The neighborhood is lacking, but there is limited choice in this regard along the Tumon Strip. But the hotel was nice, room spacious, bed luxurious, and food (Hy's Steakhouse) fabulous. Very good location, both to the beach and shopping centre. Hotel is a little bit aged, but they maintain it clean and tidy. Clean bed sheets and facility. I and my family are happy to stay there!

Hotel is a mid-range Japanese tourist hotel in busy part of Tumon. It had WiFi service, but only in the lobby not the rooms which was inconvenient. Parking is very limited and be sure to rent a small car. Beach is not that close despite picture. Price was good, room was clean and neat. I suggest either spending 20 or 30 dollars more to stay at a nicer hotel, or staying off the beaten path at the Santa Fe for less money. This hotel looks nice from the front, but it's all downhill from there. Yucky wicker furniture in the lobby. There's a moldy smell once you step off the elevator onto the guest floors. Prior to arriving we laughed about there being only 1 exterior photo of the hotel. So, we were semi prepared when the hotel ended up on the second tier of buildings and not on the oceanfront, as the photo would have you believe. Our Ocean Suite did face the water, but inexplicably, there is a solid wall on the ocean side of the room. You have to go […] onto the miniature decks to enjoy the view. Still, the hotel is nicely refurbished and grand in many ways. The adjoining beach (public but few people) is very nice, and close to the midway point of the bay. The water was very warm at the end of December, so there is really no reason to use the small, totally unshaded 5th floor hotel pool. We visited some of the other major hotels for a drink or breakfast, and the Holiday Resort holds its own against any of them. The Hyatt was disappointing, the Hilton was by far the best in both style, quality and service, but had a rocky ledge for a waterfront, and the Marriott is unsightly. We generally spend little time in our hotel rooms, so the Holiday Resort Guam was perfect for us. Generous room size, comfortable bed, flat screen, upscale floor coverings, very convenient and priced right. Do rent a car and explore this surprising island that is full of WWII and Spanish history. We had a great time - the geography and sights were exceptional. We had major trepidation concerning the Brown Tree Snake, but after 3 days of hiking we saw only one, and he was in a cage at the north end park. Close to alot of shopping areas and right up along a beautiful beach and small park. Area is Safe and great for sightseeing what Tumon has to offer its visitors while providing a great walking exercise. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. we enjoyed our stay in guam. the people are so friendly including the hotel people. lots of Filipinos. very helpful and friendly. hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, pleasure island, DFS, Kmart., church... all walking distance. its a five minute ride from the airport. its about halfway between micronesia mall and Guam premier outlet. the hotel […] looked good. at par with hotels beside it. the hotel pool was also ok. no free wifi in the hotel though. anyway, the price we got for the room was not expensive. would recommend it to my friends. spacious rooms and a beautiful view of the water. excellent service and helpful personnel. right outside is the beach where complementary chairs were provided. highly reccomend the Holiday. fabulous place for last minute reservations and the price!

ホテルがあまり新しいくないので、それなりという感じです。　ホテルあらビーチまではすぐなので便利です。　インターネットがロービーは無料で接続できますが、パスワードが必要で、フロントで聞いたにも関わらず接続できず、また聞きに行き、ホテル側がメンテナスをしたようでやっとつながったという経緯がありました。　安く滞在するのにはお奨めです。

굉장히 저렴하기 때문에 큰 불만을 표시하긴 어렵지만 특히 욕실 컨디션이 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 문이 삐걱거리고, 타올걸이 등이 녹이 나서 깨끗한 느낌을 받기 어려웠어요. 건물 외관이나 로비 등이 말끔한 데에 비하면, 리뉴얼이 좀 필요할 것 같네요.

호텔 위치는 괜챦았으나 방과 화장실은 만족스럽지 못함. 옆방과 복도쪽에서 나는 소리가 들릴 정도로 방음상태가 않좋았음. 외부 주차장 정리도 해야할 필요가 있음. 비치까지 가기에는 가까우나 바에서 틀어놓은 시끄러운 음악이 거슬림. 수영장은 너무작고 파라솔이 없어서 가격은 만족스러운 편임.

Creo que la elección de este hotel fue ideal. Como iba por trabajo no tengo información sobre los servicios del hotel (ni siquiera comí ahí ningún día). Cuando llegué me hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con cama King size. La habitación era amplia y luminosa, y la mantuvieron en buen estado la semana de mi estancia.

