The room, the location, the breakfast, and the service were all superb. The manager on duty recommended a fabulous Mexican restaurant for our dinner, which we really appreciated. And breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

Everything was excellent; the staff, the room, and the breakfast. Only complaint I have is minor....the eggs served at breakfast were powdered. Very bland with no flavor.

Very nice all round EXCEPT the desk chair was so low that I had to stack 3 pillows on the chair to get to a reasonable typing height. It would be REAL nice to have a simple secretary chair so I could get high enough

We were in LA for a day and driving back to SF in the AM. If you going up I-5 and planning on heading north this is a good place to stay. It's a fairly new place. Front desk people are helpful. It's clean. They have breakfast. Places to eat up the street. Good place to lay your head for the night.

Staff was accommodating, room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was great! Very convenient to my Conference location at William S. Hart Ranch.

There was an error in our checkout information, but the front desk staff were very competent and fixed the issue with no trouble at all. Also, the morning breakfast is well above the standard fare of dry pastries and coffee, and it's kept fresh by a very attentive kitchen staff.

The lobby is really welcoming and the staff are always so sweet. This time we were passing through from me having surgery and the lobby staff were so nice to my husband and I. They gave awesome reccomendations for dinner and brought us extra pillows. The room was awesome and super clean like always. Thanks again.

Their buffet can be a little better. Frozen fruit was not very tasteful and the yogurt would get warm because it's sitting on ice not in it. Over all it was a great experience. Would go back

Everything about our stay at La Quinta surpassed our expectations. The breakfast was very good. Make your own waffles. Hot Eggs plus all the regular fixins that accompany such a breakfast. The hotel was very clean and the hot tub was a nice respite for tired bodies after our very long days. The staff were super nice and accomodating. They even let us […] check in at 10:30 am because they happened to have a room ready when we arrived from Northern California. This hotel has been nicely upgraded, and is very nice compared to some of the other La Quintas in California. The only issue I had this time was that the array of pillows to choose from were all very mushy and not comfortable. Usually there is a mix so you can choose, but these were all the same. No fault of LaQuinta. The hotel was terrific, but on our second night, they put a very heavy man in the room above us. None of us slept that night. We all woke up in bad moods. We did love that it was pet friendly. Though we had a pet-sitter at home, we enjoyed meeting the dogs and thier owners. I'd recommend this hotel and it's convience to Magic Mountain, […] but would also recommend a top floor. Læs mere

Hotel is in a very quiet location very near the I-5 corridor. Easy to find and comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked about the area. The breakfast buffet worked out perfect since we didnt have to leave and then come back-very, very convinient. Definately staying there again!

We traveled from Mississippi to California and this was the best stay out of all of our rooms. This is a beautiful town, lots of places to eat next to hotel. Freeway is easily accessible. Near so much like Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, Burbank, etc. Staff was so friendly. Room very clean and beds were so comfortable. We opted for this hotel because we had a dog with us. Much nicer place than most of the places we have stayed with our dog. Breakfast was good, spa worked and rooms were comfortable with no freeway noise. I was only disappointed in some of the other people who stayed with their dogs. Even though the hotel provided poop bags, a few people didn't think […] it was necessary to clean up after their dog. I went around picking up after some because it is such a nice place I don't want it ruined for the rest of the responsible dog owners. It is really nice with grass available to walk your dog. The staff was very pleasant. We are going back to LA in two months and will leave our dog at a dog motel but I plan on booking our stay here again even without the dog. Everything listed in the amenities was correct. They even had a mini fridge, which I overlooked, in the room. The pool looked nice from afar, but I didn't use it or the hot tub. Although, I did sample the comp'd breakfast and everything tasted good (tried almost everything). I needed one night in a cool room due to my air conditioner breaking down. I called hotels.com, originally intending to stay at the Hampton Inn next door, but the lady recommended La Quinta because it was ten bucks cheaper. You can't get a decent room for under a hundred bucks anymore which is a shame. The room was a little on the small (narrow) side, […] and the air conditioner was one of those that is mounted under the window that you have to adjust by raising or lowering the temperature, setting the fan to high, med or low. I prefer rooms that have a thermostat. A another small thing that bugs me is the glasses. I hate hotel rooms that only give you cheap little disposable plastic cups wrapped in plastic. I prefer drinking from a real glass. This one had the plastic cups. It makes me feel cheap when I pour good whiskey into a plastic cup. Oh well, at least I was cool. The bed wasn't real comfortable, but overall it was a clean, well appointed room with a refrigerator and microwave plus cable TV. They offer free continental breakfast too of which I did not partake. We stayed here because we were going to Magic Mountain. We usually opt for the cheaper hotels, but decided to spend a little more this time. For the price, this place was very nice. The hot tub was actually hot. If you have a dog, they keep a dog run outside of the pool area. Nice. We will come back to this hotel again.

The hotel was very inviting and close to restaurants and entertainment as well as transportation!

I've been taking my granddaughter to magic mtn. for four years now. This way our first stay here. Won't be our last!

Strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. Clean & comfortable room. No outside noise whatsoever. Upon reading a prior review on this hotel, I did request a room away from the the highway and am glad I did as it was quiet and slept like a baby. Also, this hotel had the best breakfast out of four other hotels stayed at.

Have stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed. Great place to relax after a hectic day at Magic Mountain. Kids enjoy the pool and spa area. Always friendly and helpful staff. Best value in area.

The hotel was great! Extremely clean and a friendly staff. Location was very convenient, and the breakfast was great. Although description indicated a Continental Breakfast, the actual breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. Great Stay!

The breakfast was terrific, and the room was well laid out, which gave you the impression that you had more space than you really did. Yes, I also noticed there was no closet and thought it odd. Overall, I got exactly what I expected from a La Quinta and would stay here again.
