Det hele er bare enkelt og nemt og et rigtig rart og centralt hotel

Hotellet lå dejligt tæt på Metro og lokalområdet var hyggeligt. Morgenmaden var udemærket, og det var friskt. Et sted jeg godt ville vende tilbage til.

Vi var en familie 4. Hotellet lå rigtig fint og personalet var søde til at hjælpe. Værelset var lidt lille til en familie på fire, men der var hvad der skulle være og rengøringen var fin. Dog ville ville vi næste gang overveje en juniorsuite, da den er større og har to badeværelser. Morgenmaden var fin - dog var deres røreæg og pølser og det de kaldte […] bacon ikke den bedste, men det er jo en smagssag. Ville klart anbefale hotellet til andre, men ville dog anbefale juniorsuiten hvis man skal være 4 personer. Læs mere

Søger du liv og atmosfære med super mad er dette område af Paris optimalt. Operaen med Metroen med tilgang til alle seværdigheder er skråt overfor hotellet. Cafe'er, restauranter, dansehaller og barer ligger i kort gåafstand fra hotellet, vi fik en dejlig service fra. Servicen var ærlig hjælpsom og et ønske om at give os et godt ophold.

Velbeliggende hotel med nem adgang til Metro, bus m.v. Ligger også tæt på restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder.

Vi har nydt vores ophold på hotellet og har kunnet gå ud og opleve alt det vi ville, når vi ville. Operaen og Metroen er lige uden for døren og resten kan man gå sig til. Personalet er bare så søde og imødekommende og man får alt den hjælp man efterspørger. Det er fuld tilfredshed. Det eneste der kunne sættes en finger på var værelset størrelse - men […] omvendt, så sov vi kun når vi var der. Læs mere

Hotel Bastille var et lille fint stille hotel, der lå tæt på metroen Bastille og Bastille pladsen. Receptionen var åben både dag og nat, og personalet var hjælpsomme og venlige. Der manglede hverken noget på værelset eller badeværelset. Der var tre senge på værelset, der ikke var specielt stort, men den ene seng kunne klappes op ad væggen. Der var fransk […] altan, så man kunne nyde udsigten. Morgenmadsrestauranten var lys og moderne, og udvalget af morgenmad og drikkevarer var fint. Helt sikkert et anbefalelsesværdigt hotel. Læs mere

Det var en positiv oplevelse at bo på hotellet i 6 døgn på et 3 personers værelse. Værelset var ikke specielt stort, men havde den kvalitet og den komfort, som vi forventede til prisen. Hotellet ligger centralt for metro og city. Fredligt kvarter at komme hjem til! Kan kun anbefales. Betjeningen venlig og imødekommende. Et godt køb!

Nice hotel, good location, close to barstreet, restaurants, Carrefour just down the street - and in walking distance to major attractions. Metrostation just beside the hotel (100m). Very good breakfast - not the typical french one, but continental style. Good service from staff. Room ok. Only thing is that even the room should be sound proof, the door […] isen't so you easially hear noice of doors closing/opening etc. But all in all very good hotel. Would stay there again. Læs mere

The location is perfect, nearby Bastille Metro. You just walk around few minutes from the hotel to the Metro. You can easily access to attractions in Paris and travel in other cities. The buffet breakfast is also nice. There are a variety of breads. Overall, we were satisfied although a room is quite small.

Good location close to Metro and RER. Very nice staff, quiet and clean rooms with the necessary things (tea, minibar, hair dryer, WIFI etc.) and a good enough breakfast. I especially appreciate that it was so quiet, just few meters from the Bastille. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Paris, not least when comparing value for money.

We stayed here in December 2011 - two adults and two teenage boys (14 and 13). Booked the larger room that comes with two bathrooms, the room was a comfortable size for the four of us. All the reception staff were friendly and helpful with any queries we had. The buffet breakfast (continental and cooked) was a great way to start the day. The Hotel is just over the road from the Bastille metro and Opera, it is also close to numerous bars, restaurants and cafes around the Bastille area and you can easily walk down to Gare de Lyon. The room was very clean.. staff was also friendly and spoke English which helped. the area was also perfect, loads of pubs and restaurants close by. close to the metro, I would love to return to this hotel .

While the male staff at the front desk when we checked in was not unfriendly, but he got agitated when we asked him whether we could leave our luggage there for a few days as we would return and stay there for another couple of nights. There was never a smile on his face. However, the other lady staff named Stephanie was extremely friendly. She was […] one of the best. She was very patient and helpful in helping us to get the boarding pass (we had to fly back to the states after the stay there) online. She did everything for us (from getting on the airline web to submitting information to printing the passes). She was also thorough in providing information we need to get around. Læs mere

Excellent location and near to Bastille metro. Easy walk to Notre Dame. Good for those who are taking the TGV from Gare de Lyon station. There is a nice carrefoure supermarket nearby in the direction of GdL station. Hotel is well maintained and room is adequate for our family of 4. Will stay here again.