建物自体は、少々古いです。浴槽が浅いのと、シャワーの弱いこと、排水、トイレの流れが悪いのが気になりました。でも、買い物のアクセスが良くバスを使わなくても、徒歩で十分移動できます。ホテル1階のカリフォルニアキッチンはおすすめです。 ビーチはホテルのすぐ裏ですが、さかなは、全然いませんでした。ビーチ沿いを歩いてPICの方まで7,8分行くと、岩に穴が開いている場所があります。そのあたりには、きれいな熱帯魚が沢山いましたよ。 値段がリーズナブルで、次回グアムに行く機会があれば、リピしたいと思います。

都心部まで歩ける距離でDFSやクラブGLOBEも歩いて10分くらい。 近くにバス停もあり、移動手段も楽。 ABCストアやサブウェイ、24時間開いているラーメン屋みたいのもある（夜中でも人が多く入っている）。 ホテルの人も日本語を話せるスタッフが多く、質問しやすい環境。 海もホテル専用？ビーチみたいのがすぐで非常にきれいでリラックスできます。 WIFIがつながりくい点とカードキーが頻繁に機能しなくなる点だけがマイナスポイント。

料金の割にはお値打ちなホテルだと思います。１０分ほど歩けば２４時間営業のＫマートにも近いし、海はホテルのすぐ裏。ＤＦＳなどの中心から少しそれていることもあり静かな環境で過ごすことができます。お勧めはやはりオーシャンビューグアムの美しい海を毎朝見れるだけでテンションが上がります。

시내랑 그리 멀리 떨어져있지 않고, 룸컨디션은 괌의 대부분의 호텔이 그렇듯 노후된 편이예요.드라이기가 있긴 한데 그걸로 머리말리다간 혈압오를지도 몰라요;너무 약해서..식사는 별루구요.아이들 데려가시기엔 비추입니다.튜브도 안빌려주고 그래도 호텔앞 비치는 한산하고 놀기 괜찮아요~전 신랑이랑 쇼핑이랑 휴양으로 간거라 저렴한 방 고르다보니 여기왔지만 아이랑 같이 가신다면 비추~직원들은 친절해요

낮에 걸어서 시내가긴 더워서 약간힘들엇는데 밤에는 괜찮았어요~~위치도 괜찮고 우리아이가 전등 깼는데도 괜찮다고 웃고 넘어가주셔서 감사했어요~~직원들도 친절하고 바로 뒤에 해변이라 물놀이도 잘했어요~~가격대비 정말 괜찮았어요

いいホテルです。 ただお湯がぬるくて、バスルームでくつろぐことができなかったのが少し残念ですね。

　ホテルは豪華ではありません。でも期待しなければ、値段相応でアリだと思います。 私たちが宿泊した5階の部屋からはゴミ捨て場や地元のアパートが見えるなど、眺望もよくありませんでした。 　チェックインの際、韓国人の若い女性のスタッフがいて、韓国人のお客さんが長々と話しており、いい部屋にしてくれ！！（といっているように聞こえました）リクエストできる方は、お願いするもの手かもしれませんね。 　部屋には余計なものがなく質素です。テレビはやけに黄色の画面で見るに堪えませんでした。ただ寝るだけだったら十分です。さほど規模が大きくないので、下手に歩くこともなく、ホテル内で疲れません。夜は異常に静まり返っており、騒音などはありませんでした。

사실 발리어 홀리데이가 너무좋았던기억이라 다른곳도 저렴하게 이용할수있었지만 선택하게된 홀리데이 생각보다 위치가 좋습니다 바로앞에 바닷가있고요 아웃리거나 메리어트같은 완전중심은 아니지만 힐튼처럼 완전외곽지역이아니라 좋았습니다 저는 렌트를해서 그럴기회가없었지만 시간여유가된다면 걸어서 투몬샌즈플라자 정도는 가깝더군요 한국여자분 한분계시는데 자주마주치긴 힘들고요 생각보다 청소를 깔끔하게 해주진않더군요ㅎ 엘리베이터도이쁘고 다괜찮았는데 뷔폐는정말 먹을것도 맛있는것도없어요 차라리 근처 다른데서 드시는게훨 나을듯.. 바닷가 진짜 코앞에있고요 생각보단 괜찮아요 쇼핑위주로 여행하실꺼면 아웃리거가 최곤데 렌트하실꺼면 홀리데이도 […] 괜찮습니다 밥은 안먹으면되니까요ㅎ Læs mere

