to have stayed, will do it again if going through the area.

The room I had booked threw you was the wrong room we were given a small room that we could not use we ended up paying for the correct room and we wanted a refund for the room threw you but instead of going threw the hassle took the room for a mini vacation. Other wise we were happy
"This is a beautiful hotel."
Thus is really a beautiful hotel. It is near the intersection of two major interstate highways: 10 and 210. I could see the traffic from my window, but it was clean and quiet inside, with darkening curtains for an afternoon nap. My room was spacious with a king size bed, love seat and chair, coffee table, office area with desk and chair, and a kitchen […] area as well. There was a dressing area near the closet and bathroom, dressers and night stands with drawers, plenty if space and comfort for an extended stay. Breakfast had made-to-order omlettes, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt...and many other selections. The chef even brought me some bacon crumbles to top my waffle, with real syrup, and all served on china with real forks and knives. No styrofoam or plastic here, unless you preferred it for take out coffee. The coffee was good, too, and to me tasted better in a real china mug instead of a paper cup. What a delightful place to stay! Oh yes, and the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would stay here again. Convenient location...we wanted to be able to drive into the surrounding mountains and enjoy the beauty. We did so and loved it.

"Convenient location, but bed lacks comfort."
This newer Redlands hotel provides easy access to freeway and Redlands locations. The lobby is inviting and homey with a fireplace lounge. Breakfast is hot and varied. Rooms are spacious and the shower head was surprisingly refreshing; however, the bed was only marginally comfortable. To me the bed is half the equation of a good hotel. "great for kids"
Loved our stay. Convenient to places to eat quick witj the kids and target and wmart. Big room, free parking, hot breakfast, micro, fridge, and 2 drink wine or beer in the evening and wi fi. drive to big bear or snowplay about 60-80. nice hotel staff. Close places to do take out..wok experience, noodle 21, if u are looking for asian places.

Only complaint was the breakfast service food was not very good and there was standing room only waiting for seating. Ended up going to IHOP to get breakfast.
"Great hotel"
I was going to a show at San Manuel and this hotel was in a great location, right off the freeway. It also had lots of amenities and great dining and shopping in the surrounding areas. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area for another show.

I have stayed here twice recently. This is a great hotel. The staff are wonderful and location with several restaurants nearby was great. Very close to I 10 which made it convenient for my travelling but I could barely hear the traffic noises. The breakfast was great each morning. Great hotel, nicely decorated for Christmas, great service, awesome price! The room was very large, with two queen beds, and a ton of space, with a sofa bed as well in the room. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels that were about the same comfort level, smaller room, and good service, but double the price. A great value. The Hotel stay was great. The room was very clean, roomy and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was just right, especially the "custom omlette". I stayed here while attending a dance intensive a few miles away. The staff was nice, and the room was definitely comfy. The full fridge was nice as it meant I could stock up at the grocery store and not have to eat all my meals out. The one thing I was disappointed in was the whirlpool. Breakfast was great - includes made-for-you omelets. everything is exceptional. Pool is great. Only negative is the walls are little thin and exercise room is weakly equipped.

We don't normally write reviews but our stay was good enough to warrant an exception. The hotel is super clean and the staff was cheerful and competent. We were traveling with a baby so a crib was needed. When we booked the room we added a note to request a crib. The crib was setup in the room before we got there. At every other hotel we have stayed […] our crib request was ignored and we had to ask to have one brought up to the room after we checked in. The room was spotless and well apointed with a small kitchen/bar area, a sitting area and a confortable bed. There were 6 pillows on the bed plus 2 more in the closet so there was no need to request extras. The included breakfast was well stocked with lots of options including waffles, omlets, cereals, breads, biscuits and pastry's. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We traveled from San Fancisco to Phoenix and this hotel put us on the east side of the LA area so the next day we could avoid commute traffic. It was right at the 10/210 interchange. There are 3 reataurants in walking distance and others just the other side of the highway, including a drive thru Starbucks which was convienient stop as we headed out the next morning. This is the cleanest motel we've ever stayed in - from the hallways to the rooms. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I've done a lot of travel for business and rarely stayed in a Hyatt or Westin that was as clean and cofortable as this Country Inn and Suites. It was a great value and very relaxing. Despite being next to the freeway there […] was no outside noise. We've stayed in other motels in the area and none of them are anyway near this place in terms of price, quality, cleanliness and comfort. I only wish I'd discovered this place several years ago. Hotel was very nice and the room was huge. We had a 2 queen bed room, it had a lot of space with couch and chair as well. Room had microwave and small fridge for your use as well. Free breakfast and free wireless is also included which is very nice. The only negative is you can hear the people above you if they are somewhat loud or stomp when they […] walk. The day we stayed was cloudy and a little rainy, but our kids enjoyed in the heated pool. The hotel room was also big. People who working there were very kind, too.

Location on Industrial Parkway was initially a turn-off, however the actual hotel was great. Lending library, cookies and hot breakfast was a great value. I was across the street from an IHOP and an Old Spaghetti Factory so we could walk. It was very convenient by car (6 min) to University of Redlands where we had admission day business.

"Pleasantly Surprised"
Only saw pictures of hotel on line and was pleasantly surprised. Great location. Our room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was great, wasn't expecting a hot breakfast. If in area again, we would stay at this hotel.

Only complaint is the use of Heat Pump - AC that was both load and blows right on top of living room furnature. Something to redirect air flow away from chest level would aid comfort level. Rooms are large and well planned. Good Value for LA area
