East Grand Inn - East Grand Forks

Hi I not ever go there again East Grand INN Grand forks.

Hotel was old, and in need of decent repair. Curtain rod ripped out of the wall, and a makeshift rod up to hold a 1960s drape up to hold out the sun. Headborards broken. Holes visible in the walls from previous repairs done poorly and just painted over with no trim painting done. Dog hair in the corners of the bathroom floor. No alarm clock in the room. […] Hole in the wall behind the entrance door. Air unit was very smelly when it put air into the room. No screen on the window to keep bugs out when opening window as an alternative to smelly air unit. Continental breakfast consisted of juice or coffee, toast/bagel/english muffin and condiments. The first room we were assigned smelt fusty and off smoke , I contacted a staff who kindly changed our room for us which was much better quality .It was a double room I am sure that clinets who request one bedroom would also expect the same quality of care .

Only 3 miles from The Ralph, plenty of parking and close to bars/restaurants in E. Grand Forks as well as the Cabelas. This is not a 4* motel by any means but neither are the prices. The staff was helpful, the property clean and the breakfast enough that if you wanted to have something light before heading out they had it covered. If we return to the […] area or know of others who are we will tell them about this place and state you get your monies worth. But, if you want a place with it's own bar and food or a pool you need to stay somewhere else but it will cost a lot more. Læs mere

We were very pleased with this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and all knew our puppy by name by the time we checked out. The hotel is very pet friendly. The breakfast was basic - toast, bagels, coffe and juice - but fine for us. The room was a little outdated, but very clean. We will stay here again.

We were in town to shop and only needed a place for our pups and us to sleep. This place was quiet, clean and met our needs perfect. Updating looks to be in process and hope it continues, but dont go in expecting the Hilton! I recommend this hotel.

It was an ok room for the money if your looking for a cheap room with a bed. Not too good of shape but it was clean. People were nice and a bagel and coffee was pretty good for the money.

this is the only hotel that I have stayed in that did not have a door to the bathroom. There was a shower curtain used for the door to the bathroom.

This is a good hotel and the people that works there are very friendly... Definitely will stay there again..

This is a very old and tired Hotel. It was not very clean...holes in the walls and in the ancient carpet. The breakfast was a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter with a knife in it. Sorry to say but we would never stay again no matter the price.

This hotel was very old, the room was clean but needed maintaince and remodeling. Curtain Rod was bent and curtain hanging, no where that I would stay - we walked in the room and walked back out the door.

This motel is reasonably priced and was clean and comfortable. The "continental" breakfast was modest. There was only coffee, juice and a couple of bread choices. Other hotels/motels I have stayed at would run your credit card and give you a receipt upon arrival. The desk clerk here told me I had already paid and the receipt could be accessed by computer, […] so no copy at the motel. I thought that was different and not necessarily good business practice. For the cost of the room, it was OK though. I would classify this place as a motel, not a hotel, and may stay again, depending on circumstances. Læs mere

For the cost of the room, no complaints. We stayed one night and the room was clean and the hotel was quiet throughout the night. What more could you ask for at these rates.

The hotel location is so peaceful and very accesible to all our needs, like gas, fast food , groceries and other necessities. The parking is so ample. Although there is still a slight smell of smoke, the facilities are well kept. For the rates we paid, this is very satisfactory.

It's cheap. Kinda noisy. And really just a bed and a door. BUT... when I linked up to the wireless I consistently got a 12MB bandwidth all night long. That's impressive for an over the tracks hotel.

We booked room at East grand Inn hotel and this was one of our best stays in Grand Forks. We were in Town for UND hockey game and checked into the hotel. Rooms was very very clean with new TV and New carpet. close to everything in Grand Forks.Few minutes from downtown and 4 miles from cloumbia mall.All that for half the price. We got King size brand […] new bed non-smoking room for very cheap and they have done very good job renovation. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is on budget and looking for very clean hotel room and very respectful and helpful staff. Jana and gary were gear. thanks. This hotel is a nice place to stay for basic accomodations when other hotel rates are artificially inflated during special events in Grand Forks

had to jiggle key to get into hotel. carpets were worn out. tv cable was broken & we had to untape it & fix it& still didn't get good reception.shower pressure was better than expected. only 2 bathtowels for 2 people
