Vores bedømmelse af hotellet skal ses i lyset af af det for os kun dækkede et basalt overnatningsbehov på vores rundtur i det sydvestlige USA. Ud fra dette synspunkt var det OK. Udluftningen på værelset kunne nok have været bedre.

Morgenmad på dette hotel bestod af saftevand og wienerbrød. Vandet i poolen var ualmindeligt beskidt. Værelset ar fint og tæt på stranden og spisesteder, men hotellet ligger lige op og ned af tilkørselsrampen til motorvejen hvilket giver en del uro. Skulle jeg overnatte i Pismo Beach igen, ville jeg vælge et andet hotel.

Fint motel, tæt på rigtig lækker strand. Værelserne er standard og poolen er rigtig lækker. Servicen var tilgengæld ringe. Vi fik en king-size seng selvom vi havde bestilt to queen-size. Og høfligt spurgte om han kunne afhjælpe problemet svarede han, at han var ligeglad. Men hva', en sur kineser skal jo ikke ødelægge et godt hotel, så jeg vil anbefale […] stedet. Læs mere

Convenient location, new furniture in the room, friendly staff. A nice restaurant next door. Value for the money.

The location of the Hotel is great you can almost walk everywhere. The room have just been remodeled also. The beds are not comfortable at all plus the pillows are small too. So bring your own pillow from home if you can. Overall the place is okay easy access to almost everything.

We found this hotel to be exactly what we paid and expected. It was clean and tidy and breakfast was free. No complaints at all.

Excellent service and minutes from the ocean and pier. Very friendly staff and towns people. Would highly reccomend even if you think you should be staying at a 5 star hotel! Not for the snobs! Please stay away from this motel because you de-value this great place!!!

The. Hotel we stayed at this weekend was great I love that it had a microwave hair dryer and a fridg it was very nice and clean. Close to the beach I loved it and would like to stay again.

I had a good experience at Ocean Palms Motel. The room was very clean. Only bad thing is that it didnt have any AC.

The room was remodeled recently. Nice clean room and walking distance to the pier and downtown.Good price and would stay again.

Besides being reasonably priced, my room was like new and very clean. HD TV, a very comfortable bed and attentive/nice managers. The vaulted ceiling gave it a roomy touch. I recommend.

We got in very late, and the owner got up to open the door and sort everything for us. If I got it right it´s a couple who owns and operates the motel and they were really sweet and kind all of the way. There was a little breakfast provided from a bakery which was nice and adequate. Rooms very cosy, clean and beds very comfy and nice, and very quiet! […] Free parking just outside the door, near the beach. THIS WAS BY FAR PROBABLY THE CLEANEST HOTEL THAT WE STAYED IN. I AM A CLEANING FANATIC AND LET ME TELL YOU THE WHOLE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SMELLED GREAT. THE FRONT DESK MAN NAMED BOB WAS BY FAR THE NICEST PERSON WE HAD MEET AT A HOTEL ON OUR HONEYMOON. HE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND SO HELPFUL. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and recently redone. The bathroom was totally redone with a shower instead of a tub. They should have added a vent fan, though. The rug and counters were new and it had a flat panel tv and wifi in the rooms. The hotel was not very full so it was quiet and we had no problem sleeping even with […] the highway right out in front. The heater worked well. But in the summer with no air conditioning or fans and the windows open, you would need to bring your own fan or noise machine or be a heavy sleeper to be comfortable here. Læs mere

We have a difficult time finding pet friendly hotels in the Central California Coast area that are in good condition and reasonably priced. This is a clean hotel in good condition. No frills, but also a good price. My wife and I would be happy to stay here a gain and recommend to anyone, with or without pets.

the gas wall heater in room 4 pings endlessly after it shuts off. Just give it a smack with your fist. The room needs a cieling fan as the vaulted cieling hogs the heated air. Very cute and clean place and great location. Well worth the off-season price. Love the LCD TV wall mounted. Bring an HDMI cable to watch movies from your notebook PC.

Freiendly & Clean

This was the first time I had stayed at this hotel and it was a first good experience, would definitely stay there again! Bob was very kind and showed concern for anything I needed. I would also recommend this hotel to friends! Overall it was a good stay!

For the price it is great, but there is no a/c. There room was very small and looked like it was freshly painted and smelled freshly painted which having kids with me I didn't appreciate.

I stayed here in the midst of a heat wave & there was no air conditioning. Even with the fan on, I didn't get to sleep until the middle of the night, because it was so hot. I wasn't able to open the windows either, since the street leading to the highway & the highway itself was so noisy. The continental breakfast was also lousy. The hotel was clean enough to not think about it. Nothing fancy only like twenty rooms and small pool. The meat and potatoes of having a place to crash for the night. Bed, T.V. & a shower. Close enough to walk to the pier and shuffle back from the bar. A few drinks will take some of the stiffness out of the mattress as well. This is a great location in Pismo Beach. The hotel is perpendicular to Price Street. Easy access to Hwy 101 and 1. This hotel needs new beds. Everyone in my room woke up with sore lower backs. Was very forward and rude pertaining to number count of my guests. very suspicious individuals who made you feel awkward receiving the "complimentary" breakfast.

Great Place to stay...it is on older motel that has been upgraded... Microwave, blow dryer, coffee maker, Iron, and a refridge.. free danish and coffee for breakfast....Good price, will stay there again

We stayed a Friday night and Saturday night in October. Beds were confortable. Breakfast was contenental style, muffens, sweet rolls, coffee, tea, orange Juice, or Hot Chocolate, you take to your room. Pool and pool area was nice and maintained. Parking was available even on Saturday night when all the rooms were full.

This motel was very convenient for all the attractions in Pismo Beach. Walkable and safe. The Motel was very clean and quiet. Would not hesitate to come back again. The managers were very helpful and courteous.

Everything except the bathroom was outdated by thirty years and pretty friggin' grose...good luck.

We just spent one night at this motel on our way down Highway 1. Therefore everything was fine, we had a good night, the noise was really not that bad, the mall just a walk away and even a little breakfast was included. Perfect for a one-night-stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near freeway on and off ramps. The grounds are well maintained and it has a new roof, paint, etc. It was a warm day and by afternoon the room was quite warm and there was no A/C. I paid 200 dollars a night in San Diego for a room and wished I was back at this hotel. I will stay here again!

The hotel grounds were very clean and building freshly painted. The pool was very clean and looked to have been recently updated. Room was clean and bathroom updated. The room was okay. It is a close walk to the pier. The staff was nice. The TV had to warm up for a while to work and then you had to tap on the top of it. They have no air conditioning so if you go on a hot day be prepared to be a little warm.

Good hotel for the price compared to others in pismo. Liked moro bay better.
