SeaCrest OceanFront Hotel - Pismo Beach

Vi havde en overnatning på dette skønne hotel på vores roadtrip i Californien. Vi havde planlagt et par stop langs Highway 1 og fandt heldigvis denne perle af et hotel. Værelset var med terasse og en fantastisk udsigt over poolområdet og havet. Værelset var stort og badeværelset stort og lækkert. Rengøringen var helt i top. Det eneste minus ved dette […] sted er morgenmaden, der desværre ikke er specielt spændende, men med denne belligenhed synes vi ikke at man skal lade sig skræmme af dette. Stayed at the Seacrest hotel for our second time. The hotel is highly recommendable if you are looking for a relaxed and fair priced hotel with a location next to the ocean. Rooms are big og nice decorated. Only downside would be the included breakfast buffet which is a bit poor.

Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn afsted. Hotellet er ikke mindre end perfekt til en badeferie - smukke smukke omgivelser. Minus ved hotellet er at mogenmaden kun kan indtages udenfor eller på eget værelse. Det er problematisk da det ofte var koldt om morgenen. Fantastisk værelse

Dejligt hotel, men værelset rædsomt, ingen dagslys overhovedet, selv terrassen var mørklagt.Et godt råd: Bed om værelse på øverste etage.

Et hotel som absolut er et besøg værd. Det ligger med en skøn udsigt og direkte adgang til Stillehavet. Med tre spapool, en swimmingpool og Stillehavet er der rig mulighed for at nyde det skønne vejr i CA i dejlige omgivelser. Vi ville til enhver tid vende tilbage til dette hotel.

Lækkert hotel med dejlige nyrenoverede værelser! Vi bestilte kun standard værelse. men vores værelse var absolut også luksus til pengene vi havde givet for det. Sødt personale og hotellet var pænt og rent. Dejligt med egen terasse og udsigt over havet og poolområdet. Det eneste minus er at man ikke kan sidde indenfor og spise sin morgenmad. Der er kun […] udendørs siddepladser og da det var rimeligt koldt da vi var der, var det knap så behageligt. Men det er absolut en mindre detalje! :) Alt i alt en god oplevelse. Læs mere

This hotel is very nice! The rooms are impeccably clean, nice decor and high quality. Surroundings are kept nice and the location just on the beach is very nice. Simply good value for the money.

The hotel had a great view of the ocean, room was confortable and clean. The breakfast could be improved greatly, doesn't compare to other hotels. Very limited seating for breakfast, especially when it rains.

Very nice. Awesome view. Well worth it!!!

I've stayed at the SeaCrest a few times and I have enjoyed every stay. The first room they put is in, I didn't care for so I went back to the front desk and requested another room which was in the new section, 4th floor with a wonderful view of the ocean. I was very pleased with the new room. I'd stay here again. Loved it!!!

Even though we visited in spring break, no drunk or yelling spring breakers were around. It was mostly families. We were OK with a partial ocean view -not the best as we saw mostly rooftop- but we could have gotten really awful rooms, the ones looking a grey wall or two or three that seem to be almost below ground.

Second time we stayed. Perfect place at the beach, if a windy day you can post up next to cliff wall to block wind. Saw dolphins from the hotel while eating breakfast. great place for kids. Grass to play on pool is great. Pet friendly. Staff is great. Only negative, pool towels need to be gotten from front desk, when busy a bit of a pain, minor inconvenience […] forvsuch a great place! The hotel is in a great location and convenient to the pier. Restaurants are within walking distance and an added bonus is Marie Callender's in front of the hotel. We were impressed with the ability to have food delivered to our room from a variety of local restaurants. We had dinner at Steamers where the food was fresh and delicious. The best word to describe this hotel is "quality". Really liked the facility and the location/view is great.

This hotel is great but we had an issue with the breakfast area. Eventhough they provide continental breakfast as part of the package, there was not a indoor sitting area. Only outdoors. We were there 2 weeks ago and it was pretty cold so we ended taking our breakfast to our room.

