Vi var meget tifredse med hotellet, en af de pæneste jeg har boet på i London. Flot, stort og rent og meget rimeligt i pris, og ufatteligt centralt lige over for stationen Gloucester Road i hyggeligt kvarter i Kensington. Vi fik først værelse med dobbeltseng, men da vi var to veninder, spurgte vi om de havde et twin som bestilt - og fik så det fedeste værelse, dobbelt så stort, ingen støj, kæmpe badeværelse - virkelig god service og hyggelig hotelbar og lobby. Ville klart anbefale det og bo der igen.

Det ligger tæt på the tube, både Lancaster gate men også Paddington. Ikke noget prangende hotel, men hvem kan også forvente det til denne pris.

Værelset var rent - og meget bekvemt med det lille køkken. Dog savnede jeg mulighed for filterkaffe, der var en lille stempelkande, som efterlod kaffen med meget grums, næste gang tager jeg egen filter og trakt med. Jeg var heldig med stort vindue ud mod vejen. Jeg nød meget at være på værelset. Der er ingen lounge eller fællesareal, men venlig betjening fra den lille reception under trappen. Beliggenheden er perfekt, på stille og smuk vej, og Notting Hill Gate og alle nødvendige butikker lige om hjørnet. Jeg kommer igen.

"Flot til prisen"
Hotellet var rigtigt godt hvis man ønske at leje en bil og køre rundt fordi det ligger tæt ved motorveje. Desuden er der ikke langt til nærmeste togstation hvor der kører tog til London. En fantastisk morgenbuffet med alt hvad hjertet kunne begære og et venligt personale.

I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast had lots of options. The room was very clean and had all we needed. You have to pay for the water though whilst in the room. £3.95 :(.

The staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly. However the double room was very small and noisy being situated next to the stair well and lift. An added inconvenience was that the shower did not work, however I would return there again in the hope that i was just unlucky with my room allocation.

Had a lovely stay at the Hilton in Cobham. Nice to have a relaxing afternoon in the pool, sauna and steam room although the windows could do with a good clean! Unfortunately the fire alarm sounded at 4am which can't be helped but it would have been nice if a member of staff walked round to explain it was a false alarm rather than leaving us standing […] about! Lovely hotel, nice staff.... BUT PLEASE dont charge £15 for internet that doesnt work. In this day and age, thats just un-excusable and very inconvenient
"Hilton Hotel, Cobham; Perfect for RHS Wisley!"
The staff here take helpfulness and friendliness to a new level! Also, the food was of a very reasonable standard for the price paid, (we took advantage of a voucher obtained from Reception!) The health centre, of pool and fitness room, were well run and of good quality.

This Hilton has friendly, helpful staff. It is clean and up-to-date. However we took our 11 year old with us, and a bed was set up in our room, but this was very uncomfortable. We asked if we could have an extra mattress but were told there was not one in the whole hotel! So in the end my daughter slept with my wife and I slept in the mattress on the […] floor. The staff, from reception to the cleaning staff, were very polite, helpful and charming. I was there for the weekend to catch up with friends and had been made to feel very welcome. The restaurant and lounge staff were especially friendly but also knew when to give me some space. My stay did not include breakfast (they need to change that policy!) but […] because i had to leave after one night's stay, the manager agreed to offer me complimentary breakfast. A very quiet and calming place, after the hustle and bustle of London. Very close to the M.25 ( jun 10) All the staff were very professional and helpful, the bar and the restaurant were comfortable and again well staffed. the food was good and reasonably priced, unlike the wines. Recently visited this hotel. Booked in at 7pm to find that we had been allocated a double room, although we had booked a triple. Their solution to the problem was to move in a fold-up bed making the room cramped. Went to breakfast in the morning and was shown to a dirty table. When we refused to sit at it, the head waiter told us to get our food in […] the meantime. Where would he suggest we eat this food? "Hilton Cobham - So relaxing!!"
We arrived at 3pm and checked in. the staff were so helpful and arranged a taxi for us for the evening. After check in we had a swim in the hotel pool followed by a sauna and jacuzi, it was so relaxing. After that we had a drink in the bar, again the staff couldn't do enough for us. the room was nice and comfortable and the whole hotel had a peaceful […] aura about it even though it seemed to be busy. The next morning breakfast was lenjoyable and there was a lovely view across the grounds from the restaurant. "Hilton in Cobham- Ideal for Chelsea fans."
Our son was attending the soccer school in Cobham, this hotel provided us with great facilities for winding down after training for the day. The staff couldn't do enough for us, very attentive throughout out four night stay. My booking online included breakfast, my confirmation didn't mention breakfast but rather than charge us on arrival they let the […] matter go saying it was fine. "Dissapointed"
There were seven of us in our party, all leaving early the next morning to take part in a charity cycle ride. I asked for an alarm call and four others asked for the same plus breakfast delivered to the room, which is a service they offer and charge handsomely for. Not one of us got what we asked for. No alarm calls, those that ordered breakfast had […] to phone down at least four times then when it arrived it was inedible and too late as we had to leave for our deadline. The morning staff were very rude and just shrugged thier shoulders when we informed them of our dissapointment. They still tried to charge for the breakfasts some of us ordered but never got!! "Way too expensive"
Requires a cab ride to train station so add twenty pounds round trip to the already super-inflated price. Nothing is convenient, and much of the staff has trouble with English and so cannot be much help. One manager made us feel as though we should be grateful for the stay rather than making us feel as though they are happy to have our business.

