I liked everything about it, we felt very comfortable. If we have to go back to Newport again, which we will, I want to stay at the same hotel. Really nice & clean.

Overall it was very pleasent. Liked the location and the location of the restaurants, the discounted rates for dinning was a bonus. I like having breakfast right there at the hotel. If your with others its nice to go somewhere else besides just staying in your hotel room while the others are still sleeping. Nice touch with the newspaper. The girls like […] the pool too. right near oceam beautiful blue water , close to shopping, resturants right next door

I loved the location it had many restaurants and bars with-in walking distance. I would def stay there again

My husband and I went to get away for the weekend, The hotel was very nice and clean, coffee and tea was available through out the day. Tried going swimming but, the water was a bit chili but, overall I would stay again. And its right infront of the beach.:)

Very nice stay in a clean and friendly hotel

Arrived late, the front office young lady was awsome! She directed me to just the right place to eat. Room and bathroom was huge, bed just right and everything was very clean. i definately will be back. SOON!

Outstanding property! great value and location. great resturants close by. The only recommendation I would have is to place a comfortable chair in the room for reading.

This hotel was a great price for the season and located right next to Newport (our destination). The waffle breakfasts were great. This was also near the beach, even though it was too cold to go in I can imagine it being perfect for the warmer months. It was also close the mansions, the Cliff walk, the downtown area. This hotel was priced right compared to the ones in Newport harbor area. Free parking/ 2 miles away from Newport.... we never paid for parking in Newport... free lots at the mansions, free street parking downtown or a few quarters for a meter here or there. It wasn't busy, maybe a few cars in the lot each night however it seems like they put everyone […] on same floor rather than spreading them out. The room was clean and comfy....a fridge/microwave was in the room. The breakfast room was roomy with TV & outdoor deck if the weather is nice. The attendant is helpful. We stayed off season but noticed some bars/clubs + Flo's clam shack is right next door so in summer it could be a plus or minus for you. Very pleased with recent stay at the Comfort Inn. Staff most agreeable

I used this hotel during a road trip and found it to be more than adequate. Arrived there late and the pretty girl (Katie) behind the counter was very helpful. She recommended the Atlantic Bar & Grill across the road for food which was very nice. Plus we got 10% off the bill. The pool in the hotel looked great but I didn't have time to use it. The hotel […] itself is located just across the street from the beach and has free parking which was handy. The breakfast was nice but there wasn't any sausages or eggs. I picked this hotel for it's price and the proximity to the water and to Newport. The staff are very accomodating, there is free coffee and tea at the lobby, the bedroom is very well kept. There are plenty of choices for breakfast - bagels, muffin, eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereals, oatmeal and fruits. Overall, an excellent place to stay in. We just got back from just a few days in Newport - this hotel was perfect! The location was great - an easy walk across the street to a terrific beach; close to cliff walk for my morning jogs; and great, friendly staff. Everyone was so eager to please. Great location, good value. Very helpful and friendly staff. Kids liked the pool as it was raining the morning of our visit. However, they should redo the tile around the pool. It is nice looking but very slippery. Saw two kids, not running, fall pretty hard. Need some texture there. I would stay there again.

Excellent stay, clean room, close to all. Walk across street to beach, no need to pay for parking! Great restaurants in neighborhood.

Exactly what we were looking for in a hotel for the price and having two small children! Clean, great location, customer service was pleasant and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel in the area!

literally a one minute walk to the beach not ideal if walking around downtown Newport is your thing. Perfect to relax.

Was a a bit put off when our room wasn't ready upon check-in. I've never had that happen before. Not sure if that is the norm or if we came on a bad day. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was a loud creaking coming from somewhere-a bit annoying. The location is great and a short walk from beaches and nice places to eat. One more issue I […] had was the 3rd floor has no wi-fi. They did have ethernet you could borrow, it was just a let down because we both needed internet at times for our laptops. We just wanted a quick 'get-away' and this was perfect. Everything about the hotel was excellent. The bonus of a 10% discount on dinner at the Atlantic Beach Club was much appreciated. the hotel's ocean side opens onto a busy traffic intersection and the restaurant across the street (same management company) BLARES loud music on a crappy sound system. One of the pleasures of a seaside vacation is wind open to the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf. But with a garage band playing at top decibels it ruins a lovely summer experience […] for the whole neighborhood. This hotel is the perfect location for easy access to the beach and The Cliffwalk. Plus its less than 2 miles to the Mansions.

This excellent hotel is a convenient short walk or quick drive to the beginning of the Cliff Walk. There are also a few nice restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

bien situé pour aller vers Newport mais chambre très petite avec lits inférieurs à 140 cm. Petits déjeuners très insuffisants. Rien à manger! Salle de déjeuner pas adapté pour le nombre de chambres. Il faut attendre pour s'asseoir.

l'hotel nécessite un petit coup de remise à neuf mais acceptable dans l'ensemble

Bon Inn, calme et confortable. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds et en voiture. Le parking est gratuit.

Vattenläckage på rummet var inte trevligt. Det var AC:n som läckte på mattan. Fixades nästa dag. De ville ge kompensation på priset men kunde inte eftersom vi bokat genom 3:e part dvs hotels.com. Dvs en nackdel att boka genom 3:e part.
