It is okay for the money you pay. Staff is very helpful and nice, rooms were okay and they were clean. They make kind of grilled cheese for breakfast which is very nice. Do not expect too much from the hotel but is an excellent location. You are in the center of Santiago. Everything is a walking distance.

Was what I expected. Location was the primary interest and I like old hotels so I was satisfied .

This hotel had no lift. The rooms were noisy due to the wooden floors. There was only 1 towel no bathmat. Some of the staff at the desk were courteous others offhand. The breakfast was substandard. It is centrally located that is about all I can say for it.

Excellent place just 2 blocks from city center, the people at desk is always nice, and eventhough they should change a little the reakfast menu the guys that gives you the service are always taking their best to give you the best service.

hi there! you can stay at this hotel only if you have NO place to stay. because the state of hotel is terrible, very old... i stayed here for 2 nights and only because i could not find an alternative. it is better you do not try the breakfast...

This is a good hotel for locals, such as soccer teams whose members are willing to scramble for everything and go without comforts for the convenience of a hotel that is fair smack in the middle of the old market area of town. For example, at 10.00 am and late-ish for breakfast on our first morning, every table was smothered with used plates and there […] was absolutely nothing, not even hot water for a cup of tea or coffee. Not a bad place if you enjoy the comnpany of She-Male prostitutes. Pulled up to the hotel, which is situated next to a hang out for He/She prostitutes. All would have been fine if the room was decent though. I am not that tough to please. However, as we entered our room, I realized the horror that was to ensue. Perhaps it was the wonderful 1962 design […] job, or the room door thta would not lock, or maybe it was just the blood stained sheets. (Yes, you read that correctly!) After a night spent restlessly sleeping in the fetal position with all our clothes on, it was not a pleasent stay. So, if you like a loud, rough and tumble bar attached to your hotel lobby, this is your place. If you like the convienance of transgendered prositutes at your doorstep, this is your place. If you are looking for a real retro designed room with dirty, bloodied sheets, this is your place. The staff was great and the older hotel had charm. The main problem was our room smelled like sewage and the diner below us pumped the scent of roasted pork in through the open window. We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The location was excellent, just a couple blocks from the main square (Plaza del Armas), shopping, and dining. The hotel staff were really helpful in assisting us with renting a car and arranging a bus ticket out of town. And they let us check in early since our overnight flight arrived at 8AM (thank you!). The […] hotel was going through some renovations while we were there so it was a bit noisy at times but this was mostly during the day while we were out. We stayed in one room towards the back of the hotel that had no view but was super quiet at night, and we stayed in another room with a better view but had a lot of street noise. So, take your pick. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and there were plenty of English language TV channels :) Also, the bathrooms were a good size and there was plenty of hot water for a long shower. Breakfast was fairly standard, nothing special. I think this hotel was a good deal for the price and I would definitely come back, in part because I know I can rely on the staff for assistance. Apesar de ser muito ruim o hotel, os funcionários eram muito agradáveis. Com uma boa e grande reforma, talvez, se torne um bom hotel. O salão de café do hotel, durante a noite era uma balada. O cheiro de manhã era insuportável (cigarro). Os vizinhos ao térreo do hotel, inclusive a balada, eram péssimos (bar na esquina e restaurante ao lado do bar. Tudo conforme anunciado, porém os detalhes de manutenção estão por fazer, como por ex. suportes de toalhas e de banheiro quase caindo e com ferrugem. Café da manhã fraquíssimo para um hotel (só misto quente, leite, cafe, as vezes um bolo, suco de "pozinho" e algumas frutas). Os funcionarios são muito atenciosos.

Pésima atención, el Hotel es viejo, mal mantenido, con personal muy ineficiente. me hospedÉ por una noche con mi familia por motivo de trabajo (mi hermano juraba en la corte suprema) y fue la peor experiencia hotelera. En la habitación frente a la nuestra había una fiesta a las 23:00, con música muy fuerte, gritos, y desorden. llamé tres veces a recepción […] y no hicieron nada. bajé hablé con el gerente que solo se disculpó explicando que era una delegación de la policía colombiana y estaban celebrando (habías alrededor de 23 personas en la pieza) finalmente pude hablar con el comandante de la delegación que paró el desorden. (llevándoselos a otro piso, donde dejaron latas de cerveza y demases) y el personal del hotel NO HIZO NADA. Además el Hotel es viejo, muy mal decorado, con colores y gusto chabacano. El comedor de desayuno es un asco, más parecido a una fuente de soda pobre, un lugar muy oscuro y hediondo. En resumen, más parece una residencial pobre que un hotel. No lo recomendaría para nada y por favor créanme que es pésimo. Dit hotel ligt op een mooie locatie in het centrum. Bij de balie hebben ze me geweldig goed geholpen om te komen op de plaatsen waar ik moest zijn in Santiago voor mijn visum.

O hotel é típico de um hotel que já foi brilhante, mas que está meio sem investimento a algum tempo. O elevador é sinistro, parece filme de terror, com a porta interna lacrada aberta e a gente vendo as paredes passando entre os andares. O café da manhã é pobre e limitado, Meu sobrinho pediu mais um sanduiche e foi informado que era 2 por pessoa. O quarto […] é limpo e grande, concepção antiga de construções. A localização é excelente. Os funcionários são esforçados para atender bem, mas perderam o meu voucher que entreguei na entrada e no terceiro dia me solicitaram o mesmo documento de novo. Apesar de antigo o hotel tem boas instalações e está estratégicamente perto dos pontos principais(mercado central,metro,etc).

Vi bodde her ei natt til 50% rabatt og da er det knallbra valuta for pengene. Spesielt siden vi er vant med hosteller. Men jeg tror ikke jeg ville bodd her lenge..,

Gostaria d agradecer o hoteis.com, pois o serviço de reservas foi ótimo. O hotel porém, apesar de bem localizado, é um hotel mais antigo, mas pelo preço valeu a pena. O que realmente não dá para aceitar é o café da manhã. Melhor não servi-lo pois não oferecem quase nada e qd oferecem é em pequenas quantidades. Só se come quem chega no primeiro horário, […] depois das 9 salve-se quem puder. A comoda acaba e mesmo pedindo eles não providenciam!!!! É lamentável. Para começar, não se trata de um hotel, e sim um MOTEL com "casa dançante". Decepção total, insatisfação no nível máximo. NUNCA INDICARIA PARA ALGUÉM.