went to this hotel to celebrate my 30th & went to Thorpe Park which was awesome!
It's bad enough having the boom-boom-boom of a Saturday night party, but having their empty bottles thrown into a wheelie one-by-one after the party for what seemed like an hour is just thoughtless and an indication of poor management

An excellent place to stay. Excellent staff in all areas; very good leisure facilities - pool, sauna, steam room. Only negative - when ordering room service for just a sandwich why is it necessary to also have a £4 tray charge?

I particularly enjoy the Hilton breakfast (especially the porrige) which makes up for the smallish rooms. We had a meal in the evening which was quite good but the starter was tiny and the pudding not home made. The room itself had a very small bath but it was clean and reasonably attractive in a masculine way. I must say that despite us having a room […] on the main thoroughfare to the dining room, we heard very little corridor noise. In fact we heard little from other rooms. If only for that would I recomend it. I looked into upgrading the room (I actually visited them) but felt the better rooms were not worth the extra from our slightly upgraded room. I would stay there again if I got the same half price deal but not if I had to pay the full price. My main gripe was that they mixed up our evening dinner bill and they were too keen to get the 'employer of the week' award. More natural service would have been appreciated from the waiting staff. Did not look like a hilton. Reception informed us of expected power cuts of 6 hours after we had already checked in. No compensation was offered. Manager was unavailable.

The hotel was good, I didn't feel in a Hilton tough. Cheaper than staying in Central London, 35 min by train. The room was pretty, clean and big for an European hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean, updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Would stay there again. Watch out for cab driver charging double from the airport to the hotel!

"will never use a hilton again!!"
we stayed at the hilton as it was a 4star. it is not. i would rate it as a 2 star. it was very dated, the corridors/lift very horrible looking. the room was very small. we asked for a cot and and never got one until 10.30pm. my 1yr old was very tired!! the next day at breakfast i was eating and the waitress came and took my plate away right from under […] me, i told her i was still eating so she put it back down but didnt say sorry and could hardly spk english.she was rude!! the staff at reception was friendly and the room was clean. but as we had been statying in different 4star holtels the past 3 nights when we turned up at this one we was very dissapointed, it wasnt evan close to the same standard as the others we stayed at. i would have rather just payed half the price and stayed in a travel lodge. so like i said the reception staff are friendly and it was clean but the price you pay it is not worth it, this hotel is deffinatly NOT a 4 star!! "Lovely friendly hotel"
Excellent service all round. We arrived on masse heading for a wedding and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Rooms were really spacious, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings or the pool but will definitely go back to do just that!

Ik heb er al veel gezien in mijn leven ( gemiddeld 2 nachten per week op reis) maar dat service niveau in het hotel was er slecht . Restaurant is geen aanrader : gambas overcooked ( niet meer te eeten) foccacia zwart, exotische fruitsalade alleen maar appels en druiven etc. Water duurt 5 minutjes tot het warm is - de lakens van het bed zijn er niet […] gestrijken etc totaal meer als 20 keer sorry ontvangen in 2 dagen - de staff gaat er echt makkelijk mee om en heeft al geaccepteerd dat het zo is.- jammer Læs mere

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Ma chambre était située à proximité des machines de climatisation : vrombissement permanent pendant toute la nuit. Le matin, en bonus, on entendait le bruit de l'autoroute à quelques centaines de mètres. Au restaurant, beaucoup de vins de la carte ne sont pas disponibles.
