Super beliggenhed! Ellers beskidt, meget larm fra køleskabet, meget lyt, meget slidt og koldt om natten, da der ikke er andet end et lagn som dyne. Vil ikke bo der igen eller anbefalde det til andre.

My friend and I arrived late. We stayed two nights. The room was spacious and clean, though there isn't a daily clean up as part of the room. The room had quite a large fridge so if you're looking to saving money this is a great amenity. I liked the proximity to the beach, Lincoln Road and Espanola Way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff was extremely accomodating. The rooms are perfect: clean, large, updated and comfortable. The hotel was so close to the beach and the best of the nightlife.

The room was huge. It had plenty of room and was overall comfortable, clean, and close to everything. After staying in 3 very nice 4 star Radisson and Marriott hotels on our holiday I was concerned that this would ruin our experience on the last night. I had read lots of mixed reviews and on arrival thought what have I booked here when I met the tattooed men at the front desk who looked like they would be more at home in a garage! The hotel is in a very good location in south beach. The rooms were pretty much clean and spacious however not as spacious as you would expect from looking at the pictures. It was noisy as you can hear ppl passing by your door or doors slamming. I would recommend this hotel to couples or younger people which want to have a good time and don't want to […] spend a lot of time in their room, so not recommendable for families. The staff was so so, the cleaning ladies however a little nicer and tried to be as accomodating as possible. Great staff !!! Newly renovated rooms are clean and modern, no problem with the "green light" other people mentioned, I believe new doors solved that issue.... Comfortable, new feel to the room !!! Suites is spacious and close to everything in South Beach. The kitchenette is convenient and the extra closet space was helpful when sharing a room with 3 other adults. Don't expect great views or quite AC...but considering the cost of South Beach, Suites is a bargain. The bathrooms were clean and fully functional and the staff was helpful.

The hotel itself is in a convenient location. While staying here there was no need for a car because everything was located within the facility...clubs, beach, & food. The front desk staff was really friendly & helpful; & so was the cleaning staff but they chose the most annoying time to start cleaning and making loud noise right outside your window. […] The walls of the hotel were very thin, noises of people walking on the floor above you can be heard at all times of the day. Excellent stay at the hotel. The representatives were very accommodating and helpful. The location is a walk away from the beach, restaurants, shops, clubs. The fact that it has a kitchenette was a plus since we were travelling with a baby. All in all a good experience and I would stay here again.

We ended up with what seemed like a disabled bathroom without anyone asking or informing us of it, and our bed was horrible. As we weren't staying for long we didn't care to complain, however our bed was squeaky and uncomfortable and backed right onto an ally way. hotel elervators are horrible, problem with front desk answering the phone,no one ever answers phone in housekeeping i needed clean towels took over two hrs to get them showers in room differcult to work need some kind of instruction in bathroom. and what are those thing sticking up in the pool i stumped my toe twice in the pool

The room and location were great, but the toliet was broke and it took a day to fix it. The help desk said they could not guarantee the room category based on my reservation from Hotels.com. To save face they offered me a room upgrade which turned to be the deluxe suite. I would definitely stay there again.

My only gripe is that one day our room wasn't cleaned. We asked the housekeeping to come back in an hour and they left for the day. Other than that, it was in a great location and the staff was accommodating to our needs. I would recommend Suites on South Beach to a friend for sure. Most bang for your buck!

This hotel was perfect for our needs, the location cannot be beat, you are 1 block away from the beach, and all the nightclubs, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Housekeeping was great, our room was cleaned everyday thoroughly and always smelled good - the front desk also did a great job, they allowed us to check-in early free of charge […] and held our bags the next day since our flight was in the evening, all in all we were very impressed with this property, it doesn't look like a hotel but more like your own apartment which was really cool - whenever we visit Miami we will make sure to stay here again! Nice location, but the rooms are very noisy, you can hear every thing thats going on outside. Also no late check out option, I had to pay one full night price for few hours extra since my flight was at 8 pm.

This is basically an updated motel, just off South Beach. The location and the layout means that it's a very, very noisy place to stay - especially at the weekend. We loved this hotel! The locations is great... the staff was wonderful, friendly and very accomodating. Room had a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedroom. Overall it exceeded our expectations. The only issue if you are a light sleeper, the street noise is a little loud.

Stay here if you want to be woken by groups of armed New Jersey mafia dons at 5am, destroying hotel and bringing in 50 or more people. Only one person working at the hotel during the night, would not call police or take any action. Terrifying!

We were not given the room booked online. We booked 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were given 1 queen bed, 1 cot (sagging in the middle) and one fold down couch which was extremely hard and only fit for someone 5 feet tall. Any requests for anything such as extra pillows were met with "You booked on Expedia. Talk to Expedia and "It's […] spring break" There was a huge noisy party the first night (Sat.) We didn't bother asking the staff to intervene based on their inability to even give us 2 pillows. We were offered another room on our 4th(!) night which overlooked the street which is of course ridiculously noisy in that location. Beware the "valet" parking. We had to wait in a tow away zone until a space for the valet parking even became available for 45 min. until the "valet" driver whom is shared amongst many other of these small hotels was available. Parking across the road will fill up so you cannot be assured a space but valet parking was awful too. We ended up booking another beautiful hotel in Miami, Coral Gables and stayed there. We just used this hotel room to get changed from our beach clothes. Do not book a small hotel using Expedia. You may not get the room you asked for and there is nothing you can do about it! Læs mere
