Excellent quality hotel, staff extremely helpful in the Business Centre. Good food, AND .. plenty of free parking.

Arrived late and left early, However staff friendly and efficient also helpful. Room very clean and suitable for stay. Good car parking

Love this hotel stay quite alot it's brill and the staff are 150% behide it and always give u a warm welcome friendly and this hotel never let's u down!!! Plz go to this hotel trust for the money it's ace fact!! X

Great hotel would stay again

The Park Inn ticked all the boxes I needed. Used public transport to get there, a change from my original plans, but no problems with getting buses in and out of the city centre. Reception quick and friendly. Room clean and appeared recently refurbished. Corridor carpet showed eveidence of an paint spill though. Chair in room could be more comfortable […] though. Bed comfortable and warm enough. Breakfast excellent. The hotel chain needs to follow the lead of others and provide free wifi access. My iPad couldn't access the service, and on enquiry the charge was very high. Paying for what is now almost a necessity, not a luxury, is an anachronism . Læs mere

On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, though on the small side was clean, the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was very tasty, a good choice of hot and cold food and the conservatory was a very nice venue.

A very clean, comfortable hotel. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty, and the restaurant per se as a space very good and warm. The bar is top-class too. It has a really well-equipped health club, with pool, sauna and the rest, even though the jacuzzi was out of order during our stay... However, one minor thing, I asked the reception to replace […] some of the toiletries in our room and they forgot or did not bother... Overall, a great hotel at a very good price. This hotel is situated on the outskirts of Nottingham and the town centre and main attractions are a short bus ride away - the staff at the hotel were very helpful in giving directions to all attractions but the hotel itself is tired and in need of some tlc - carpets are worn and stained creating an unhygeinic appearance. The pool and leisure centre […] was in the process of being refurbished so not up to normal standard as temperature very cold and workman around - will be nice when finished. Læs mere

We mainly had a good stay here with the room clean and comfortable. It was also very nice to have efficient air con. There was loads of free parking at the hotel. We had problems with the servicing of the room, which was not done until late on our first day, and not done at all on our second day. However, as soon as we complained this was rectified […] very quickly, and we were given 2 bottles of complimentary mineral water. The cost of WIFI was a rip off. Why isn't it free like in other hotels? We were very dissapointed that the indoor pool, sauna ect was closed, with no real explanation given as to why this was. Læs mere

When we arrived at our room there was a smell of smoke in the air from the previosu occupant. Within mintues after ringing reception we were paid a visit by a lovely gentleman from housekeeping who arranged for us to moved down the hall, helped us with our bags and even put the kettle on for us

This hotel is very well located to my sister and very convinient if she cannot put me up. This is my second stay. The staff are very helpful at reception and I even remembered one lady because she was so extremely helpful the last time. The room is very clean and has all the facilities that you need, as there was a wedding on this time, I was very aware […] of the noise and guests being exceptionally loud throughout the night, both in the corridors and rooms which was a shame. It was the clocks going back weekend and the hotel had a great deal on late check out which was extended until 2pm - very useful. My only complaint was the service in the breakfast restaurant - the staff must have been aware of how many attendees and the wait for tea, bread pastries and clean tables was extensive. Læs mere

Our room was abit on the small side but was clean & tidy. Bathroom was lovely & Modern. bed was comfy with large flat screen tv. hotel in general was good for its age, although they seemed to be doing some maintenance to it when we stayed. hotel is about 1 mile to the city centre, took about 25 mins to walk or 5 mins in a taxi

Original was too small and should be stated as small when booking. We also had problems with noisy party in residential area outside and also had a problem with noisy guest in room near to ours. We asked to be moved to a quieter room which happily was also much bigger and more comfortable.

This hotel has apparently just been extensively updated. The blackout curtains were closed when we entered the room and both the blackout and the nets came straight off the rails when I opened them. I closed the rails off with tissues after rehanging the curtains. At 0430 next morning I realised that the tracks had been cut about 10 cms short as I was […] wakened by the morning sun streaming in! We had breakfast which was OK. I went to a business meeting while my wife went sightseeing. A very positive day. We decided to eat in the hotel that evening - my wife ordered a steak sandwich and I ordered a salad. They arrived after 45 minutes and they were both awful-the french fries were cold and the steak was inedible. The duty manager apologised and we bought outside the hotel. The breakfast the next morning was a real event. Before we were shown to our table, in the extremely hot conservatory, we were asked to pay by credit card. I said that breakfast was inclusive on our deal, but she refused to serve us until I went to reception. I refused and sat down to my breakfast, only to be told loudly and in front of other diners that she had decided not to charge for the breakfasts as we HAD PAID SO MUCH FOR THE ROOM. I went to check out and was told the I had to pay for 2 newspapers which I understood were complimentary. So I paid the £2 (they are quite clearly shown as complimentary on your itinerary. My business partner was due to visit the same Hotel but he has cancelled. On arriving we found this hotel to be very shabby. Our room was so small you had to go over the bed to reach the the desk with your case. The staff were very slow ( when they bothered to respond at all), the internet was down, the pool was filthy and the food was terrible. Would not recommend to anyone!

The Park Inn Hotel, Nottingham was perfectly located for the city centre. Shopping was a mere 10 minute walk away (heaven) and the nightlife was in easy reach in more than 1 direction. The hotel was very clean and although the rooms were slightly small they had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. A perfect hotel for a perfect cheap […] weekend break. 2 day business pit stop - clean, quiet, comfortable. A desk to work at and internet access. What more do you need?

Nice room, well decorated, comfortable. Convenient parking. Only problem is that there storage is limited, so you live out of suit cases.
