Very pleased

The hotel overall was very nice. However, the beds were terrible. My husband, daughter and myself all woke up with body aches. The beds were so uncomfortable. Also, the complimentary breakfast was stale and mediocre. And lastly, the Internet connection was slow. We attempted to buy tickets to an amusement park and the connection kept timing out. Good place to stay.

I had a GREAT stay, the hotel was in a perfect location for dining out, shopping and gorgeous view of mountains!! I would recommend the hotel to anyone and will stay there again on my future trips to Cali.

Very nice location. Walls are thin meaning you can hear what's happening next door;(. Overall will be back again.

When I checked in the lady at the front desk informed me that she had upgraded my room from the 1 bedroom suite I reserved to a 2 bedroom suite since 4 of us were staying for the night. I was very pleased with the room and the staff. My only complaint is that I didn't care for the breakfast selections but I don't know if they offer the same selections […] all the time or if they change it up day by day. My experience at Homewood Suites was great and the weekend rate is one that can't be beat especially with the complimentary breakfast. It was centered between eateries, shopping, my destination, close to freeway and I loved it! Will be back monthly!

My Family Love it.

This hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are great. The staff is friendly and the food is good. BUT... We had asked for a high floor room in our reservation and when we checked in, but they put us in a 1st floor room adjacent to the back door. Foot traffic, barking dogs (within the hotel), and back door slamming made for a not so restful night. We dealt […] with it. On the second night at 1:30 am, there was a party of at least 30 people two doors down. It was very loud. People were in the hallway, in the back door area, and outside our window. People were freely smoking in their room and in the hallway. It was a non smoking floor. Called the front desk. Front desk person called us back and said she told the party to break up but didn't think they'd listen to her; maybe we should move rooms, she says. So here it is, 2:00 am, lots of noise, people everywhere, our room is now full of cigarette smoke, and instead of restoring the peace, we now pack completely up and move to a room (not a suite like we paid for) where we finished out the night. We were so tired the next day that we checked out and went to another hotel for our last night. Læs mere

Our night here was amazing! We were with our 1.5 year old twins. It was very nice to have the separating room. My husband and I said over and over that we would definetly stay here again and seek out the same hotel chain in other cities. Everything looked new and was very clean. We spent two nights here when we traveled for our daughter's wedding. My in-laws (the bride's grandparents) spent one night here. The hotel is conveniently located, clean, quiet, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast tasty. The staff is solicitous and went out of their way to make sure that our accommodations met our needs. When I went to check in they had a room that was not what I had booked but they quickly rectified the situation. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Would definately stay there again.

Our first room smelled like smoke so we requested a new room and were quickly given a new room that was clean and comfortable.

Its a nice place to get a room.good location and many restaurants nearby i will come back again

The room was the perfect size for our family of five. Day staff was very friendly, night staff was not too nice. The pool was clean. Breakfast was amazing!!

Our room was way too noisey 113. The stairwell on one side of us and some load machinary (perhaps AC) on the other. It either roared all night or was clicking while off. Did not sleep well.

I really enjoy Homewood suites. This was the second one I have stayed at and it is my favorite hotel. Very clean! The kitchen is great. I recommend getting the 1 room. Its like having an apartment.

The hotel was well kept, clean, and in a great location. Super comfortable mattress. The suites have a kitchenette, a sofa bed and a nice desk. The hotels is right off the freeway, with a huge discount mall across the street (we went to the Improv and saw Sinbad). Tons of restaurants in the mall and surrounding the hotel. The pool area was really nice […] as well. Some areas they could improve, the shower doors are strange. The breakfast was just okay -especially the bacon left a lot to be desired. I say that because several reviewers commented that the breakfast was good. However, neither of those things was a fatal flaw. Where our time could have really suffered was the pillows, but I read in another review that the pillows were huge, so we brought our own. That was a lifesaver. Læs mere

Nice Hotel. Convenient location. Seems to be a 1st generation of Homewood and not upgraded, but it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed for 5 nights. The room was very convenient and well appointed. Did not cook while I was there, but well could have. Location was walking distance to restaurants and two minutes to Ontario Mills mall. Had the complimentary breakfast each day and variety and staff were good. And I got it at a great rate from hotels.com

This is a great value and a nice area. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Their morning breakfast is yummy. Having a kitchen in our room was so handy.

This was a good halfway stopping point from our SD trip returning to LA. Rooms are clean and have all the necessities one wants overnight. The buffet breakfast had an array of items to choose from, however, the hot breakfast wasn't guaranteed hot. Cross the street and there's Ontario Mills and various restaurants, so you won't be at a lost for shopping […] and eateries. Læs mere

I was very impressed with the size of the suite as well as how new everything seemed to be. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. When you think about the fact that you are getting a one bedroom suite, full kitchen, free breakfast, and internet, and pets are accepted, you really cant go wrong. I really felt like I was being well taken […] care of. If I absolutely had to find something wrong with the place I will say that the pillows were HUGE and quite uncomfortable, so next time I will bring my own. But to me that's not a big deal, I will definitely stay there again and look for Homewood Suites for stay in other locations! Læs mere

Very nice location near to Ontario Mills shopping/entertainment area. We just needed a comfortable place to change in to wedding clothes and to sleep after the wedding. We picked this place due to hotels.com price and it was less than 10 minutes from the wedding location. Did not have time to really explore the area or the hotel, but everything we […] saw was very professional, clean and comfortable. Very convenient and nice. Grounds in excellent condition, interior clean and well maintained. Destination was Auto Club Speedway in Fontana - a very short drive from this hotel. Bed was a little soft for my tastes, but that's a personal thing. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful, clean and friendly place to stay. If I was a single person, I would feel very safe, as all the exterior and room doors, are locked and can only be opened with room key. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was very nice. The bathroom was located in the bedroom area, toilet and tub behind doors, vanity connected to bedroom. We […] had an adult son sleeping on the hide a bed in the living room, it would be nice if the bathroom could be situated in a way, (maybe with 2 doors) so that he did not have to come into our bedroom to use the bathroom area. But if was very clean, and well stocked. Breakfast was good, nice variety of foods to choose from, although, the heated things such as eggs, sausage and potatoes, could have been a little warmer. The swimming pool and spa area was very nice, although I did not get to use that area, there were even nice outdoor gas grills, for those that would like to grill out. The surrounding area is very nice and you have access to a huge mall, lots of restaurants with a wide variety of food tastes. We stayed in this area, because family lived nearby in Upland, how ever its not too far to drive to go see the sights, such as Hollywood, Rodeo Dr, and we made a trip to the Santa Monica Pier. Wonderful hotel. Complimentary breakfast and Evening Manager reception make it a great value. Wireless internet available in the rooms - connection speed was adequate. Gym is small but adequate, including free weights. The only issue is our bathroom tub drained slowly.

Clean, close to Ontario Mills, and good breakfast. Recommended.

We were in town on a family trip for a concert and this was the perfect place to stay! The room was comfortable and clean, all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was unavailable which could have been a disaster with 3 kids, but the staff sent us to the hotel across the parking lot and we were able to use that hotel's […] indoor pool (which worked out for the best since it was December!) The breakfast was good and the coffee was delicious! Don't waste your time anywhere else but this hotel when you're in the area. Læs mere