We stayed her for the first night of our stay as we couldn't get a 4th night at our first choice hotel which was about three times the price of this one. If I was to go back to Paris I would stay here the whole time. The room was clean and quiet, service really friendly, professional and unobtrusive and breakfast was great. At night time Bastille is […] a great place to be. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Isle St Louis (the best place to eat!) and not far from loads of great bars and restaurants. Much better to be on this side of town than the Champs Elysses side. The area is very interesting in the day too and the centre of town is walkable from here. Læs mere

The room was number 102 I recall which is on the back side. Very small but typical for Paris. Excellent location. Breakfast was average, but better than average for a 3 star hotel. Staff was very considerate and helpful. Only a little confusion about whether or not there are in room safes (there are). The hotel was clean and I would stay there again […] for the value. Room was small but well-appointed. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to the Metro, and a short walk from Gare de Lyon. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Well positioned near Bastille Metro station (10 mins from Gard du Nord by Metro, 5 -10 mins from other attractions). Local area v. nice as well (visit 'Place de Vosges', 5 min walk away). Loads of cafe's to drink coffee & people watch. Small hotel but with all facilities you would expect (our 'suite' had 2 bathrooms! air conditioning just right & quiet). […] Front of house staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast just what you'd expect for a continental, waiter v. helpful. Only glitch was on our 2 night stay, room was not serviced on 2nd night which was annoying but did not spoil our holiday & I'm sure is not a common thing. Læs mere

We liked the hotel very much; it's modern and near to the metro. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were really nice. Kettle and fridge in the room were good. The room was small but clean, although very hot at night. We turned the heating off but it was still too warm and if we opened the windows it was really noisy from the traffic. hotel was in a good location and easy to find. The room was comfortable even though it was very small and claustrophobic, but we did not stay in the room very long and explored Paris. Breakfast was very good.

A convenient hotel for the Bastille area and easily reached to other areas from the close location of the metro stop. Reception staff are excellent and go out of their way to help you. Would stay again on next trip.

I book hotels all over the place but only after reading every review I can lay my hands on.....we have stayed in paris many times, but never anywhere as nice as the Paris Bastille! The situation is superb - so close to the metro. I was worried that the room might be slightly small (according to reviews) but for some unknown reason we were given no 1, […] which is on the ground floor and suitable for disabled visitors (which we're not)! But masses of room: really comfortable beds. The only tiny problem was that the shower was slightly out of control - we couldn't move the head, and so water sprayed out all over the floor as well, but a very minor point. Breakfast was really good! The staff were very nice and helpful as well - all in all, we will certainly stay there again. Læs mere

We took the train from the airport to Gare Du Lyon and easily found the right street. The hotel was further away than we realized and once we incorrectly back-tracked. Since the hotel was near the Bastille, it made it easy to find our way back in the evening (signs everywhere point in direction of the Bastille). Conveniently located, just a few blocks from the Gare de Lyon. Exactly as described and perfect for a quick stopover in Paris..

Cons: Breakfast is from 7-10 and there is not much to choose from if you arrive closer to 10 Thin walls Pros: Great location, near metro Decent bed Decent free breakfast if you eat early Friendly, English speaking staff The rooms are small but this is typical of European hotels.

Nice location terrible services

Though the location was very good, we'd only recommend this place if you go when it's not too hot and when you have 2 or fewer people staying in the room. Otherwise, find someplace else (the rooms are too small for more than 2 though the hotel says they can accommodate 4). Staff spoke English and was very helpful. Hotel is 1 short block from a metro […] stop and reasonable walking distance to a lot of good things, like Notre Dame. The AC in the room was so weak that we were better off with the windows open, which still left us sweating (though there was a 90+ degree heatwave at the time). Læs mere

Staff was friendly, rooms are small, but fit your basic needs. Air conditioning was broken for first two days, but they fixed. One day the staff didn't get to cleaning our room after 6 hours of us being out sight seeing. Overall, for the price and location (easy access to Metro) we'd recommend, it worked well for us!

We just stayed here for a city break, and were impressed by the location and size of the room. It wasn't huge, but large by European (especially French) standards. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly, and spoke fluent English (which was great, because my French is limited).

A great location, 200 metres from the metro (Bastille). We requested a room for 4 adults which was actually two rooms converted to one therefore we ended up with two bathrooms, great for four adults! We were allocated room 201 but there may be others like this. The breakfasts were all that you need, fruit juice, breads, cheeses etc and the staff in […] reception and the breakfast room could not be faulted. We had a family room, with one double bed and one good sized sofa bed. Bonus was having two bathrooms with shower. All was clean and tidy. Excellent access to Metro. Would definitely recommend for a family and we would use again.

Great location and neighborhood. Right across from the Bastille metro station and a few stops from a big train station. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room - small, but expected. Would recommend bringing a fan if you are coming for summer months - they have A/C, but it sometimes still gets too warm. Would definitely stay again.
