Friendly staff and great breakfast. Great for overnight stay.

Stayed here because the Marriott was full, it was ok I guess but I wouldn't stay here again, odd definition of a deluxe room as it was pretty standard

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly, the room was clean and well decorated. We were given towels to use in the gym and swimming pool. The gym was a little small but the pool was lovely, with a sauna, steam room and hot tub. The restaurant was very good and the waiting staff were well trained, recommending wines […] and attending to our needs with politeness and courtesy. We will certainly return. The only complaint was the Park & Ride was not well signposted from the hotel and bad weather meant we could not visit the city centre or surrounding attractions. Læs mere

Our first impression at Reception was welcoming - receptionist noticed before we did that the room should have been twin not double and changed it immediately accompanied with a big smile & Cheery disposition. Worthwhile booking in advance for room price reduction. Staff polite and helpful. Facilities tip top. Enjoyed the pool very much. The breakfast […] was excellent and well worth having! One of the best hotels we've stayed at, and we stay at a lot. Rooms, comfy;, pool/spa, amazing; breakfast delicious and filling. Quiet location, easy to find. Would stay again just for a weekend get-away.

We had a fantastic stay at the Nottingham Belfry, I cannot reccommend this hotel enough. The staff were fantastic and went the extra mile in relation to the special event we were celebrating. They were informative and uber polite and helpful, advising us of the negotiated rate they had with a local taxi company which definitely saved us money! The room […] was very comfortable, my only niggle was that i found the pillows as hard as rock and ended up with my head on the decorative cushion but apart from that absolutely superb! when booking this hotel there were robes included and a jacuzzi style bath. neather were in the room. Bathroon light switch was grotty # Hotel was otherwise good

Quiet room....tick Comfy bed....tick Good lighting.....tick Enough power sockets.....tick Proper iron....tick Great service....tick Well maintained spa......tick Biscuits in the room?!.....tick Only complaint is their aversion to water- bottles in the room would be nice and the machine in the gym hasn't been working properly for ages. Minor quibbles […] as this hotel has everything and more for the price, really impresses me every time and I usually prefer not to stay at a hotels. Nb- food last time was very average and I found a hair in my dessert. Salad this time was great, I know it's hard to mess a salad up but progress at least! Shame the baileys cheesecake has gone! Very nice & plesant Hotel with a relaxed atmosphere.

Hotel lovely and clean however bar service was absolutely shocking on my 2nd night. I had got in late and wanted to order food at the bar. After waiting for 25 minutes for this one member of staff to serve me I gave up and went hungry. HI i stayed at the Belfry overnioght on a Sunday recently. I booked here after looking at lots of the local places to stay and the modern rooms and the swimming pool plus the closeness to the M1 swung my decision. I made the right decision as i was completely satisfied - i used the pool which was a luxury other hotels don't have. all staff i encountered […] were very pleasant. the room was modern, great comfy dble bed and new bathroom, large tv just opposite the bed. The breakfast was a nice laid back experience lots of choice, relaxing atmosphere. When at the Belfry you can see no houses and it really is quite secluded so you feel you are away from everything, however the road to Notts centre is a few mins away so had i chosen to visit there it would have been easy. The car park has a barrier system so i knew only hotel residents were parked there. Large area near the bar with comfy leather settees and t'v's to relax. i had no complaints during my overnight stay. Hotel exellent. Staff very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay.

We needed an overnight stay close to relatives in Nottingham and the Belfry fitted the bill. Our room was excellent and although it was close to the main road and the hotel was fairly full, we had a very quiet night's rest. We didn't use the restaurant that evening but next morning (Sunday) breakfast was first class. All the staff we met were friendly […] and cheerful. Despite large numbers of guests at breakfast, service was quick and unobtrusive. We were also pleased that we could have taken our dog, although for other reasons we didn't. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and were treated so well by all the staff. The room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was AMAZING. The hotel offers a restaurant & a bar, which are extremely convenient. It was a delightful experience which we hadn't expected. Since we live in Canada, we travel through the USA a lot where we stay at fabulous […] hotels. However, Nottingham Belfrey can be assured that their hotel/service/food etc. equals any place we have enjoyed in USA. We would highly recommend this hotel. this hotel is excellent for a visit to nottingham. everything in the hotel is top quality. that is also reflected in the price the actual room was fairly cheap but the food outlets at the hotel are a bit pricey. good but expensive. but all in all great.

Superb Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room service standard was very high and the quality of food was exceptional. We had a great time.

Large room, very quiet at night and well decorated (nothing too garish!). Room was huge, had a desk, 2 arm chairs and a table plus a king size bed. Each room has it's ironing board and iron -in the warddrobe. Food and drinks are expensive, which I guess is to be expected.

We were visiting Nottingham for our son's graduation. It was about a 15 min easy drive to the university. Very pleasant stay including an excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful. We would certainly stay there again.

I have stayed at the hotel on 5 occasions whilst visiting family and friends in Nottingham. It always delivers value for money and the rooms are comfortable with good shower and bathroom facilities. The use of the gym, pool and spa is an added bonus. It costs about £10 in a taxi into the centre of Nottingham.

nottingham belfry hotel in lovely quiet location just outside the city we had a lovely relaxing couple of days pool , spa and massage experience also the staff were very cheerful and helpful

Though my wife and I were traveling on vacation from Edinburgh to London, the Nottingham Belfry was delightful. Check-in was easy. Had a business center with PC access where we checked email and printed out our next night's airline boarding passes. Room was quiet and first rate. Free car park. Would highly recommend.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel. Brilliant staff, very helpful & friendly. Beautiful rooms. Excellent facilities. Can't fault any aspect of my stay. Superb!

The hotel was lovely, check in service was great too..we upgraded to a suite at a discounted rate and it was great. We had a problem in thre restaurant but were given complimentary appetisers and drinks as compensation so the matter was dealt with in a satisfactory manner.

Nottingham Belfry is a gorgeous hotel. We went mainly for the spa - it didn't disappoint. The bedroom and bathroom were very well designed and extremely clean. We had a great visit, and we look forward to going back again soon.
