Staff very helpful & courteous. Breakfast food was good. We enjoyed the pool with the children. We stayed two nights. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on!

I was very disappointed in 2 things about this hotel. One was the fact that the heater was out in the pool which had supposedly just been re done. My fiancee and I love to relax with a swim when we are traveling. Secondly, the free breakfast which we were looking forward to ended up to be disappointing as well as the eggs and sausage had run out an […] hour before the breakfast ended and the hotel did not have any more to make. The waitresses seemed more interested in cleaning up the breakfast area than in making sure their customers were happy. Considering the price of the room, I was very unhappy. Læs mere

We were there four days and the internet was down everyday and when you ask about it, they just said it should be up anytime. Sheets kept coming off the bed. Not the quality I expected like other Country Inns. Will never stay there again.

The breakfast that was served was horrible. It appeared the hotel was trying to save money and compromised with the food. The staff were all very friendly but the room was not very clean. There was no facial tissue in the bathroom - empty box simply not replaced . Would not stay there again, mainly due to the terrible food.

I am an alumni of Berea College and have stayed at your motel on several occasions. I am always pleased with your accomodations..

Nice clean Inn and far enough away from I75 tobe a quiet place to stay. Hotel staff friendly and courteous. Great location central to Daniel Boone park. Will stay there again.

We were pleased with the hotel room. It was clean, well stocked with towels, new or newly redecorated and quiet. We were worried about being next to the elevator, but did not hear a thing. The pool was clean and very refreshing. Breakfast had a lot of variety. We enjoyed or stay and would return to this hotel.

Great staff, great clean room

overall we had a nice stay at the hotel. The front desk person was very pleasant and friendly. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Nobody filled anything up and the waffle iron was terrible. Every waffle stuck and was not cooked all the way through.

We stayed here as a quick stop on our way home. Checked in at 11 and out at 4AM. Seemed to be a decent place, I would stay here again.

Hotel very nice nothing really within walking distance.. We would stay there again if we went back to same area.

Our room was great! The pool however could use some improvements - windows should open to get a breeze and cut down on the echo since it's indoors, also the tiled floor is extremely slippery when wet.

Really nice hotel. The staff was friendly enough and the breakfast was as good as can be expected. One thing I didn't enjoy was the smell of our room. The air seemed very stale and it had an almost port-a-john/cleaning agent smell to it. While we eventually got used to the smell, it was a shock every time we returned to the room.

We stayed two nights, the first night we were kept awake late into the night (midnight), by noisy upstairs guests. It sounded like children running and jumping . The second night was peaceful. The staff was helpful with a special request we had, when a personal problem arose, on our second day. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised by the Inn. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was much nicer than I had thought it would be. I expected just cereal and sweet rolls, but they had a full breakfast available. The only problem is that there aren't many choices of food at the interchange to choose from. This is a great place to stay. I was very satisfied and hope I get to stay there again.

This hotel was a very nice place for an overnight stay. The staff was courteous, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was a nice addition and more substantial in offerings than a standard 'continental' breakfast, but less than a full breakfast buffet. The indoor pool was small, but very clean […] and vacant both times my son and I went there. The walls and ceilings were paper thin, so if you have noisy neighbors (ours were upstairs), you will hear them. Requesting a room on the top floor may reduce your noise experience. The exit off of I-75 was very limited in offerings. There were a couple hotels and a couple gas stations and that's pretty much it. However, there were a number of local businesses that deliver and the staff will provide you with a list at the front desk, so you are not stranded without food here, you just don't have a close place to sit down for a good meal. If you want to be closer to the 'action' in Berea, stay one exit south of here. Læs mere

Never a doubt about a Country Inn & Suites. Consistence in quality and price. Only negative is that my tub drained slow....advised front desk at check-out. This was my second time staying at this property.

The Country Inn & Suites in Berea was quite a nice surprise. A newer property, everything was immaculate and in good condition. The lobby was warm and welcoming, as well as the staff. Our room was just as requested and again, immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean as a whistle. We saw nothing at this property that […] wasn't in wonderful condition. The breakfast room was very nice as well, with a wide array of breakfast foods available. The hostess was helpful and kept things well-stocked and in good order. The only thing less than ideal is the location of the hotel. There aren't any restaurants nearby, but the front desk did provide information on delivery options, as well as detailed directions and recommendations in town. Very nice property, and should I visit Berea again, I will stay here again. Læs mere

NICE CLEAN PLACE IN A PEACEFUL AREA JUST OFF INTERSTATE 75 IN BEREA, KY. THERE ARE LOTS OF ARTS AND CRAFTS SHOPS AND WITHIN AN HOUR OF LEXINGTON, KY.

Only problem we had was that our room was not cleaned one day of our 3 day stay. Reason was that we had the Do No Disturb sign on our room until 9:45 am when we left for the day. Evidently no one bothered to go back and check whether DND signs had been removed. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable, breakfast adequate.

Highly recommended. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Hoyel and room was clean.

The hotel was nice and clean but the beds were very, very uncomfortable.

and take a candle or air freshener if you smoke. We had a smoking room, but the smell was overwhelming when we got there.

Nice facility. Good price, helpful staff and a clean room, what more can you ask for. The free breakfast is a nice touch. A hot cup of coffee, fruit and a muffin and your back on the road. I’ll look for the Country Inn and Suites sign down the road. Thanks.

the only thing I can compain about was the pillows,need more ,they were down pillows and they were not very fluffy

Hotel was clean and attractive. Only hassel was a realy slow drain in the bathroom sink. Would have liked more pillows. Overall for the money a good deal.
