"Quality inn Laramie"
Nice staff-Room VERY SMALL! -Very clean Hotel- Tons of noise from upstairs-we were in room 108- sounded like bowling all night long? The Staff was awesome, breakfast Lady was sweet and helped Kids get waffles done perfectly. Would not want to stay in such a small room for more than one night....but it was good for the $. 2 adults 2 kids.....

The lobby had very nice bowls of candy sitting around, but when my daughter and I each took several (THREE) pieces over a period of an hour while we were sitting in the lobby, the desk help (I believe it was the manager) made a snarky comment to another hotel guest about it. Really...?

"Hairy shower"
This hotel isn't very convenient if you will be spending time in Laramie. Probably not bad if you just need a night's sleep somewhere on the interstate. The room was nice, the bed was big and pretty comfy. However, the shower had a glob of long brown hair (not ours) on the shower wall. Pretty gross. Very Nice Hotel. Only 5 years old and everything worked and was clean and easy access to the Freeway. Staff was very helpful in all contact. I would staky here again
"Great Service, Super Room"
No complaints. Everything worked well. I'm not too big on continental breakfasts at hotels, and this one wasn't anything special either-- but that's just me. Otherwise, everything was super. Nice room, great price, would stay again.

"Great lodging at a reasonable cost"
When I booked our room online, the hotels.com price beat other websites for the same star rating. It is convenient off the highway, which was helpful because we arrived late. The staff was exceptionally helpful (especially Sam!), and the breakfast was also very good. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Laramie!

"Friendly staff"
The Quality Inn in Laramie was a good, basic hotel. It served our family's needs very well. The staff was incredibly friendly, some of them going out of their way to accommodate my 2 small children. The kids loved the pool, which is really nice. I don't know if it's salt water or what, but it's not heavily chlorinated like so many hotel pools. The free […] continental breakfast was pretty good. We had to check out a day early due to weather, and the front desk staff was very helpful in getting us a refund for our last night. Our only complaint was with the sheets on the beds. "Excellent Facility and Service"
Our room was right next to the elevator, but we could not the elevator at all. The mattress was great, with a pillow-top. Temperature was just right. Breakfast was the best, with sausage, fried egg, and many other choices.

In other cities the hotel would be a solid 2.5 but hey we are in Laramie so I would give it a 4.5. "Great Stay"
Very fine facility, quite up to the standards of Quality Inns I have stayed at before. The map on Hotels.com is INCORRECT - should be exit 310 off of I-80, NOT exit 311. Drove around in the dark for awhile before using a separate search on my phone to find the right directions. Once I found the place - very fine.

When I went to check in there was a bride/groom also checking in. That should have been a warning but I didn't think anything of it, until 2 am. We happened to be in the room next to them and I guess their wedding party decided to do just that (party). Even though we were in a non smoking room, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. "Incredible staff"
It was a wonderful experience to walk in the door and be greeted with a wonderful welcome. They were more than polite, they were our friends and they made comments that made us feel important. We were on a two-week vacation and it was the last hotel, and was a breath of fresh air to us.

"Very Nice, just a few quirks..."
As kids ran down the hallways, you could hear it in your room. I think the walls could have been better insulated. The contential breakfast was nice. The pool and spa were also very nice. The beds were bouncy and kind of uncomfortable. Overall, it was a great hotel.

The staff members were helpful with meeting our needs as guests in an unfamiliar town. The staff members were consistently helpful and courteous.