評価が高いわりに値段が安かったので、こちらのホテルに決めました。 日程は7泊8日でした。 ツインを頼んでいましたが、長期宿泊だったせいかスイートに泊まることができました。 中心街に近く、ビーチもすぐそばなので、立地は魅力的です。設備も悪くありませんでした。 問題は、清掃です。長期宿泊したので後半になるとホコリが溜まってきて、清掃が行き届いていないと思いました。 あと、価格が安いため日本人学生なども多く、夜中に廊下がうるさく目がさめてしまった日もありました。頭に来て廊下に出て、怒鳴りつけました。 ともあれ、価格と立地を考えれば十分にコストパフォーマンスのよいホテルですので、細かい残念な点はあるもののお薦めです。

I've been stayed this hotel 3 nights then moved to Reef hotel. To compare the Reef, this Holiday resort is much much better - room condition, hotel amadities, receptionst attitude... all of them! 急に発症した蕁麻疹に早朝から親身になって対応してくださり、非常に助かりました。海外で病院にかかるのは本当に不安でしたが、病院へのコンタクトや送迎をしてくださたり無事帰国することができました。 部屋の壁は確かに薄く隣の部屋の音は気になりますがアクセスもよく、値段も手頃で非常に満足しました。

歩いてもすべてのナイスなスポットに 近く部屋もきれいで　グアムには　 とんでもないボロいところが多いにもかかわらず かなり満足しました 次回ももちろんお願いしたいと思います

グアムの他のホテルに泊まったことがないので比較はできないが、値段相応のホテルだと思います。 タモンビーチで海遊びをする目的でグアムに行ったので、ホテルからタモンビーチまで歩いてすぐという立地が個人的には高く評価しています。 タモンビーチで海遊びをするつもりでグアムへ行く人にはオススメです。 またグアムに行く機会があれば、このホテルに泊まると思います。

DFSや、様々なショッピングエリア、レストランも近所にあってとても便利でした。部屋の広さも丁度よく、清潔でした。海の眺めも良かったのでとても満足しました。プールは少し小さめでしたが、海が近かったので泳ぐには問題はありませんでした。

예약당시 흡연가능을 선택했는데 체크인시 얼마전부터 전객식이 금연으로 지정되었다는 말을 들었지만베란다에 재털이가 비치되어 있어 조금 당황스럽더군요... 객실도 외관상은 깔끔해 보였는데 침대 시트에서 이상한 냄새가 나던데 외국 특유의 냄새는 아닌것 같고 아무튼 약간 불쾌한 정도였습니다.

ツアー参加の友人たちと同じホテルを選びましたが、特にこれといった不満もなく過ごせました。 高いホテルと比べてはいけないホテルだと思いますが、コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。

キャンペーンにて予約したのに通常の倍の広さのスイートにアサインされた。 2部屋予約して２部屋ともでびっくり。 ただ同じ階の端と端。家族旅行で子供がいたので少し配慮してほしかった。 ひと部屋は眺望もよく清潔なお部屋。ひと部屋はスイートとは思えないただ広いだけの使いづらい部屋。 使いづらいほうの部屋はドアも調子悪くシャワーの水圧も悪い、電話も壊れてるしで不満が重なったので通常のツインルームに変更してもらった。変更時のフロントの対応はスムーズで通常のツインルームも十分な広さがあって不足はなかった。 ラナイは広くてチェアもありゆったりしてるのに喫煙できないのが喫煙者にはつらい…。１階の外とプールサイドでは喫煙可能。 ホテル内のレストランもリーズナブルで良かった。 このホテルはリゾートを求めてはいけ […] ない。プールも小さい。ビーチはローカルが多くてビーチチェアもない。 でもホテルは寝るだけでホテル代にお金をかけるつもりがなかったりオプショナルツアーに動きまわっていたりロコ気分を味わいたいなら最適。 ひとつ気分が悪かったのはフロントの若い兄ちゃんが日本人のギャルをナンパしてるのを多々見た。 全体的にホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで問題なく働いてる。高級リゾートのスタッフと同じことを期待してはいけないけど仕事は普通にこなしてるのでそんなに困ることはないと思う。 Læs mere

ホテルのスタッフはのんびりしていますが、対応は誠実でした。隣の部屋の声、よく聞こえます。部屋からの眺めはよかったです。ビーチ沿いですが、パブリックビーチがすぐそばで地元チックでリゾート感はあまりない。しかし、グアムのホテルは皆古いので、古いことを承知の上なら掃除もしてあるし、ミニバースペースは使いやすかったのでアクティブ派の方にはお勧めできます。ロビーのオリックスレンタカー使いました。問題ないです。朝食は簡素なので 近くのSUBWAYとか、ちょっと歩いてBURGER KINGや、２４時間のラーメン屋などの利用のほうがいいかなと思います。
