Super skønt hotel, hvor servicen er i top. Der skal betales ekstra for morgenmad, internet m.m. Til gengæld bliver morgenmaden serveret på værelset, hvis man ønsker det. Hotellet er under renovering. Eneste gene var dog, at poolen ogsåmvar under renovering. Det betød dog, at vi slap for udgift til morgenmad m.m. Udgift til parkering Skal dog lægges oveni. Området er virkelig skønt, og hotellet ligger perfekt. Vi kunne absolut godt forestille os at komme tilbage igen. Her falder man i søvn og vågner op til bølge skvulp.

Vi blev opgraderet gratis til en suite, som var rigtig fin, ren og rummelig. Vi valgte stedet pga afstanden til Dinseyland, ellers ville vi ha boet tættere på centrum. Det eneste minus ved stedet var, at det gratis internet desværre ikke virkede i de 5 dage vi var der:( Resten var tip top.

Super billigt hotel der ligger i gå afstend fra conventioncenter og Disney. Hyggeligt men ikke highclass. lille ren pool. Flinkt og hjælpsomt personale. Rent værelse med badeværelse med kar og bruser som virkede, god seng, TV, bord, køleskab, mikroovn og kaffemaskine. Morgenmaden er donots, danish og kaffe til afhentning i reseptionen - nemt men kedeligt.

Et billigt hotel i Gå afstand fra Disney Land. Rent, lidt slidt. Særdeles venlig betjening. Morgenmad er ok. Men lidt rigeligt med kager. Man får hvad man betaler for. Kan anbefales hvis man har brug for en seng at sove i og ikke stiller store krav til comfort.

After reading some reviews I was kinda scared to stay there but it was that bad. People talked About roaches and Ants on the reviews but I didn't see any. I would stay there again. Very close to Disney and comfortable

"it's fine"
Was very disappointed cause I paid for two rooms with a queen size bed in each.. got one with two full and the shower was so tiny my daughter hardly fit, the lamps above the tv were so filthy we had to clean them ourselves. the hair dryer was missing, the internet did not work, we had to request the fix the hot water heater cause there was no hot water […] and also request towels cause they did not leave enough. Not very happy at all. The other room was just as dirty, not good when you have small children. If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel to literally just sleep in, this is a good deal. Parking is horrible tho, so make sure you take that into account when booking here. Location wise, for the park, it is right up the street from the new Toy Story lot, which is way more convenient than trying to park in the garage.

on the second day of my stay - their was probably a problem on my first day stay but i am go to my religious congress and just go to my room @ night, but anyway i found a trail of ant lots of ants, in my room. For the guy at nights defense he did offer a room but i don't think he had any i just wanted to try to rest. "Very good for the price"
The rug needed a shampooing (our feet got black) and the hot lever for the shower was a little broken (it requires some force to actually turn it). The whole experience was actually enjoyable! The stay was pleasant staff was very accommodating. The price justifies the small little nuances that we got and if I wanted a larger room or better furnishing […] I'd would of had to pay a lot more. The pictures are fooling...It looks much nicer online. Our room was missing quite a few things and the room was smaller than expected.
"Cheap hotel down the street from disneyland"
The staff wasn't very friendly, but what do you expect? you get what you pay for. Cheap hotel and close to Disneyland. Not bad for price.

I was not able to turn on the shower water. They had the knob set at water for the lower faucet but there was no bath tub it appeared to be a shower for kids or handicap but no instructions how to turn on the shower head at the top. Also hair was on the bathroom floor.

My recommendation to hotels.com is to remove this hotel from your website. Room was dirty with roaches on the bed. The smell of sweat permeated the room. Drug dealers and prostitutes made their rounds outside. Not a family friendly environment.

"Don't Stay Here"
I was looking for a cheap place near my family. Although this place fits that bill, it is disgusting. Nothing was clean and there was a drug dealer outside my room for much of the night.

"Hard to locate"
This hotels phone were working so it was hard to get a hold of room service. they had no towels, the tv reception was horrible and the bed felt lumpy.

Wasnt sure after bEing at Disneyland all day how fatigued my wife and I were going to be, so we picked a more less bottom of the barrel priced hotel. The entrance to the property wasnt bad. "nosey bad."
They want to claen easy, put it on some vinyl or something. During the sleeping I heard too much noise make me unconfortable. I will never go again.

Wireless internet signal is so weak in the room that you can not use it at all. Request to switch to a room with better signal was denied.
The hotel looked like people lived there. The mattress were ok but the sheets did not match. The towels were different from each other. The walls were very dirty and the air conditioning was filthy. "Anaheim Hacienda, not a gem..."
After reading other reviews, we decided to book this hotel for a one night turn around trip to Disneyland....MISTAKE!!! I walked into the "lobby" which had enough room for maybe 2 people. I picked up the key and walked through the parking lot which was filled with shady looking characters. We made it up to the room which had a plastic bin under the […] air conditioner to catch the water....it looked like it had not been emptied for at least a week. The toilet seat was broken, and the freezer in the fridge didn't freeze our icepack that was already partially frozen. We went back to Disneyland for the evening and came back to the hotel around midnight. I did not feel comfortable parking the car in the hotel's parking lot overnight due to the increased number of shady looking characters. On the way upstairs there was so much pot being smoked that the smell was coming into the room. While looking for a sock to pack in the bag, we found a used condom and condom wrapper under the bed. the guests looked like gang members they were all outside until 4am i could not sleep i was in fear all night so i checked out that morning even though i had paid for 3 days..
"Tiny Room"
The room was small and the place was old. There were no counters in the bathroom and only a tiny shower. The TV programs were very few in number. The neighborhood was good - right by one of the entrances to Disneyland, so that was a plus. The bed was comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 night while visiting a friend. The hotel is clean and the location is closed to everything we need. The only draw back is towels are too olds. This is family owner Inn and I would recommend them to change towel to attract more travellers. Other than that everything is good for the price I paid for.

"Anaheim Hacienda Inn - OK, very basic"
This is a basic motel. But it's a good value. Not everything was in tip-top condition: the refrigerator was not very cold, for example. But everything was OK. We had an electric socket that didn't work in our room, but the staff bent over backwards to rig extension cords and it all worked out fine.

It was a great price given the close proximity to the convention center and Disney. Though within walking distance (15mins or so), I still drove. "Great location, great price"
Although it's not the newest motel around, for the price it was definitely worth it. Our destination was the convention center, not Disneyland, but both were very close. Rooms are off the street and quiet - microwave and fridge a plus. Only thing missing was a coffee maker, but coffee was downstairs in the morning.
Room was small and cramped. limited tv wi fi was ok. pillows were small and hard towels (bring your own). towels were as absorbant as newspaper and soft as sand paper

Not a bad bargain at all. It was clean and cheap. The only complaint if you want to call it that was the towels really need to be replaced.They were Paper thin and rough like sandpaper.