The room was very well set up, as well as the bed being super comfortable. Loved the grounds and the surrounding area!

Hotel had views of Hawaii and white sand beaches of Boracay in the Phillipines. Great place to stay, they had a heated pool, and 3 spas. They had a private access to the beach and the Seattle Coffee 24 hrs. a day was a nice little touch. Great experience, will come back again.

Really enjoyed this hotel. We were upgraded to an ocean view room without even asking. Breakfast was better then most. My only two complaints were the mattress was quite firm and a bit uncomfortable, and the doors are thin and we could hear all traffic both pedestrian and motor vehicle. Great place. Love the 1/2 price wine at happy hour, brought to the room. Walls are very thin. Can hear everything your neighbor is listening to.

This hotel was perfect! I had stayed here numerous times before the renovation, so I was extremely impressed with the improvement. Rooms were clean and view was spectacular. The maid that cleaned the room,. Did not resupplly our hand towels or our complimentary waters and left wet wash cloth in the bath tub. For the price of this gorgeous room, I expected it to be thoroughly resupplied and cleaned perfectly. The continental breakfast and area to eat need a little updating. This hotel rocks. The rooms are fabulous. Our view of the ocean was killer (4th floor). Breakfast was OK, but location, deck and sound of waves hitting the beach all night was more than worth it. I would stay here again and twice on Sunday. The pool and 3 hottubs are great and warm! Book this place and don't look back.

Booked a night for Valentines, due mostly to the prime location and reasonable rate (reasonable compared to the rest of Pismo / Avila area). Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room itself was nothing spectacular; basic floor plan and amenities. We have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The service is good, rooms are clean, (heated) pool and spas are very nice and the location is great. We enjoy being able to walk to the beach from our room and for the location the prices are very reasonable. We also like the free breakfast and the patio with fire pits.

Gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean. 3 jacuzzis and a nice pool. Firepits all over. Several sitting areas. Staircase to the beach. Close to plenty of restaurants (Steamers is awesome!) and the main drag in town. A great weekend getaway, or longer if you can - for couples or with the kids.

Hotel had a free shuttle to a nearby wine tasting! Breakfast by the water! Great spot!

Our stay at the Sea Crest was verey comfortable. It always gives us the feel of a tropical get away that is much closer to home. We used to stay more often, but the cost has become prohibitive so it is saved for special occasions only.

I've been going to SeaCrest since I can remember, probably over 25 years. I remember this property before the two multi story buildings were built... I go back because I love the spot, and it remains one of my favorite weekend getaway places. It has had a facelift since I was there last, and our room looked nice. Other little changes around the property […] are nice too, like the fire pits. In the winter, it is really quiet and mellow, just how I like it. Læs mere

The hotel doesn't look like much when you drive up, but that's because the lovely courtyard complete with fire pits, lawn, pools, and hot tubs is on the beach side. It's lovely sitting in the hot tub and look down at the incredible view. The rooms are clean and modern complete with fridge, microwave, and a kurig coffee maker. Comfortable beds and an […] attentive staff. The only downfall is the clientele. The weekend I was there there were multiple mothers who thought screeching at their children at the top of their lungs was the best mode of communication. Luckily, most of these families headed down to the beach during the day, but there were a number of times children were to be found in the hot tub area. Would be better if the hotel designated one of the hot tubs adult-only. Overall, the hotel was lovely...the other guests were the only source of problems. Læs mere

This hotel was great, quiet & the view from ocean view king was awesome. Custom Service was easy, nice and quick.

First time we were able to afford this hotel. Totally worth it. Beautiful grounds. Great staff. Unbelievable view. Close to the pier. Only issue was the people above us sounded like there was a track meet. Constantly walking around and we heard every step. Still not enough to mess anything up. Great place.

We loved our first visit and were not disappointed our 2nd time around. Can't wait to go back for a longer stay! Nice clean room and facilities. Kids can't wait to go back either. Great heated pool for adults and little ones.
